Abstract

Companies in achieving a company's goals must understand the performance of each team in the company. In overcoming and supervising that each team has achieved a goal and has performed well, a dashboard is needed to provide information and also help a company achieve its goals in understanding and monitoring the performance of each team and its members. The dashboard is made using a UCD (User Centered Design) method, a method that focuses on user behavior as the basis for creating a system. With this method, the dashboard will become a monitoring, evaluation tool, and become a report for a merchandising team in meeting the needs of a company. By making this dashboard, it will be very easy for users to understand and assess the performance of existing members and teams and with the design of existing KPIs it can facilitate the assessment of members and the merchandising team.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Monitoring siswa berbasis Web pada SMAK BPK PENABUR Cianjur adalah program untuk memantau absensi siswa, pelanggaran, kegiatan siswa dan nilai siswa seperti nilai tugas, UTS, UAS. Pembuatan program ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah guru untuk memasukan data absensi, pelanggaran, informasi akademik serta nilai siswa dan kepala sekolah dapat memantau setiap informasi akademik, pelanggaran dan nilai siswa secara efektif. Program aplikasi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall yang dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap seperti analisa, desain, pengkodean dan pengujian. Program ini dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan analisis berorientasi objek dengan Unified Modelling Language (UML) seperti Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Entity Relational Database, Class Diagram, Window Navigation Diagram. Pengujian program ini menggunakan metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Tampilan program “Sistem Informasi Monitoring siswa berbasis Web pada SMAK BPK PENABUR Cianjur” dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman HTML, sedangkan untuk penghubung basis data menggunakan Bahasa PHP dengan Framework Codeigniter dan jenis basis datanya sendiri menggunakan MySQL. Software yang digunakan untuk membuat sistem adalah Visual code untuk teks editor, XAMPP yang berfungsi sebagai Server lokal. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pengujian terdapat kesimpulan bahwa sistem yang dihasilkan dapat membantu guru untuk mengelola data absensi, pelanggaran, informasi akademik serta nilai siswa dan siswa dapat melihat jadwal kelas, mata pelajaran, absensi kehadiran, nilai mata pelajaran seperti nilai tugas, ulangan, UTS dan nilai UAS, informasi akademik serta data pelanggaran.

Abstract

The development of communication technology allows people to interconnected with each other without being limited by distance, space and time. Smartphone is one of the communication tools that is now widely used by everyone as a communication tool between people. And now many companies offer a variety of smartphone products, but it provides difficulties to everyone in choosing the most suitable smartphone for them. Therefore a recommendation system is needed to overcome these difficulties. In this study a smartphone purchase recommendation system was made based on other user ratings, a smartphone brand that uses the collaborative filtering method. This system can recommend a smartphone brand based on the results of the similarity calculation of the users who later one user will be compared to another user then from the comparison results between users searched for the Similarity value that is closest to 1 which means similar.

Abstract

One way to create information services for consumers is to create a website. At this time the website is easily accessible by the public, besides that the website also has many advantages, namely being able to provide information accurately, easily and quickly to be accessed which can help consumers to find out about a product that is needed. Welding workshop business is a business that is much needed by the community. Krisna welding workshop is a workshop engaged in the business of welding services and the manufacture of exterior and interior products that use iron as basic materials. To help make it easier to provide information to consumers and help process reports, a web-based application design is made for ordering iron-based exterior and interior products at a krisna welding workshop. The method that will be used to design this application is to use the waterfall method. Using the waterfall method so that the design made can be more structured because the waterfall method has stages that can make the flow of this design run more optimally. And of course the transaction can run smoothly, and the flow of the transaction process can be well structured.

Abstract

The development of science and technology is increasingly rapid in the field of information technology such as internet technology. In the education sector in Indonesia, almost all tertiary institutions are quite familiar with and make good use of internet technology. Such as services to find out information on tuition fees, grades, and so on. At the level of high school education (SMA). Not many schools are well acquainted with the benefits of this internet technology. One of them is SMA Pelita Kasih, this technology is only used as an additional facility to display simple information. This technology has not been utilized as the main media database, one of which is a valuable. Value data processing is still done manually, this process is considered quite slow and requires precision to maintain the accuracy of the data. Therefore it is necessary to develop a system to streamline time and maintain data confidentiality. In developing this system, the stages used were from the Development System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), namely, Planning, Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Operation, and Maintenance. While the programming language used by the author is XAMPP and Sublime Text 3.

