Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is an effort made to create a safe, comfortable working atmosphere with the aim of achieving the highest possible productivity. The implementation of K3,KAK,PAK is the responsibility of all related parties and is obliged to play an active role in accordance with their functions and authorities in carrying out various efforts in the field of K3 on an ongoing basis and making K3 a part of the work culture in every activity. Apart from K3, the public's knowledge about the dangers of fire is still common/insufficient even though the danger from fire can cause a lot of losses both material and moral and can also result in death. Knowledge of K3 can provide knowledge to the public so that they are more careful in taking actions that can cause a hazard such as fire. Abstract

Diabetes Melitus merupakan salah satu penyakit yang termasuk kedalam kelompok metabolic yang ditandai dengan peningkatan glukosa darah secara tidak normal. Ulkus diabetikum merupakan komplikasi pada pasien Diabetes Melitus yang sering terjadi. Pengobatan pada pasien ulkus diabetikum salah satunya dengan pemberian terapi antibiotik. Penggunaan antibiotik yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan resistensi sehingga dapat mengakibatkan pengobatkan kurang efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketepatan penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien Ulkus Diabetikum di RSUD Margono Soekarjo tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif pada pasien ulkus diabetikum yang menggunakan antibiotic kemudian dianalsis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode gyssens. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari kasus 65 sampel yang didapat diperoleh hasil bahwa ketepatan penggunaan antibiotik pada kategori gyssens yaitu pada kategori 0 (tepat) sebanyak 42 pasien (65,63%), kategori IIb (tidak tepat interval) sebanyak 4 pasien (6,25%), kategori IIIb (terlalu lama) sebanyak 8 pasien (12,31%), dan paga kategori IVa (lebih efektif) sebanyak 10 pasien (15,38%).

Abstract

HIV/AIDS is a health problem in the world, including in Indonesia. he number of HIV/AIDS cases continues to increase from year to year. Adolescents are included in a group that is vulnerable to exposure to HIV/AIDS. As an effort to prevent and transmit HIV / AIDS can be done through health promotion. This activity aims to provide health promotion through outreach activities about HIV/AIDS to students at SMAN 1 Baturraden. The method used is using pretest and posttest. The results of community service activities showed an increase in knowledge about HIV/AIDS as seen from the increase in the score obtained. The conclusion of this activity is that counseling activities are easily accepted and increase knowledge about HIV/AIDS for students of SMAN 1 Baturaden.

Abstract

Bay leaves (Sygyzium polyanthum Wight) and papaya leaves (Carica papaya L) are plants that have anti-inflammatory activity due to their flavonoid compounds. The purpose of this study was to determine the formulation of bay leaf and papaya leaf extracts into cream preparations. The treatment group consisted of 4 groups. The first group is the positive control (voltarene), the second group is the negative control (1% carrageenan). The third group was the group that was given the combination cream treatment of bay leaf and papaya leaf extract formula 2 and the fourth group was the group that was given the cream treatment combination of bay leaf and papaya leaf extract formula 3. The anti-inflammatory test was carried out based on observations for six hours by looking at edema volume and edema percentage. LSD test results showed that the cream formula 2 treatment (anionic) and the cream formula 3 treatment (nonionic) showed a significant difference with the negative control with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that formula 2 cream treatment (anionic) and formula 3 cream treatment (nonionic) can potentially reduce edema volume and can inhibit edema on the soles of rats induced with carrageenin
