Abstract

Cost Control in a hotel is a part of the function of carrying out the task of cost control, recording the inventory of raw materials for food and beverages, where the Food Controller perform the recording of special costs associated with the cost of food (Food Cost), while the Beverage Controller is part of carrying out the recording Special costs associated with the cost of drinks (Beverage Cost). Research Objective, food and beverage inventory turn over, percentage of Food Cost and Beverage Cost, Average Check of Food and Beverage Service, Labor Cost, Profit Department of Food and Beverage. The data retrieval procedure uses the primary data, such as: conducting interviews to the Food and Beverage Controller. Secondary data are: Profit Loss F & B Department Period December 2015. The result of the research showed that: Food Cost Percentage reached 33.9% from budgeted 35%, meaning 1.1% below budget, Beverage Cost reached 22.44% from budgeted 25 %, Meaning 2.56% below budgeted, Labor Cost Percentage can be achieved 19.75% of budgeted at 24.0%, means 4.25% below budget, Percentage of Department Profit achieved 33.7 % Of the budgeted amounted to 28.6% in other words 5.1% above the budget.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan rumah tangga dan pengeluaran rumah tangga terhadap stabilitas keuangan rumah tangga pada pelaku wirausaha di obyek wisata Danau Cipondoh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program Eviews 7. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, dimana populasi sama dengan sampel yaitu berjumlah 31 orang dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pelaku wirausaha yang ada di Obyek Wisata Danau Cipondoh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan rumah tangga dan pengeluaran rumah tangga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel stabilitas keuangan rumah tangga. Sementara nilai Adjusted R2 yang didapat sebesar 83,41%, yang menunjukan bahwa kemampuan variabel bahwa variabel pendapatan rumah tangga dan pengeluaran rumah tangga dalam menjelaskan variabel stabilitas keuangan dalam rumah tangga adalah sebesar 83,41%, sisanya sebesar 16,59%, dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.  Kata Kunci:        Pendapatan Rumah Tangga, Pengeluaran Rumah Tangga, Stabilitas Keuangan Dalam Rumah Tangga ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine household income and household expenditure on financial stability in the household of entrepreneurs in Lake Cipondoh tourism objects. The sample in this study amounted to 31 people by distributing questionnaires to entrepreneurs in Cipondoh Lake Tourism Object. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis using the Eviews 7 program. The results of the multiple regression equation research show that the variables of household income and household expenditure partially have a significant effect on the variable of household financial stability. Meanwhile, the adjusted R2 value is 83.41%, which indicates that the variable ability of household income and household expenses in explaining household financial stability variables is 83.41%, the remaining 16.59% is explained by other variables outside of this study.Keywords: Household Income, Household Expenditures and Financial Stability in Households

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the percentage of room occupancy and the room rates correlated with the benefits gained by the hotel in Puncak Bogor in the period of 2016 – 2018. This research includes the type of Descriptive and Explanatory Research of variables of prices, occupancies and incomes received by the hotel. It can be seen that the influence of price determination as measured by the room occupancy rates to the amount of hotel revenue is shown by the regression coefficient test, so, it can be stated that the occupancy rate or the number of visitors staying overnight has a very significant influence on the increase of hotel revenues.

