Abstract

The attraction of tourists to use the tour affecting travel services until they feel the satisfaction or dissatisfaction as a result of the products and services provided to tourists by a company providing travel services. This research was conducted with the aim to describe the attraction of the tour at the TJP Seratour, tourist satisfaction and the influence of the attraction of the tour to tourist satisfaction. The population in this study is the tourists who use the services of a travel in Seratour TJP 100 respondents. The method used is descriptive and verification with research time of less than one year (cross-sectional method). The sampling technique used is systematic random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple regression analysis. Hasi This study shows that the highest impact on the attraction of the tour is the variable sub lowest access and influence is convenience. Simultaneously te attraction of the tour to have a significant impact on tourist satisfaction, the same thing happens to the partial test, which occurred a significant influence between the attraction of the tour to tourist satisfaction.

Abstract

Kabupaten Bandung is one of regions that has a lot of potential tourism object since it has many alternative destination for tourists to visit.One of the strenght of Bandung tourism are the enormous number of eco tourism objec ts that can be managed as best tourism area.Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini is one out of 28 ecotourism destination that lays in Kabupaten Bandung.Every year the amount of visitors who visit pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini are fluctuated, which is seems to be decreased in the last two years.Based on the data, a research of effort on increasing the amount of visitor through management of physical evidence inside the site had been conducted.The aims of this research is to gain the result of examination about (1) Physical evidence which consist of facililty exterior, facility interior and other tangibles in the tourism object Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini. (2) Visiting decisions which consist of choosing the tourism product, choosing the brand, choosing the travel agent, amount of visiting, and decision of visiting time of the tourist to Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini. (3) The effect of physical evidence to the decision of the tourist on visiting Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini.The object of this research is to acknowlegde the physical evidence which consist of facility exterior, facility interior and other tangibles on the the local tourist’s decisions to visit Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini.The kind of research is descriptive and verivicative which use explanatory survey method.Population in this research was the domestic tourist from accros the country in Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini.100 people had been taken to be the samples of the research which is using simple random sampling.Data analysis technique that is used in this research is Path Analysis MethodThe result on hipothesis examination showed that the physical evidence which consist sub variable such; exterior facilities,interior facilities and other tangibles, gives effects on visiting decisions to Pemandian Air Panas Ciwalini Interior facilities deliver the highest effects on taking the visit decision, whereas eksterior facilities give the lowest effects.

Abstract

Indonesia has a lot of economic potential, especially in tourism. Tourism has a definition as a people activity which travelling from one place to another, stay outside their ordinary environtment no more than one year to relax, leisure and another activity which not related to work. In order to run tourism activity properly, it require supporting facilities such as tourist attraction, hotels, restaurants, and travel agent. Semarang is the city with a high activity tourism activity, it seen from much variety of tourist attraction. And the most interesting tourist attraction in Semarang is museum. Museum Kereta Api Ambarawa is the most visited museum by the tourist, it has strategic location and has very complete and diverse museum collections. Museum Kereta Api Ambarawa implement museum experience strategy to increase tourists arrival. The purpose of this research was to look for the findings in museum experience implementation, decision to visit and the impact of museum experience to tourist decision. Object in this research is domestic tourists who visiting Museum Kereta Api Ambarawa. The type of research is descriptive and verification, and this research used explanatory survey method, with systematic random sampling technique, with the samples of 1000 respondents. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 20 for windows software as a tools. Data collecting technique using interviews and surveys. The research findings that museum experience with Recreation (X1), Sociability (X2), Learning Experience (X3), Celebrate Experience (X4) dimention has an impact to tourist travelling decision which consisting of product selection, brand selection, distribution channel selection, visiting time decision, and payment method used.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to findings regarding the implementation of service excellence, customer delight, and effect of service excellence towards customer delight in Hotel Santika Siligita Nusa Dua Bali. Using 100 respondents from SIP member guests who stay in the Hotel Santika Siligita Nusa Dua Bali, who collect from systematic random sampling and calculated by simple linear regression. The results showed that the service excellence has a significant influence on customer delight in Hotel Santika Siligita Nusa Dua Bali.

Abstract

One of the areas in Indonesia which has many tourism potentials is West Java. It has so attracted many touristsfor its beauty in natural and cultural resources. Bandung is the capital of West Java. It has so many tourists'attractions. One of the tourist’s attractions is “Jendela Alam," the educational tourism destination thatcombines the idea of farm tourism activities and recreation park. Most of the visitors are students or schoolsthat want to study about farming activities. However, there are many competitors that offered the sameproducts and services right now, so the management has a big effort to anticipate the competitive situation.One of the efforts is by developing the personal selling activities to encourage schools for visiting the place.Thus, this research studied the personal selling as the independent variable that consists of some sub variables,namely, building relationship, closing the deal, and building loyalty. Furthermore, the dependent variable isthe visiting decision. The method of the research is descriptive and verification research. The researchinstrument is the questionnaires that are distributed to 100 respondents. The data were analysed multipleregressions statistical analysis. The result shows that there was a significant influence between the personalselling activities of the visit decision to this tourists' attraction.

