Abstract This journal aims to describe the needs and expectations of customers in Islamic educational institutions. This journal uses a literature analysis method that is used to find out the description, which involves actual and factual references. The focus of this journal is the definition of customer needs and expectations in Islamic educational institutions, efforts to realize customer satisfaction in Islamic educational institutions, and follow-up on satisfaction in Islamic educational institutions. It is hoped that by understanding this journal, readers will be able to understand the management of customer needs and expectations in Islamic educational institutions and apply them in various educational activities.

Roles are behaviors that are expected to explain what to do in certain situations, both formally and informally. While responsibility is the obligation to carry out a role/behavior that is intentional or unintentional in a certain way. The principal who is the leader is a teacher who is given additional duties to lead an aducational institution. The principal has a heavy but noble taks. The purpose of this study is to describe the roles and responsibilities of the principal in providing guidance to teachers. The method used is library research, which is looking for reference materials from books, journals and articles related to the title. The result of this study found that the principal in providing guidance to teachers must comply with existing regulations. The principal must understand the science of management, at least he can plan, organize, lead and control his members. Principals also have responsibilities related to coaching staff, especially teachers, so that later teachers can carry out their respective duties and authoritues.

Supervision is an important service provided to teachers with the aim of improving the quality of the teaching staff. The implementation of supervision is very important to be carried out by the principal in order to develop the professionalism of the teacher himself. Teachers who are the spearhead of the success of an education are required to work professionally. Therefore, to make teachers professional, one of the efforts is to carry out supervision, both by the principal and supervisor. In carrying out supervision, supervisors are expected not to act as supervisors who are only looking for teachers in carrying out their duties. On the other hand, supervisors must be able to provide service assistance to overcome problems faced by teachers. Therefore, supervisors must be able and understand and master the objectives, techniques, functions as well as supervision methods, in order to obtain optimal benefits in the form of professional teachers.

Quality of Education will succeed with the right strategic management. So far, management implementation has had several problems, including teacher professionalism, graduate competency standards, effective learning and programs without consideration. In order to get a complete picture, the researcher uses a type of qualitative descriptive research conducted at Islamic Elementary Darunnajah Trenggalek. The results of the study show that Islamic Elementary Darunnajah describes the vision, mission, goals, objectives and profile of madrasah resources. strategy implementation at Islamic Elementary Darunnajah is carried out through internal and external madrasa environmental activities which are described through the madrasah organizational structure, person in charge of activities, job descriptions, study days and times, financing budget, curriculum, school promotion, new student admissions, school culture, code of ethics schools, school policies, geographic, demographic, cultural and community appreciation, involvement of school committees, developments in science and technology, partner institutions and strategic implementation in meeting national education standards (MI). This step creates new awareness in schools about the importance of using quality standards in carrying out activities or programs. [Mutu Pendidikan akan berhasil dengan adanya manajemen strategi yang tepat. Selama ini, implementasi manajemen mempunyai beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya profesionalisme guru, standar kompetensi lulusan, pembelajaran efektif dan program-program tanpa pertim-bangan. Guna mendapatkan gambaran yang utuh, maka peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah Trenggalek. Hasil penelitian bahwa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah mendeskripsikan visi, misi, tujuan, sasaran dan profil sumber daya madrasah. implementasi strategi pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah dilakukan melalui aktivitas lingkungan internal dan eksternal madrasah yang dideskripsikan melalui struktur organisasi madrasah, penanggung jawab kegiatan, job deskripsi, hari dan waktu belajar, anggaran pembiayaan, kurikulum, promosi sekolah, penerimaan siswa baru, budaya sekolah, kode etik sekolah, kebijakan sekolah, keberadaan lingkungan geografis, demografis, lingkungan budaya dan apresiasi masyarakat, keterlibatan komite sekolah, per-kembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, lembaga Mitra dan implementasi strategik dalam memenuhi standar (MI) pendidikan nasional. This journal discusses with the learning supervision in boosting the spirit of teaching teachers. This research aims to identify and analyze the transformative Islamic educational services marketing strategy applied in Diponegoro Plandaan Jombang MTs. Transformative Islamic education is an educational approach that focuses on the development of the character, morals, and spirituality of students in order to promote positive transformation in themselves. MTs Diponegoro Plandaan Jombang, as an Islamic educational institution, has adopted this approach and strives to attract the interest of prospective students as well as retain existing students. The research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the research show that MTs Diponegoro Plandaan Jombang have implemented various effective marketing strategies, such as building a positive image of the institution, improving the quality of education, promoting through social media, and engaging with the local community. In the context of transformative Islamic education, marketing focuses not only on the number of students enrolled but also on the positive changes that students can make in terms of character and spirituality. Therefore, these marketing strategies must be linked to real efforts to produce better students in moral and spiritual aspects. This research provides valuable insights for other Islamic educational institutions that want to adopt a transformative approach to their education. By understanding and implementing appropriate marketing strategies, these kinds of institutions can be more effective in attracting students and achieving their transformative Islamic education goals.

Teachers have a very vital role in the world of education so teacher professionalism is needed to achieve educational goals. The problem that often occurs now is that many teachers are not updated with the latest developments in education. This indicates that teacher professionalism has begun to decline. One of the objectives of supervision is to improve the professional abilities of teachers so that the quality of teaching and learning situations can be improved. This research aims to understand the urgency of academic supervision, to determine the form of teacher professionalism and to determine the urgency of academic supervision as a foundation of teacher professionalism. The method used in this research is literature study. This research was conducted in September-December 2023. Based on the results of the analysis, there are several principles that supervisors must pay attention to and realize in carrying out academic supervision. There are four competencies that teachers must have, and there are several teacher development techniques that can be carried out by a supervisor. in increasing the professionalism of teachers in schools.
