Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan dalam melakukan menyebarkan kuesioner pada karyawan CV. Pelita Harapan Bekasi. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan penulis adalah penelitian kepustakaan guna memperoleh data sekunder, serta penelitian lapangan guna memperoleh data primer dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kuesioner, dapat diketahui bahwa perhitungan statistik terhadap variabel X yaitu Motivasi Kerja dan variabel Y adalah Kinerja Karyawan dapat diperoleh Hasil uji t bahwa Motivasi Kerja mempunyai tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,000 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,7.597 jadi t hitung > dari tabel maka Ha ditolak artinya Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Melihat hasil uji F memiliki signifikasi 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis (Ha) terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Dengan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi masa depan, banyak sektor perusahaan menggunakan teknologi dan media sebagai alat dalam melakukan kegiatan pemasaran. Evolusi periklanan telah menjadi tren saat ini untuk kinerja komersial jangka panjang. Namun, masalah muncul ketika perusahaan menempatkan platform jejaring sosial yang salah, yang berdampak negatif pada perusahaan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari electronic word of mouth dan kemudahan pembayaran (digital payment) terhadap perilaku pembelian pada bisnis Tokopedia Tokopedia di Bogor. Dalam penelitian ini, 150 orang dipilih secara acak untuk menggunakan aplikasi belanja online smartphone. Strategi analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS versi 26 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa berita elektronik dari mulut ke mulut dan pembayaran digital memiliki dampak positif pada niat beli dan dapat dinilai sangat baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the time management variable has an influence on student academic achievement. The research data uses primary data derived from questionnaires which are then processed and analyzed and then presented in the form of tables and narratives. The sample used was 97 respondents taken from the second semester student population majoring in Management who already had study results in the form of grades and stated in the study results card. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. In this research, tthe analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study stated that time management has a positive influence on academic achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Titik Impas (BEP) Donatku, sebuah usaha donat, untuk menentukan volume penjualan yang diperlukan untuk menutupi biaya tetap dan variabel. Data yang digunakan untuk analisis ini adalah catatan keuangan dan informasi biaya yang disediakan oleh perusahaan. Analisis BEP dilakukan dengan menghitung rasio margin kontribusi dan biaya tetap. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Donatku perlu menjual sejumlah tertentu donat untuk mencapai BEP dan mulai menghasilkan keuntungan. Dengan mengidentifikasi BEP, usaha dapat membuat keputusan yang terinformasi mengenai penetapan harga, tingkat produksi, dan manajemen biaya untuk mencapai profitabilitas. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya memantau biaya, volume penjualan, dan strategi penetapan harga untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan kesuksesan usaha. Hasil analisis ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi Donatku dan bisnis sejenis lainnya di industri makanan untuk mengoptimalkan operasional dan kinerja keuangan mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which motivation, and communication on job satisfaction and their impact on the performance of employees of construction service companies in Indonesia. The data used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based on the questionnaire given, as many as 305 people. The analysis method uses the Path Analysis method with the help of SPSS version 22.0. Statistical testing uses the simultaneous significance test (F test), the individual parameter significance test (t test) and the Sobel test mediation test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of motivation, communication and job satisfaction had a direct influence on employee performance. Partially shows that the motivation variable and the communication variable have a positive correlation and have a direct and indirect effect on employee performance. While the implications of the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable have a direct influence on employee performance. The results showed that job satisfaction had a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the analysis, the path coefficient (Beta) of the job satisfaction variable on the employee performance variable is 0.645 with a significance of 0.001.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a book writing training program for high school students in Depok. The initiative sought to enhance students' writing skills and foster their creativity by guiding them in the process of conceptualizing, drafting, and editing their own books. High school students often face challenges when it comes to expressing their ideas in written form, and this training program was designed to address these hurdles. The training program included various components such as writing workshops, one-on-one guidance from experienced authors, and the provision of writing resources. A mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and writing assessments, was employed to evaluate the program's impact on the students' writing abilities and creative expression. Preliminary findings indicate that the book writing training program positively influenced students' writing skills and stimulated their creative thinking. The students reported increased confidence in their ability to express themselves through the written word. This research provides valuable insights into the potential benefits of creative writing training for high school students, contributing to the enhancement of their communication and creative skills.
