Abstract

Setiap budaya lokal memiliki keunikan dan keindahan tersendiri yang membedakannya. Hal ini disebabkan adanya perbedaan kepercayaan yang diwarisi dari nenek moyang dan diturunkan dari generasi ke generasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konstruksi sosial masyarakat berbasis tradisi SGKP di Desa Kalipan. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Proses pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, hasil konstruksi sosial disajikan melalui tiga momen: eksternalisasi, objektifikasi, dan internalisasi. Momen eksternalisasi menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat desa Kalipan mengetahui bahwa tradisi ini berasal dari orang tua (leluhur) dan lingkungannya, sebuah momen objektifikasi untuk mencoba, dan tradisi ini menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat desa Kalipan. Selain itu, momen internalisasi menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat percaya bahwa tradisi SGKP memberkati kehidupan mereka dan air yang digunakan untuk mandi GKP dapat menyembuhkan berbagai penyakit.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the contribution of the red brick industry to the income of workers in Ngreco Village using a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. The results of this study indicate that income among workers is different. This is caused by several factors such as the capital used, the amount of red bricks produced and the erratic weather. This research is expected to be able to open ideas for more in-depth research to conduct studies with different perspectives, namely about the influence of the existence of the brick industry on the availability of natural resources. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan kontribusi industri batu bata merah terhadap pendapatan pekerja di Desa Ngreco menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan antar pekerja berbeda-beda. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti modal yang digunakan, jumlah batu bata merah yang dihasilkan dan cuaca yang tidak menentu. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membuka ide bagi penelitian yang lebih mendalam untuk melakukan kajian dengan perspektif yang berbeda yaitu tentang pengaruh adanya industri batu bata pada ketersediaan sumber daya alam.

Abstract

Form of Learning Activity (BKP) of certified independent study internship (MSIB) is an activity that is intended for students to get to know the current world of work. However, based on its implementation, the achievement of the objectives and suitability of BKP MSIB with the scientific field study programs becomes a real issue in the implementation of BKP MSIB. This paper aims to describe the achievement of the objectives of BKP MSIB for undergraduate students at the Social Science Education Study Program of UM, as well as the suitability of BKP MSIB followed by undergraduate students at the UM Social Science Education with the scientific field study program. The study uses a descriptive narrative study method to answer the formulation of the problem based on the students’ experience of BKP MSIB participants who came from S1 UM Social Science Education. The research results indicate the achievement of the objectives of BKP MSIB. Students get the right fulfillment to obtain experience in the implementation of BKP MSIB. The right fulfillment to obtain experience is evidenced by the experience of getting off the field for 1-4 months (for certified internships), as well as the real-world issues, which are raised to be reviewed in the classroom (for Certified Independent Studies). Based on its implementation on undergraduate students of UM Social Science Education, it turns out that BKP MSIB still has shortcomings. The shortcomings include the incompatibility between BKP MSIB taken by S1 students of UM Social Science Education with the scientific field study program. Furthermore, based on the research, it is still found students who have a sense of “compulsion” to undergo BKP MSIB MBKM.
