Abstract

This study aims to determine the Determination of Work Motivation, Leadership, and Training with Work Culture as Intervening Variables on Performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Batam City. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This descriptive method involves collecting data to test hypotheses or answer questions about people's opinions on an issue or topic. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed to 102 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS version 3 software. The results showed that the effect of work motivation on performance had a P-value of 0.026 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of work motivation on performance is significant. The influence of the leadership variable on performance has a P-value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence of leadership on performance is significant. The effect of the training variable on performance has a P-Values ​​of 0.001 <0.05, so it can be stated that the effect of training on performance is significant. The influence of work culture variables on performance has a P-value of 0.025 <0.05, so it can be stated that the influence of work culture on performance is significant. The influence of work motivation variables on work culture has a P-Values ​​of 0.008 <0.05,

Abstract

The transformation and development of digital finance have become an important issue in today's business world. Private companies in Batam City are also experiencing the impact of this transformation. This study aims to analyze employee perceptions and competencies in dealing with the transformation and development of digital finance in private companies in Batam City. This research focuses on understanding how employees perceive digital financial transformation and to what extent they have the necessary competencies to adapt to these changes. This study interviews and observes Batam City private company employees for qualitative data analysis. The systematic analysis was analyzed the data. This study found that most employees see digital finance transition positively. Digital finance may improve efficiency, engagement, and financial information accessibility. This research also finds different employee challenges in digital finance transformation. One is a need for digital technology and financial competence. Employees need help to adapt and maximize digital finance's potential. Thus, employee proficiency in digital financial transformation requires training and skills development. This study offers light on Batam City private company employees' views of digital finance's evolution. Positive impressions suggest digital finance can boost employee productivity and participation in firm financial tasks. However, training and skills development must overcome competency issues. Thus, organizations must focus on personnel development throughout digital financial transformation to ensure business success and continuity.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia in 2022 is 21.3% (SSGI, 2022). In the Riau Islands Province, stunting cases in 2020 were 7.2%. Stunting results in a long-term decline in welfare for the nation. One indirect factor that has the potential to cause nutritional problems and stunting is knowledge. Rawa Jaya Village is a village located in Sugie Besar District, Niur Permai Health Center Working Area, Karimun Regency, the population's understanding of balanced nutrition, especially for pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers, is in the deficient category and there have still been cases of stunting in recent years. The objectives of this activity are: 1) Providing education about balanced nutrition for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers in preventing stunting, 2) Demonstration of processing katuk vegetables and Moringa leaves to increase nutrition and breast milk production. This Community Service Activity (PKM) was carried out at Polindes Rawa Jaya, in August 2023. The population of pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers was 11 people. PKM activities are carried out by providing education about balanced nutrition using leaflets as well as accompanying demonstrations on processing katuk vegetables and Moringa leaves to increase nutrition and breast milk production. The results of the activity showed an increase in knowledge of pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers after the management intervention provided education about balanced nutrition by 90%. It is hoped that this PKM activity will be able to motivate pregnant and breastfeeding mothers to implement balanced nutrition in making daily menus

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of improving the Marketing Plan capabilities of Jasmine studio craftsmen. In this Marketing Plan Training, it will be carried out using a direct guidance method by providing material and input on obstacles faced related to marketing issues. The "training" service activities carried out have had a positive impact on society, especially craftsmen. The community service program carried out was attended by participants enthusiastically. Participants understand the importance of a Marketing Plan in running a business, participants are also able to create their own Marketing Plan.

Abstract

In an economic crisis situation like this, the MSME sector really needs special attention from the government because it is the largest contributor to GDP and can be a mainstay in employment. However, the impact of Covid does not all have a negative impact on the development of MSMEs but some also have a positive impact, such as on producers. The local herbal medicine in Batam City is Jamu Bos which is led by Mrs Christiani Prasetiasari with the address Purimas 1 block A2 No 26 Batam Center Batam City. Various classic problems faced by Jamu Bos producers, such as low understanding of basic marketing, limitations in mastery of health management. The aim of this community service activity carried out at Jamu Bos is to: 1) Expand market share for its products, through providing promotional media and increasing expertise and skills through assistance in marketing products 2) Increasing skills and understanding in the field of marketing management design
