Abstract

One of the ways to overcome anxiety is to play. In children, playing is a daily activity that they always do, so playing is a suitable means as a therapy to reduce anxiety in children. One of the games that can be done for children is coloring play therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of coloring play activity therapy on the level of anxiety in children hospitalized at Tangerang District Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative research with Pre Experimental Design research design and One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design research design. The instrument used is a questionnaire and the analytical test used is the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results in this study are the value of Sig. = 0.004 on the anxiety level variable. So it can be concluded "Ha is accepted" (Sig 0.004 < 0.05), meaning that there is an effect of coloring play activity therapy on the value of the anxiety level of children hospitalized in Tangerang District Hospital..

Abstract

In Banten province, the incidence of premature mortality occurred from 9,7% to 10% and was ranked 15th indonesia and in tangerang regency the premature death rate was 138 cases in 2019 decreased by 120 cases in 2018. Purpose of this study to find out how the effectiveness of the pronation position on pulse rate, respiratory rate in premature infants with ventilators. The search for this research article through Google Scholar, Pudmed, and ResearchGade uses keywords and inclusion criteria within the period of the article from 2017-2021. There are 7 journals which related and results of matrix synthesis into 3 categories: input, process, and output. There are 4 effects of pronation positions, 3 comparisons of prone and supine positions. Based on several journals that have been reviewed, I conclude that there is an influence between the effectiveness of the pronation position on the pulse rate, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation in infants using a ventilator.

Abstract

In the age of 0-6 years or preschool age the formation of character will occur both the attitude, behavior and personality of a child. The level of mother's knowledge influences the process of providing stimulation that can increase the growth and development of children by giving love by caressing, joking and the like that is fun for children, doing varied play activities. Method: use a comprehensive strategy through the internet, in a research journal database using the help of a google search site with e-Resource access. Literature sources used in the period 2015-2020. Based on the 20 journals analyzed, there are similarities regarding the level of knowledge, role and parenting of the mother in providing stimulation to the child's fine motor development which can be concluded that knowledge and parenting in the role of the mother are interrelated because the mother as an educator must have the necessary knowledge broad in providing stimulation to the development of their children, especially in fine motor with the aim to train small muscles that will develop optimally.

Abstract

Introduction: Fever felt by children aged 2-10 months after DPT immunization is caused by the body's reaction to bacteria or viruses that enter the body respondents by injection after vaccination. To overcome this, parents, especially mothers, gave paracetamol drugs, but because of the limited drugs from the Integrated Healthcare Center. Objectives: Knowing the effect of giving shallot compresses on children with fever aged 2-10 months after immunization at Posyandu Kp. Kadu Rt. 003A/001. Methods: This study uses a quasi-experimental design in one pre-test and post-test group. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. The measurement of body temperature before the intervention of giving red onion compresses resulted in hyperthermia of 46 respondents, 76.7%. Whereas after being given the intervention of giving onion compresses, expected results were obtained for 52 respondents 86.7%, and hypothermia for eight respondents 13.3%. This study uses sampling techniques and for this study using random sampling samples. Results: The Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test Z -5.962ᵇ statistic and the P-value result of 0.000 (<0.05) H0 are rejected. It can be concluded that "Ha is accepted," which indicates the hypothesis is accepted and means there is a difference before and after being given onion compresses. Conclusions: There are differences in the results of the administration of compressed shallots before and after the intervention. From this, it can be concluded that the giving onion poultices are effective in children with fever aged 2-10 months after immunization at Posyandu Kp. Kadu Rt. 003A/ 001.

Abstract

Preschool age is a golden period in children’s fine motor development. At the time a lot of stimulation must be given in order to improve the child’s fine motor skills and prevent delays. Optimal fne motor development will make it easier for children to learn when entering elementary school. Aim: Conduct a review on articles about any stimulation that can improve the development of fine motor skills in preschool children. The method used is a literature review by searching and collecting journals or articles from various source site providers such as SAGE Journal, Researchgate, ProQuest, Google Scholar and Wiley Online Library which were selected with inclusion and exclusion criteria within the journal period 2017-2021. Obtained 11 journals or articles from the collection and selection process which were entered in the synthesis matrix table. Discussion: There are 11 journals or research articles with different stimulations such as research journals about puzzle, brain exercise, drawing, palying lego, finger painting and others. Stimulation given regularly and in various ways has an impact on increasing children’s fine motor development. Stimulation given to children provides opportunities for children to practice their fine motor skills.