Abstract

This XYZ company is engaged in Agribusiness. In the process of coconut processing palm oil needs the help of materials such as iron, steel, and so on. The data to be processed from this company is material purchasing data. Of course, processing this data requires an application from the business intelligence or commonly abbreviated as Business Intelligence or BI. Deployed BI application is a dashboard to display the amount of material purchases along with targets, Order Unit, Category, Location, and Date. The process is created with perform ETL processing on OLTP, and OLAP data. Then will make dashboard using Power BI which is then uploaded to the website so that it can be accessed by users online. In this research method using the OLAP method. This OLAP method aims to analyze deeper data regarding the year, month, and date. Analyze in more detail using drilldown. The drilldown is used in order to be able to analyze in detail the amount of material purchase requirements which will be analyzed in more depth regarding the achievement of material purchasing needs. The final result of this research is a dashboard. This can be used as a reference by the user for material monitoring and analysis

Abstract

Although K-Means Clustering, a sort of non-hierarchical cluster analysis, is frequently employed, it has limitations when processing data with non-linearly separable characteristics (no distinct boundaries) and overlapping clusters, or when visually comparing the results of clusters to those of other clusters. When dealing with data that have overlapping and non-linearly separable cluster features, the Gaussian Kernel function in Kernel K-Means Clustering can be applied. The input data must be displayed using kernel functions in a new dimension, which is where Kernel K-Means Clustering and K-Means diverge. The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of steps and the results of Kernel K-Means Clustering analysis to classify tourist destinations in the Pesonajawa database based on GPS coordinates. The data used was obtained from the PesonaJava.com database, which consists of 28 tourist destinations located on the island of Java. The silhouette score is used in this study to evaluate the cluster results. The evaluation of the cluster results based on the research results revealed that the best number of clusters was K = 6, with a sigma value of = 5.

Abstract

Financial banking app is increasingly becomes part of daily lifestyle. From survey conducted by Top Brand Index showed one of the most popular banking app is BCA Mobile. This study was conducted to analyze BCA Mobile app user feedback from App reviews in google play store platform. The data is collected using scrapping method with google-play-scrapper library in python. Using K-Means Clustering algorithm to analyze 662 reviews in 26 December 2022 until 30 December 2022 time period. The clustering process is supported by Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency weighting method to help calculate the importance of a word in a set of document. This clustering process produces ten cluster, with silhouette score of 0.1027277 and average star rating of 2.65.

Abstract

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport is one of the airports in Indonesia which is located in Bali which has a large number of passenger arrivals because Bali has many interesting tourist attractions to visit. I Gusti Ngurah Rai international airport data certainly has a large size so that Business Intelligence (BI) technology is needed, namely a dashboard to process this data and gain insight. Forecasting the number of passenger arrivals is also carried out in order to be able to analyze what the number of passenger arrivals would be like in the future. Therefore, in this case the dashboard was made using the prototyping method and data mining with forecasting or forecasting using the Holt-Winters triple exponential smoothing method. The smoothing parameters used are alpha = 0.3, beta = 0.01, and gamma = 0.01 with the MAPE result of 32.04%. With the visualization on the dashboard, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the company that manage the airport to monitor the number of passenger arrivals at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport so that they are able to make decisions in managing the airport.

Abstract

Web-Based Service Information System and Coordination of Worship Activities for the Next Gen Community at the House of Prayer Church is a web application designed to help ministers from fields involved in worship activities to coordinate with one another and for data processing of congregations, ministers, mentors to be better. The coordination process for services and worship, as well as scheduling is now still being done manually without using a digital system, namely by holding face-to-face meetings at the church or using online messaging services. Therefore, the purpose of creating this web application is so that worship activities can be better and more coordinated. Making this application uses waterfall methodology. The programming languages used are HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP with the Bootstrap Framework. The database used is MySQL. After going through the development process, the application is tested using black-box testing which results are satisfactory for the developer. Based on the result of user acceptance testing, the user indicator has a “very good” category.
