Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya teknologi makanya semakin banyaknya aplikasi- aplikasi yang luncurkan di teknologi tersebut seperti hal nya adanya aplikasi instagram,twiter,dan marketplace yang memudahkan manusia melakukan atau menghabiskan waktunya sehari-hari. Karena itu peneliti ingin mengambil pembahasan peranan tiktok dizaman milenial sebagai komunikasi pemasaran bisnis online, dan penelitian mengambil studii kasus pada akun tiktok @safaglow.id. penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif mendekati kualitatis deskriptif, yang mana menggunakan sumber-sumber data dalam penelitian dan di kembangkan dengan melalukan wawancara langsung ke pemilik akun @safaglow.id ,untuk mengetahui seberapa berperan aplikasi tiktok tersbut terhadap bisnis online shaolshop.mdn yang menggunakan nama akun tiktok @safaglow.id

Abstract

Banyaknya masyarakat yang berperilaku konsumtif dan tidak lagi memperhatikan kebutuhan yang seharusnya di dahulukan. Dan semakin tinggi pendapatan yang diterima seseorang maka semakin besar pengeluaran yang digunakan untuk konsumsi namun seseorang yang memiliki pendapatan rendah memiliki gaya hidup hidup yang cenderung konsumtif dan pola konsumsi berubah dari pemenuhan kebutuhan sekunder ke kebutuhan primer. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan dan gaya hidup terhadap pola konsumsi masyarakat. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah uji regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji T menunjukkan hasil variabel pendapatan thitungsebesar 4,268 dan ttabel sebesar 1,66071dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000, dan variabel gaya hidup thitung sebesar -1,231 dan ttabel sebesar 1,66071 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Dan uji F menunjukkan hasil fhitung sebesar 9,465 dan ftabel sebesar 3,09 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi masyarakat sedangkan gaya hidup tidak berpengaruh terhadap pola konsumsi masyarakat di Kota Kisaran.

Abstract

One of the UMKM in South Tapanuli is UD. Salacca is a small and medium-sized industry that processes salak fruit into various food and beverage products. The existence of this business provides added value to salak commodities and can be a source of income for business actors. In order to develop the MSME sector, local governments are required to provide facilities, guidance, empowerment and assistance to develop and improve the competitiveness of MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to find out how big the role of the South Tapanuli Regency Government is in supporting Regional MSMEs, especially UD Salacca. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which aims to describe the function of local government participation in the empowerment of UD Salacca MSMEs in Padang Sidempuan City with literature studies or literature reviews and interviews as a source of data for this research. The results obtained from this research are that there are 3 roles carried out by the Regional Government of South Tapanuli Regency in supporting UD Salacca MSMEs, namely: facilitative role, educational role and technical role. The role of the Local Government that has a significant impact on the sale of UD Salacca is by promoting and providing facilities in the form of vacuum frying. In addition, the local government also provides business skills training to help increase the productivity of business results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Impact of the Dendang Sea Village Government Policy on the Economic Recovery of Culinary MSMEs in the Dendang Sea area after Covid-19. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive methods and P ustaka studies. The process of retrieving and collecting data by survey method and through library method. The data presented in this study are data obtained from field studies, literature searches from books, official government websites, official reports from international organizations, official news websites, and data processed from other relevant sources. From the data described above, it can be concluded that the increase in the Income of Traditional Traders in the Dendang Sea Area During the Covid-19 Pandemic has made major changes to traditional traders in the traditional market of Lau Dandang, both those who use their own shophouses and those who rent places. The change is in the form of income levels that have decreased by almost 30% from before the covid-19 outbreak, from the covid-19 pandemic, to now after the covid-19 pandemic, the income level has increased by almost 40%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation and use of waqf cash. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The literature review is used to find reference sources and articles related to the Implementation and Management of waqf money related to the title of the study. Islamic financial institutions receiving Cash Waqf have an important role in optimizing cash waqf. Because this waqf of money cannot be handed over directly to the nazhir, but must go through the Islamic Financial Institution receiving the cash waqf, in its implementation, this Islamic financial institution must be professional in managing the collection, system mechanisms, and requires accountability and integrity in the waqf report.