Abstract

Bandung is one of the cities which has many potentials in shopping tourism. Year after years the number of the shopping center in Bandung is increasing. Although shopping tourism in Bandung become the main destination for shopper but the customer loyalty is in a low state of condition. The customer more interest to try something new. So many new products that the competitors offered has caused the customers difficult to be loyal. By Creating the store attribute strategy is expected could increase the customer loyalty and could be more understand the shopper motives. This study is a descriptive and verificative and used explanatory survey method and cross sectional approach. The number of sample in this study were 111 respondents, those are the tourists who shopped in Bandung. The sampling technique that is used was simple random sampling. The Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The independent variable in this research is the store attribute (X) which has three dimensions, those are store atmosphere (X1), convenience (X2), merchandise (X3), promotion (X4), interpersonal communication (X5), while the dependent variable is the loyalty (Y). Tourist’s responses to store attribute and loyalty considered sufficiently high, the majority of tourist has a hedonic shopping motives.  Based on the result of this study, it shows that store attribute is influencing the tourist’s loyalty controlled by shopping motives.

Abstract

The number of guests who make purchases at the Sapulidi Resto, Resort Restaurant, and Gallery, a themed restaurant in Bandung, does not match the targets set by the management. The management has established authentic atmospherics scape to stimulate guests who come and make purchases. This study aims to obtain findings on the description of authentic atmospherics space implemented in the restaurant. The type of research used is descriptive analysis with the method used is explanatory survey and cross sectional technique. A total of 100 guests at the restaurant became the unit of analysis of this research. The result of data processing showed that the music dimension got the highest value while the furnishing dimension got the lowest value.

Abstract

Sport decision is a Sport Decision making process that becomes a basic consumption, mainly on Sport Tourism. TNGR os one Hiking Tour provider which is facing up the decrease in visit Decision of climb participant. On this research, thr independent variable (X) is Hikimg Attributes consisting of Physical Benefit, Mental Benefit, Facilitation of Trail and Information, the dependent variable (Y) is Sport Decision, The type of research used is descriptive varification, and the method used is explanatory survey with sample size 109 respondents. Techniques of data analysis an hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression, the result indicated the Hiking Attributes have a significant influence on Sport Decision. the most influential is Mental Benefit where TNGR has successfully made climb participant can reduce fatigue daily routines, so that make the participant feel the comfort and happy while Hiking on TNGR, the weakest factor is Facilitation Of Trail, this aspect needs tobe improved by cleanliness such as held the guidance about environment to climb participants, in addition officials can give a reward on the climbers that keep the environment

Abstract

The rapid development of restaurants business, especially in the town ofTasikmalaya, less accompanied by a good performance of the employees. One of them is in Saung Ranggon, Tasikmalaya. Those were noticed by the indicator of employees’who are less knowledge in handling the consumer, time spent by consumer waiting for their order, and employees presence level are graded less good. These phenomenons must be solved immediately in order not to interfere the company’s performance. A routine given training and fixing compensating system are a few of the methods to increase employees’ performance so that the company’s target can be achieved.The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the description of: (1) Trainingin Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City; (2) Compensating in Saung RanggonTasikmalaya City; (3) Employees’ performance in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City, and to know the effect of: (4) Training in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City, (5) Compensating in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City; (6) Trainingand compensating toward employee’s performance in Saung Ranggon, Tasikmalaya City. Object of this research is employees of Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City. Independent variable in this research is the training and compensating, whilst the dependent variable is employees’ performance. This research use descriptive and verificative approach. Applied method in this research is explanatory survey with population of 38 individuals (saturated sample). Data Analysis technique which is used in this study is multiple linear regression by using SPSS 22.0. In this research stated that: (1) Training in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City were on high category; (2) Compensating in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City were on high category; (3) Employees’ performance in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City were on high category; (4) Training in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City gives positive effect on employees’ performance with the corellation level of 29,1%; (5) Compensating Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City gives positive effect on employees’ performance with the corellation level of 51,6%; (6) Training and Compensating in Saung Ranggon Tasikmalaya City gives positive effect on employees’ performancewith the corellation level of 59,4%.. Author’s suggestion is that Saung Ranggoncan conduct such training to the employees sustainably and pay attention toemployees’ welfare.

Abstract

Employee performance from the most vulnerable literature occurs in the restaurant Saung Kabayan Bandung. As low as employees' knowledge and initiative can affect performance. Therefore, improving performance needs to pay attention to competency and compensation factors. This study aims to determine the effect of 1) Competence on employee performance; 2) Compensation for employee performance, and 3) Competence and compensation for employee performance. The dimensions of competency variables (X1) consistency of motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge and skills and; compensation variable (X2) consisting of salary and wages, incentives, benefits, and adequate facilities and; Employee performance variable (Y) consists of work quality, timeliness, initiative, ability, and communication. This research uses a descriptive and verification approach. The method used is an explanatory survey with a sample of 56 respondents (saturated sample). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that competence and compensation had a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Saung Kabayan Restaurant Bandung with a coefficient value of 67.5%. Based on research results, competencies need to be improved through training activities, but competencies need to be balanced with fair compensation so as to improve employee performance.
