This theme of this article is the audiences segmentation by local television in Central Java. This study is motivated by the large amount of number of local television stations that have sprung up, as the digital era progresses. This study uses qualitative descriptive approach with the sample of five television stations, namely Banyumas TV, Semarang TV, TVKU Semarang, Simpang5 TV Pati, and also Ratih TV Kebumen. The target of the audiences segmentation demographically is the people aged 30 years and above, except TVKU Semarang, namely teenagers and students aged 15-25 years. The development in the digital era is now an opportunity to maintain the existence of local television by doing convergence of digital media. The concept of ‘Think Global Act Local’ is the opposite in the local television industry to become ‘Think Local Act Global’, for the broadcasting world if they still want to exist in the digital media.

This article aims to find out whether there is a relationship of academic procrastination with self-actualization of activist student of Faculty of Daâ€™wah IAIN Purwokerto. The method in this research is quantitative method. This type of research belongs to field research which is correlation by using quantitative approach. Respondents in this study amounted to 28 students who became administrators of intra organizations such as Student Senate, Student Executive Board, Student Association Department and Student Association of Study Programs at Faculty of Daâ€™wah. Sampling technique with random sampling technique. In collecting the data the researchers used questionnaires. While the data analysis method used consisted of data collection, validity and reliability test, item analysis, correlation test, hypothesis test and conclusion. Result of research from method which have been done obtained by coefficient coefficient equal to 0,176 which show very weak correlation. Then test the hypothesis with n = 28, 5% significance in obtaining r table of 0.374 and shows the value of r arithmetic <r table so that it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between academic procrastination and self-actualization student activist daâ€™wah faculty.

This paper reveals the development of gamelan in digital form which is done in many different forms, ranging from stand-alone e-gamelan, Internet-based e-gamelan, and e-gamelan in mobile devices. Gamelan musical instruments has been a Javanese cultural identity since time immemorial. Gamelan Javanese cultural identity that has, in fact full of Islamic values. Therefore, with the digitization gamelan, this is tantamount to doing good and as a means to draw closer to Allah SWT.

Teknologi telah merambah seluruh kehidupan masyarakat. Pondok pesantren yang menjadi salahs atu elemen masyarakat juga terimbas oleh perkembangan teknologi tersebut. Teknologi gadget kini bisa dimiliki oleh siapapun karena harganya yang semakin terjangkau. Termasuk para santri di pondok pesantren juga dapat memiliki perangkat gadget. Budaya teknologi a) budaya copy-paste, b) budaya like and share, c) budaya solidaritas maya, d) budaya selfie, saat ini populer di masyarakat juga merambah pondok pesantren. Dari beberapa budaya tersebut tentunya ada budaya yang positif dan budaya negative. Pondok pesantren yang menjadi tempat menuntut ilmu agama sudah seharusnya menerapkan berbagai ketentuan dan peraturan pemanfaatan gadget di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar suasana menuntur ilmu di lingkungan pondok pesantren tidak dirusak oleh kehadiran teknologi gadget yang dibawa oleh para santri. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan di beberapa pondok pesantren mitra IAIN Purwokerto, mayoritas telah memiliki ketentuan dan aturan pemanfaatan gadget di lingkungan pondok pesantren. aturan tersebut juga dilengkapi dengan sanksi bagi para santri yang melanggar ketentuan dan aturan. Ketentuan yang dibuat oleh para pengasuh pondok pesantren adalah berkaitan dengan waktu kapan boleh menggunakan gadget dan kapan tidak boleh menggunakannya. Jika ada santri yang melanggar maka langsung diberikan sanksi sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku di setiap pondok pesantren. untuk menciptakan budaya teknologi di pondok pesantren yang beradab dan bermoral, para pengasuh dan pengurus beberapa pondok pesantren mengadakan razia atau inspeksi mendadak dengan mengumpulkan dan melihat konten gadget setiap santri. Budaya teknologi yang santun dan beradab dapat dibentuk dari pondok pesantren dengan berbagai aturan dan ketentuan. Budaya teknologi yang baik dapat dibentuk dari kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang dibungkus dengan aturan-aturan yang mengikat sehingga timbul keengganan dan kesadaran dari para santri untuk dapat memanfaatkan perangkat gadget dengan baik dan bertanggungjawab.

