Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui apakah motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X1 di SMA Negeri Magepanda (2) mengetahui apakah Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X1 di SMA Negeri Magepanda; (2 mengetahui apakah Sarana Prasarana berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X1 di SMA Negeri Magepanda; (3) mengetahui motivasi belajar, Kompetensi Guru dan Sarana Prasarana berpengaruh secara bersamaan dalam meningkatkan Prestasi belajar siswa kelas X1 di SMA Negeri Magepanda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa SMA Negeri Magepanda berjumlah 55 siswa. Karena populasinya terbatas, maka penelitian ini dilakukan probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui quisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu regresi linier berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan melalui uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel prestasi belajar, sarana prasarana, kompetensi pedagogik dikategorikan baik. Hasil statistik uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel motivasi belajar, kompetensi pedagogik dan sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Hasil statistik uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Hasil analisis determinasi menujukan ketiga variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan terhadap variasi naik turunnya Prestasi Belajar SMA Negeri Magepanda sebesar 36.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the description of employee performance, teamwork, and supervision; (2) analyze the effect of Teamwork and supervision on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.The population in this study were employees of the Sikka Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 55 people. Because the population is limited, this research was carried out by means of a census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test.The results of the descriptive analysis show that the variables of employee performance, teamwork, and supervision are categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables Teamwork and Supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables Teamwork and Supervision have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination analysis show that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the performance of the employees of the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Sikka Regency by 26.99%.

Abstract

.The Influence of aimed to (1) determine the descripition of performance, organization culture, and employee engagement; (2) analyse the influence of organization culture and employee engagement on employee performance both partially and simultaneously.The population in this study were 50 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 East Flores. Due to the limited population, this research was conducted through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, which was multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was carried out through the F test t test.The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variabels of employee performance, organizational culture and employee engagement were categorized as good. The statistical results of the t test indicated that partially ,organizational culture variabels have a significant effect on employee performance, while simultaneously employee engagement has an insiginificant effect on employee performent variabels. The results of the F test statistics indicated that simultanesously the variabels of organizational culture and employee engagement have a significant effect on employee performance.The results of the determination alalysis showed that the two independent variabels in this study were able to explain the variation in the fluctuation of employee performance of PT PLN (Peresro) UP3 Eastern Flores Maumare Sikka Regency by 75%

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Bapelitbang) Dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan di Kabupaten Sikka. Permasalahan Pembangunan daerah Kabupaten Sikka ada Aspek geogrfis dan demografis, Aspek kesejahteraan masyarakat, Aspek daya saing daerah, dan Aspek Pelayanan umum. Kegiatan magang kerja ini dilaksanakan di kantor Badan Perencanaan dan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kabupaten Sikka di Bidang Perencanaan, Pengendalian dan Evaluasi pembangunan daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kegiatan. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui hasil wawancara dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa peran badan perencanaan penelitian dan pengembangan (Bapelitbang) dalam perencanaan Pembangunan di Kabupaten Sikka.
