Abstract

This study aims to determine salary, incentives and work motivation on employee performance. Quantitative descriptive is this type of research, using several analytical methods. The unit of analysis is hotel 88 employees consisting of Hotel 88 Mangga Besar 120 employees, Hotel 88 Mangga Besar VIII employees and Hotel 88 Fatmawati employees using accidental sampling. The population in this study were all employees at Hotel 88. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The results of the study show that salary, incentives and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Salary is useful for employees to meet their daily needs. Employee incentives can increase employee work productivity as a reward for Hotel 88 work performance. Work motivation provides comfort for employees to continue working at Hotel 88 because the work environment is comfortable and safe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for culinary Asinan Ahauw Traditional Food from Bogor. This type of quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were consumers who bought Asinan Ahauw culinary, Bogor's traditional food, while the sample consisted of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The results of the study partially show that food quality and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while partially they do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. the producers of Asinan Ahauw Traditional Food from Bogor to always maintain product quality and build a positive brand image in order to win the competition between Asinan Ahauw producers.

Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar mengajak para mahasiswa untuk berkolaborasi, beraksi, berbakti mengajar sebagai agen perubahan diharapkan akan membantu meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan di jenjang SD dan SMP khususnya di bidang literasi dan numerasi. Berdasarkan analisis situasi dan permasalahan yang didapatkan di SDS Hang Tuah 8 Jakarta dengan metode blended learning, maka kami menyusun beberapa program dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu dalam mengajar, adaptasi tekhnologi dan adaptasi sekolah. Program maupun kegiatan yang kami susun sudah kami sesuaikan dan adaptasi kembali seiring dengan waktu selama kami datang setiap hari ke SDS Hang Tuah 8 Jakarta, hal ini juga melalui persetujuan dan diskusi dengan Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan maupun pihak sekolah. Mahasiswa juga membantu sekolah dalam membantu adaptasi teknologi, dan membantu administrasi. Para guru di SDS Hang Tuah 8 Jakarta Utara sudah mampu memahami teknologi, hanya saja sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai serta dalam penerapannya para guru masih bingung terutama dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di tengah pandemi covid-19 ini.

Abstract

COVID-19 is currently taking the world by storm. WHO itself has even designated this virus as a world pandemic. In early 2020, Indonesia contracted Covid 19 and specifically in DKI Jakarta. DKI Jakarta is the province with the largest number of cases exposed to the corona virus in Indonesia, with a total of 28,882 cases. The Indonesian government through the Ministry of Health has issued a Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number HK.01.07 / menkes / 382/2020 regarding health protocols for the public in public places and facilities in the context of prevention and control of the 2019 corona virus disease (covid-19). This study was to determine the effect of health protocols on purchasing decisions at the Kiko Coffee Shop. This research method uses a descriptive approach. The overall results of this study are for the level of influence of health protocols on purchasing decisions at Kiko Coffee Shops. The average statistic is 4.6331 and the standard deviation is 0.36381. And for the purchasing decision level at the Kiko Coffee Shop. The average statistic is 4.5810 and the standard deviation is 0.44860. There is a strong relationship between health protocols and purchasing decisions at the Kiko Coffee Shop, with a value of r = .840. With the existence of a health protocol and this is a factor in increasing purchasing decisions from visitors at Kiko Coffee Shop. Suggestions for management to promote more to the female market segment.