Abstract

Islamic banking or in the international world is commonly referred to as Islamic banking or also known as interest-free banking. The use of the word sharia in the word sharia banking cannot be separated from the origins of the sharia banking system. This is motivated by the pressure on Muslim economists and banking practitioners who want financial services that accommodate financial transactions that run straight with sharia principles in Islam and also moral values. The main factor arises from the practice of prohibiting usury, maysir activities, and also gharar activities. Therefore, Muslim economists and Muslim banking practitioners have created Islamic financial institutions based on the Al-Quran and As-Sunnah whose activities continue to grow. The purpose of this study was to describe the public's understanding of the development of Islamic banking in Environment II, Tanah Seribu Village, South Binjai District, Binjai City. In this study, researchers used qualitative research. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative methodology. In this case it is used to describe the extent of understanding of the Muslim community in the Tanah Seribu sub-district about Islamic banking. From the results of interviews conducted with 6 members of the Muslim community in the land of a thousand cities, Binjai. That the awareness of Islamic banks in the city of Binjai is quite high. This is based on the 6 respondents who were studied, all of whom knew about the existence of Islamic banking in the city of Binjai. the researcher concludes that many people in the country of a thousand know Islamic banking, but many also only know but do not use products from Islamic banking. Only a few respondents use products and services from Islamic banking. However, the understanding of the people of Tanah Seribu is quite high about Islamic banks, this is because all respondents answered that Islamic banks are Islamic banks that do not use interest and do not make a lot of deductions.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of data and communication technology affects every aspect of human life. The world of education is no exception. For communication purposes, cell phones or cell phones can have a positive and negative influence on student learning activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of mobile phone use on the learning activities of junior high school students in Medan City. This research uses quantitative methods. Where the information collection method used in this study is a questionnaire. This study provides information that the use of mobile phones affects the learning activities of students in high school. But cell phones also have bad consequences. These include disturbing eye health, making students forget when to study, and viewing inappropriate photos for students to see. Reality reports that 100% of students are dependent on cell phones.

Abstract

The aims of this study were first to find out the use of Shopee PayLater among students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN North Sumatra, second to find out the consumptive behavior of students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at UIN North Sumatra, third to find out the effect of using Shopee PayLater on consumptive behavior of students at the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty of UIN North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative research, namely research explaining the effect of using Shopee PayLater on the consumptive behavior of students of the Islamic Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN North Sumatra. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the effect of using Shopee PayLater on student consumptive behavior, the results showed a Significance value (Sig) of 0.062 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that the Ha hypothesis which states the use of ShopeepayLater has a positive effect on the Consumptive Behavior of Islamic Economics Faculty FEBI Students is accepted while Ho is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Korean dramas on lifestyle and consumption. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection through a questionnaire (questionnaire) and data analysis using the method of determination (R). The results showed that there was an influence of Korean drama on the lifestyle and consumption of North Sumatra State Islamic University students by 36% (coefficient of determination). Meanwhile, 63% of the other influences on student lifestyle and consumption are influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

Mahasiswa sering terlibat dalam jenis pekerjaan yang dikenal sebagai "pekerjaan paruh waktu", tidak termasuk mereka yang berafiliasi dengan golongan menengah ke atas. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi mahasiswayang menggunakan manajemen waktu yang efektif dan aman, serta tingkat prestasi dan prestasi akademik yang naik atau turun. Mahasiswa yang ditunjuk sebagai subjek esai ini adalah warga kelas pekerja Medan. data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan kuesioner sebagai sumber informasi utamamenurut hasil regresi UJI, terdapat peningkatan manajemen waktu yang signifikan pada mahasiswa magister yang bekerja paruh waktu, dan terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa magister yang bekerja paruh waktu dengan t hitung sebesar 7,534, yang mana mengakibatkanselesainya H1.