Masyarakat desa yang hidup di daerah agraris dengan musim tropis memiliki banyak potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah. Jika bisa memanfaatkan potensi tersebut maka bisa menjadi sumber tambahan penghasilan bagi masyarakat desa. Pemberdayaan dengan system bottom-up mengajak masyarakat untuk terlibat langsung dalam proses identifikasi, penemuan ide, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Dengan pelibatan secara langsung maka masyarakat merasa memiliki program dan diharapkan bisa berjalan secara berkelanjutan. Proses identifikasi sumberdaya alam yang ada di desa Grogolpenatus ditemukan limbah lidi yang banyak, namun tidak dimanfaatkan. Selanjutnya muncul ide untuk membuat berbagai kerajinan dari anyaman lidi. Program yang dilaksanakan yaitu pelatihan anyaman lidi dengan mendatangkan pemateri yang merupakan praktisi anyaman lidi. Peserta pelatihan anyaman lidi yaitu ibu-ibu PKK desa Grogolpenatus. Hasil anyaman lidi selanjutnya bisa langsung dipasarkan di obyek wisata Pantai Petanahan dan pasar Petanahan. Villagers living in agrarian areas with tropical seasons have a lot of potential for abundant natural resources. If it can take advantage of this potential, it becomes an additional source of income for the villagers. Some of the villagers of Grogolpenatus still live in poverty line. In fact, the village has the potential of natural resources in the form of lidi waste that can be utilized by weaving, so as to provide additional income and further increase the economic level of the citizens. With direct involvement, the community feels that it has a program and is expected to run sustainably. Empowerment methods with a bottom-up system invite the community to be directly involved in the process of identification, idea discovery, implementation, to the evaluation of community empowerment programs. While the method of implementation by carrying out woven training lidi with participants pkk mothers and young women. The process of identifying natural resources in grogolpenatus village was found a lot of lidi waste, but not utilized. Next, came the idea to make various crafts from woven lidi. Lidi webbing training brings presenters who are practitioners of woven lidi. The participants of the woven training lidi are pkk mothers grogolpenatus village. After attending the lidi webbing training, pkk mothers and young women became understanding and skilled in weaving lidi in various interesting forms. The results of woven lidi are then marketed at petanahan beach tourist sites and Petanahan market.

Community Service entitled Destination Management Organization – Destination Governance (DMO-DG): Assistance in Papringan Tourism Village, Kaliwangi Village, Purwojati, Banyumas, aims to internalize the Tourism Awareness Movement (GSW) and Sapta Pesona in Papringan Tourism Village, Kaliwangi Village, Purwojati, Banyumas, Competence of tourism actors in managing Papringan Tourism Village, Kaliwangi Village, Purwojati, Banyumas can increase, Communities around tourist villages can be empowered, and the Tridharma of Higher Education can be realized through community service that focuses on Tourism Villages. There is great hope from the team for this service to achieve targets, including Increasing the Quality of Governance with the Destination Management Organization Model - Destination Governance (DMO-DG) in Papringan Tourism Village, Kaliwangi Village, Purwojati, Banyumas. The program is expected to benefit Institutional, Work Program, and Work Outcomes. Tourism Awareness Group has an integrated Tourism Village Management SOP. Papringan Tourism Village has excellent tour packages through tourism business training, tourism attractions, scouting, Outbound, and Edu tours so that it can sell 1000 packages tours in the long term. Through community empowerment with Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), the goals and targets can be achieved through this community empowerment program.
