Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has affected the industrial sector which has an impact on the cessation of the wheels of business and must stop operating. The results of the 2020 Central Statistics Agency (BPS) survey noted that 82,85% of companies were affected by the covid-19 virus. Based on the sector, accommodation and beverage/food business experienced the most decline in income, which was 92,47%. The purpose of this study is to determine the percentage increase or decrease in account items in statement of financial position in the base year 2019 and the comparison years 2020 and 2021in manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that the company’s financial performance from the 2019-2021 periode has increased and decreased, which can be seen from the comparison per two years on the balance sheetbased on trend analysis. Increases and decreases in performance have no significant effect because the company is still able to run and operate. From the result of the analysis of financial statements using the trend method, it can be concluded that the ICBP company has the best performance seen in the accounts on the balance sheet which has increased compared to other companies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Milik Negara (BUMN) selama periode tahun 2013-2015 melalui pendekatan RGEC (Risk Profle, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital). Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan bank BUMN adalah dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank BUMN yang sudah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang terdiri dari Bank BRI, BNI, BTN, dan Mandiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kinerja keuangan Bank BUMN selama periode 2013-2015 dari analisis faktor risk profle menunjukkan bahwa NPL Bank BUMN memperoleh predikat baik dan dari sisi LDR Bank BUMN memperoleh predikat cukup baik. Sedangkan untuk faktor Good Corporate Governance (GCG) secara umum Bank BUMN sudah mengelola dan menerapkan GCG dengan baik. Untuk faktor earning yang dihitung dengan rasio ROA dan NIM secara keseluruhan Bank BUMN mendapat predikat sangat baik. Penilaian faktor permodalan dengan menggunakan rasio CAR menunjukkan seluruh Bank BUMN dalam keadaan sangat baik.

Abstract

UMKM are productive businesses owned by individuals and/or individual business entities that meet the criteria for micro businesses as regulated in law. The government supports UMKM with programs as an effort to improve community welfare. The government's efforts to improve community welfare are through the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program supporting UMKM. The Sindon Bazaar is a forum for Sindon Village UMKM which was formed by the Sindon Gemah Abundant KKN Committee Team (SGM). This bazaar was held according to the needs and potential of the community in Sindon Village. The management of the Sindon Bazaar consists of the SGM KKN Committee Team assisted by the youth of the local Dukuh Youth Organization. In the Sindon Bazaar, there are many UMKM selling various foods, drinks and toys for children. The results of the implementation of the bazaar that have been achieved include increasing the income of the UMKM community who participated in the bazaar, where what was usually empty of consumers became busy with consumers and the level of sales increased, as well as helping the people of Sindon Village to innovate and hone their skills as a new business opportunity

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities are carried out outside campus with the aim of increasing the relevance of higher education to development and society's need for science, technology and art to carry out development which is increasing, where students' perceptions of the relevance of the curriculum studied on campus with the reality of development in society. Where the aim of the Real Work Lecture is to guide and direct students in increasing creativity through coloring competition activities and socialization through bullying films at Sindon 1 State Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative type of research in this activity, coloring picture competitions with plant and animal themes for grades 1-3 and screening of films about bullying for grades 4-6. The implementation method approach uses two types, namely the student education approach with the student companion model, while the data collection process is carried out using participant observation techniques and literature study using the Miles and Huberman analysis model but supplemented with data triangulation tests. The results of the activity showed that students' creativity with the picture coloring competition and socialization through showing films about bullying went according to expectations, as evidenced by the participation of all students in grades 1-3 and grades 4-6. The level of enthusiasm is high due to their participation in delivering material and practical activities and students are able to understand the theory and knowledge related to the process of coloring pictures and there is awareness among students to live in harmony, respect and help each other and not carry out bullying which is detrimental to friends.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan brand image terhadap kepuasan konsumen Batik Iskandartex Surakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 171 responden, dengan teknik probability sampling, menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan variabel kualitas produk, harga dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Batik Iskandartex Surakarta. Penelitian ini hasil Adjusted R Square dibuktikan sebesar 56,7% sementara sisanya 43,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain seperti promosi media sosial, kualitas pelayanan dan lain-lain. Penelitian uji simultan bahwa kualitas produk, harga dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Batik Iskandartex Surakarta.
