Abstract

Nowadays, education is facing the fourth industrial era, also referred to industry 4.0 where technology is used as one of the tools or materials in teaching. The utilization of technology can be used by lecturers at class. Lecturers should have the ability to manage information technology as a supporting lectures media. Especially in this current era, the development of science and technology are all digitalized and  automated. This study was conducted to see how students perceive the utilization of information and technology in Islamic Historical Culture subject at Islamic school by using quantitative descriptive methods obtained data from population samples and then analyzed in accordance with existing statistical methods it aims to obtain data through questionnaires that distributed to 50 samples then describe the result to get opinions students at PAI Program about information development. In this study, was found that 80% of students stated that information technology in the form of google drive was very useful in lectures. The use of technology is an effort to ask students to prepare themselves to compete with others in the 4.0 industrial revolution, especially in Islamic education.

Abstract

Early childhood education is one of the efforts made by the government to start education in the early stages of child development. Through a psychological and educational approach, educators in early childhood must have the characters and competencies that have been implemented by the government in Government Regulation No.27 of 1990 Article 14 Paragraphs (1) and (2). This is a literature research which gathers theories dealing with early childhood educators referring to the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which is summarized in the terms of Prophetic Parenting. The results of the study are presented in the form of important points for person who is dedicated to becoming an early childhood educator. These points are some forms of character that must be owned by early childhood educators based on several Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The characteristics of the educator who wants to succeedin his field are not in a hurry, gentle, compassionate, tolerant, not easy to get angry, proportionate and able to give advice. The results of this study are expected to be used by the head of PAUD to create the characters of early childhood educators in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Keywords: Prophetic Parenting, Character, Early Childhood Educator

Abstract

Abstract: Human Resource Management in Improving Education Quality in Ar-Rahmah Curup Islamic Boarding School, District of Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu Province. Islamic boarding schools are one of the Islamic educational institutions that apply general subjects and religious subjects. This requires that the teacher or cleric must have the qualifications and competencies that are in accordance with predetermined standards. The quality of education personnel is an important concern in improving the quality of Islamic boarding school education. Human resource management is one step that can be done to select educators who have the competence and qualifications to be able to maximize performance effectively and efficiently. This research is field research carried out to look deeper into how human resource management in Ar-Rahmah boarding schools. The results of the study show that the management of human resources in improving the quality of education in the Ar-Rahmah boarding school, in general, has been carried out even though in a simple form. Human resource management in question is First, Planning, Second, Organizing, has been carried out such as HR recruitment based on several stages, the simple orientation of personnel and placement of HR. Third, Directing has been carried out such as training and development, work assessment, HR career planning. Fourth, Control, such as compensation, integration, maintenance, discipline, and termination of HR. The inhibiting factor in human resource management is a lack of understanding of the HRM theory comprehensively by the pesantren so that the results obtained are not maximal and the lack of funding and infrastructure available to support HRM is more effective and efficient.Abstrak: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Di Pondok Pesantren Ar-Rahmah Curup, Kab. Rejang Lebong Bengkulu. Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam yang menerapkan mata pelajaran umum dan mata pelajaran agama. Hal tersebut menuntut guru atau ustad harus memiliki kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan. Kualitas personel pendidikan tersebut menjadi perhatian penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan pesantren. Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyeleksi tenaga pendidik yang memiliki kompetensi dan kualifikasi agar mampu memaksimalkan kinerja secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang dilakukan untuk melihat lebih dalam bagaimana manajemen sumber daya manusia di pesantren Ar-Rahmah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di pesantren Ar-Rahmah secara umum telah dilaksanakan meskipun dalam bentuk yang masih sederhana. Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dimaksud adalah Pertama, Perencanaan (Planning), Kedua, Pengorganisasian (Organizing), telah dilakukan seperti rekrutmen SDM berdasarkan beberapa tahapan-tahapan, orientasi personel secara sederhana dan penempatan SDM. Ketiga,Pengarahan (Directing) sudah dilaksanakan seperti pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kerja, perencanaan karier SDM. Keempat, Pengendalian (Controling), seperti kompensasi, integrasi, pemeliharaan, kedisiplinan dan pemberhentian SDM. Faktor penghambat dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah kurang dipahaminya teori MSDM secara komprehensif oleh pihak pesantren sehingga hasil yang didapatkan kurang maksimal serta kurangnya pendanaan dan sarana prasarana yang tersedia untuk menunjang MSDM lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This research aims to see student perception of online lectures since hit by a new disease known as Covid-19 using mix method. This study employed a qualitative approach to seeing student perceptions of online application use in online lectures while a quantitative approach to seeing student understanding of the online lecture material. Data is gathered through the distribution of poll, questionnaire, and summative tests. The results concluded that students prefer to use WhatsApp Group as an online application in an online lecture based on 4 categories of assessment, namely, display, ease of access, quota usage, and file size. Then, in the summative test, 31% of student test results are in the very high and high category, in the category of a percentage of 42.8% student test results. Last, in the low and very low category, the percentage of student test results was 25.8%. To sum up, this online lecture can be continued and combined with face to face lectures with more effective planning in line with Covid-19 emergencies. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan daring (online) selama masa darurat covid-19 dengan menggunakan mix method. Pendekatan kualitatif untuk melihat persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi daring dalam perkuliahan daring sedangkan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk melihat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi perkuliahan daring. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket, kuesioner dan tes sumatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa lebih menyukai WhatsApp Group sebagai aplikasi daring dalam perkuliahan daring berdasarkan 4 kategori penilaian yakni, tampilan, kemudahan akses, penggunaan kuota dan besaran file. Kemudian pada tes sumatif, sejumlah 31% hasil tes mahasiswa berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dan tinggi, pada kategori sedang persentase hasil tes mahasiswa sebesar 42.8%. Terakhir pada kategori rendah dan sangat rendah, persentase hasil tes mahasiswa sejumlah 25,8%. Perkuliahan daring ini dapat dilanjutkan dan dikombinasikan dengan perkuliahan tatap muka dengan perencanaan yang lebih efektif sejalan dengan masa darurat covid-19.

Abstract

This article aimed to find out how to educate healthy and clean living behaviors in the perspective of Islamic education for early childhood in facing the new normal of Covid-19 which is still continuing today. The method employed is library research that used the Prohpetic Parenting book entitled “Cara Nabi Mendidik Anak (How the prophet educates His children) as the main reading material. Then, the data was analyzed in a literary way by looking for other books or journals that are relevant to the theme discussed. The results reveal that educating children on clean and healthy living habits in their early childhood can be done with two approaches. First, it can be a habitual approach where parents get children to do activities that support health and hygiene in accordance to the Qur'an and hadith in facing new normal such as maintaining health, hand and mouth hygiene, food intake, and a resting pattern. Second, the method approach is that parents must use the right method to show them how to do this habituation. The uswah al hasanah method can be an option for parents to invite children to have a healthy and clean lifestyle in facing this current situation of Covid-19. Therefore, parents must become role models for children in implementing clean and healthy living behaviors along the lines of Qur'an and hadith

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media poster dan media audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak siswa kelas VII dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penggunaan media poster dan media audiovisual yang telah diberlakukannya di kelas VII MTs Miftahul Huda. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Eksperimen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan validitas dan reabilitas. Teknis analisis data yang peneliti gunakan adalah uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dari penggunaan media poster dan media audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak siswa kelas VII di MTs Miftahul Huda. Sebagai bukti bahwa adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan media poster dan media audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar siswa yaitu dilihat dari hasil nilai akhir siswa.