Abstract

The density of children's daily activities causes children stress, as a result children become bored and do not have the opportunity to relax and play, releasing energy and emotional tension experienced. This study aims to determine the effect of brain gym on the memory of children aged 7-13 years at SDN 3 Sukatani, Tangerang Regency.  This study used a quantitative approach.  The research method to be used in this study is Pre-Experiment with One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The statistical analysis test used is the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Sampling was carried out using Total Sampling, researchers used grade V students at SDN 3 Sukatani, which was as many as 100 students. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed that there was a significant influence between the level of memory before and after brain gym for 4 times a week in 2 weeks, obtained a significant level of p = 0.000 (p = 0.005) thus Ha was accepted. There is an influence of brain gym on the memory of children aged 7-13 years at Public Elementary School 3 Sukatani, Tangerang Regency. It is expected that brain gym movements can increase blood flow and stretch the auto-nerve muscles due to fatigue and excessive learning stress. With regular practice, all brain disorders experienced by children when learning will be resolved

Abstract

Introduction: The Emergency Room (IGD) is the first stop and referral place for patients. Patient visits to the emergency room (ER) continue to increase every year. Dharmais Cancer Hospital 66.46% are Australian Triage Scale (ATS) 3 category patients with pain. The nurse's actions in caring for patients must act quickly and sort patients according to priority. Response time is an indicator of success in treating emergency department (ER) patients. Objective: to determine the relationship between nurse response time and satisfaction level in Australian Triage Scale (ATS) 3 category patients with pain in the emergency department of Dharmais Cancer Hospital. Research Method: quantitative analysis with cross sectional design. The sample size of this study was 132 using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using Chi Square Test. Research results: most of the nurse's response time is fast as much as 76.5%, the satisfactory level of satisfaction is as much as 64.4%. There is a relationship between nurse response time and the level of satisfaction in patients in the Australian Triage Scale (ATS) 3 category with pain in the emergency room at Dharmais Cancer Hospital with p = 0.001. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the response time of nurses and the level of satisfaction in patients with the Australian Triage Scale (ATS) 3 category with pain. Research suggestion: It is expected that nurses maintain a fast response time of ≤ 5 minutes and are in accordance with the SPO, besides that it is hoped that nurses can manage their psychology because of high motivation and hard work of nurses in carrying out their responsibilities making nurse performance better, proper handling so that services patients to be effective and efficient.

Abstract

Mengatasi kecemasan salah satunya yaitu dengan bermain. Pada anak bermain adalah kegiatansehari-hari yang selau meraka lakukan sehingga bermain merupakan sarana yang cocok sebagaiterapi menurunkan kecemasan pada anak. Salah satu permainan yang dapat dilakukan pada anakyaitu terapi bermain mewarnai. Tujuan pada penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapiaktivitas bermain mewarnai terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada anak dirawat inap di RSUDKabupaten Tangerang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desainpenelitian Pre Eksperimental Design dan rancangan penelitian One-Grup Pretest-Posttest Design.Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner serta uji analisis yang digunakan adalah wilcoxonSigned Ranks Test. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan nilai Sig.=0,004 pada variabel tingkatkecemasan. Maka dapat disimpulkan “Ha diterima” (Sig 0.004< 0.05), Artinya ada pengaruhterapi aktivitas bermain mewarnai terhadap nilai tingkat kecemasan anak dirawat inap di RSUDKabupaten tangerang Kata kunci: Anak, Kecemasan, Terapi bermain

Abstract

Parents with neonatal babies who are being treated in the Perina-NICU have a psychological burden that causes parents to experience anxiety. To reduce the anxiety of parents of patients who are treated in the Perina-NICU, it is necessary to do psychoeducation. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of psychoeducation on the anxiety level of the patient's parents at Perina-NICU RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang. The research method used was a quasi experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design without a control group. The sample in this study were 30 parents whose children were being treated at the Perina NICU. Data were obtained by distributing the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire which was carried out before and after the anxiety management psychoeducation. Univariate and bivariate data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the average anxiety score before psychoeducation was 21.40 and most of the anxiety was in the moderate category, namely 12 (40%). The average anxiety score after psychoeducation was 15.50 and most of the anxiety was in the non-anxious category, namely 12 (40%). There was an effect of psychoeducation on the anxiety level of the parents of babies who are treated in the Perina-NICU with a P value (0.000) < α (0.05). Conclusions and suggestions: there was an influence of psychoeducation on the anxiety level of the parents of babies who are treated at Perina-NICU RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang. It is hoped that psychoeducation will become one of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to reduce the anxiety level of parents of patients treated at the Perina-NICU because the implementation is quite easy and effective.

Abstract

One of the suport actions that mothers can give for a baby and prematurely is to use sensory stimulation techniques. In developed countries, the use of complementary medicine and infant stimulation is increasing, and massage is considered a complementary supportive measure for infants. This Scientific Writing Work aims to analyze the implementation of the application of infant massage therapy to premature baby weight increase in the Perinatology room of Tangerang Regency Hospital. Providing nursing care intervention to infants with the application of infant massage therapy to premature baby weight gain. Based on the case study in management patients, the results were found that there were changes in oxygenation status such as pulse, breathing, and temperature in patients before and after treatment.
