Abstract

Mahasiswa dapat menjadi profesional dan menyenangkan. Diharapkan mahasiswa memiliki etika dan kepribadian yang baik sebagai prasyarat untuk berkuliah di kampus dan memiliki jiwa profesionalisme yang baik berkat kegiatan pembinaan sikap dan etika mahasiswa yang dilaksanakan di lingkungan kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton. Pembentukan karakter diupayakan untuk mewujudkan negara yang berakhlak mulia dan memiliki sikap toleran serta adaptif terhadap kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Metode dalam pengabdian ini yaitu menggunakan metode ceramah dan metode Tanya jawab. Metode ceramah akan digunakan dalam kegiatan ini. Secara khusus, memberikan penyampaian materi pelajaran teori, dimana materi disampaikan oleh narasumber, dilanjutkan dengan interaksi dengan mahasiswa dalam bentuk tanya jawab. Berdasarkan tingkat pemahaman materi membentuk karakter sikap dan etika mahasiswa yang responsif menunjukan bahwa 24 mahasiswa atau 54,54% menunjukan kategori tinggi, dan 18 mahasiswa atau 40,91% menunjukan kategori sedang, sedangkan 2 mahasiswa atau 4,55% menunjukan kategori sedang. Artinya mahasiswa dalam memahami materi membentuk karakter sikap dan etika mahasiswa yang responsive telah banyak yang memahami materi tersebut

Abstract

This legal counselling activity is carried out to provide understanding to the community. This legal counselling is carried out based on the phenomenon that still occurs regarding domestic violence. Domestic Violence (KDRT) is one of Indonesia's most common forms of gender-based violence. The rise of domestic violence (KDRT) cases is a serious problem that cannot be underestimated. The PKDRT Law / Elimination of Domestic Violence is a guarantee given by the state to prevent domestic violence, take action against perpetrators, and protect victims. The method used is participatory, which is expected to play an active role in this legal counselling activity in the form of socialisation regarding the elimination of domestic violence regulated by law number 23 of 2004 concerning the elimination of domestic violence in articles 44 to 49.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: to know and examine how judges consider in the settlement of divorce divorce cases. The research method used in Ziniz's research is Empirical Normative Law research. Legal research is a research method that seeks to find the law in the law that is actually or should be, examines how the law works in society, then uses research methods, the quality of the method. The collection of data and information was carried out at the Bau-Bau Religious Court. The second stage used in this research consists of: Primary, secondary and tesier legal instruments. Depending on the nature of the research and the research material, all available information will be carefully analyzed, with the help of which the collected data are sorted according to their categories and explained in the search for answers to research questions. By using the reduction method, conclusions are drawn from the prepared data and research results.The judge's consideration in deciding the decision on parental responsibility is very appropriate by considering the income of the parents based on the evidence brought before the trial.