Abstract

Cibuntu Village is a sub-district area that is one of the villages that has the potential for the development of the agricultural, plantation, and livestock sectors. In addition to these sectors, the tourism sector with the concept of agrotourism is expected to be developed and will make a significant contribution to the economy in Cibuntu Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the location of tourist attractions in Cibuntu Village and determine the types of tourism that can be developed in that location. The data analysis method used is divided into two parts, namely policy analysis and basic sector analysis using LQ (Location Quotient) calculation analysis. With applicable policy restrictions, tourism activities in Cibuntu Village are agrotourism and ecotourism. From the results of the LQ calculation, there are superior commodities, namely sweet potatoes, these commodities are worthy of investment to be developed in the future. Several alternative locations for tourism objects and activities that can be developed are agro-tourism activities in agricultural areas located in Cibuntu village which are designated as ecotourism areas. Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to identify and evaluate internal and external factors, (2) to formulate strategy toward tourism village in Gempol village. Based on analysis result, Internal factor’s strength is the beauty and conservation of nature are the most significant influence on the development of tourism village. The most important weakness of Gempol village is not ready to receive the tourists, since the lack inadequate facilities.. External factor’s opportunity is the value of the people who always maintain and preserve traditional cultural. The most important threat is competition with others regions in the development of tourism village. The strategy taken is to maintain the harmony of nature and culture of the village. The need for a strong commitment from the entire village community. Promote village community training, including village government on tourism management, how to manage tourist attractions, guest or visitor management. Use all media to introduce and publicize tourism potential in the village both conventional and unconventional media, such as the internet media.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan manajemen keuangan bagi para pelaku usaha di objek wisata Danau Cipondoh, Kota Tangerang. Melalui kegiatan ini para pelaku usaha termotivasi dalam membuat manajemen keuangan meliputi dana yang dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan usaha, cara mendapatkan dana usaha, cara mengolakasikan dana yang terbatas, cara mengelola modal kerja, cara membuat laporan keuangan sederhana dan alat yang digunakan mengukur kinerja usaha. Dalam kegiatan ini melibatkan 18 orang pelaku wirausaha, kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan, pelatihan dan konsultasi. Hasil Kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa para pelaku wirausaha mengetahui lebih banyak tetang manajemen keuangan sehingga lebih siap dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat dan bisa meningkatkan pendapatan. Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisai mengenai pembukuan sederhana bagi para ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha di rumah. Sasaran kegiatan adalah para masyarakat khususnya ibu anggota PKK dan kelompok wanita tani di Desa Cipasung, Kabupaten Kuningan-Jawa Barat. Melalui kegiatan ini para ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha di rumah termotivasi dalam membuat pembukuan sederhana dalam rumah tangga dengan mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran usaha mereka setiap hari. Dalam kegiatan ini melibatkan 19 ibu rumah tangga yang terdiri dari 12 ibu anggota PKK dan 7 kelompok wanita tani. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan praktek. Hasil Kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan adanya tanggapan dan interaksi yang sangat baik dari masyarakat dilihat dari motivasi dari para masyarakat khususnya para ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki usaha di rumah untuk membuat pembukuan sederhana yang baik dan sistematis demi kesejahteraan keluarga. Abstract

Pelatihan penghitungan harga jual dan harga pokok makanan di desa Bungaraya kabupaten Siak. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk Memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan bagaimana menghitung harga pokok makanan dan harga penjualan makanan untuk dijual oleh masyarakat disekitar Agro ekowisata Bungaraya kab Siak, Riau. Metode pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode klasik dengan cara presntasi, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta melalukan parktik agar peserta dapat lebih memahami materi yang telah diberikan. Materinya antara lain : (1) Pengertian dan kegunaan dari Food Cost, (2) cara menghitung harga pokok makanan, (3) Harga Jual yang sesuai dengan harga pasar disekitar. pelatihan menunjukan bahwa dengan adanya pelatihan ini para peserta memiliki keterampilan dalam mengitung harga pokok makanan dan menghgitung harga jual makanan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of yield/revenue with RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room). This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis method in this study uses the trend analysis method. Data sources were obtained from Hotel X & Conventions in the form of daily hotel reports, revenue management forecast reports and pattern reports from January to December 2018. The results show that Yield/Revenue Management has been implemented well at Hotel X & Conventions Kelapa Gading in 2018 by making a RevPAR estimate that is close to the actual, with the difference between the estimated data and the actual data being only 5.34% to 17%. The highest RevPAR was in August 2018 which was Rp. 585,690,- and the lowest was in February 2018 which was Rp. 474,114. The conclusion of this study is that Hotel X & Conventions Kelapa Gading has implemented yield/revenue management well in 2018 by carrying out RevPAR estimates which are almost in accordance with the actual, with the difference between the estimated data and the actual data.Keywords: Yield/Revenue Management, RevPar(Revenue Per Available Room)

Abstract

This community service aims to provide socialization on how to get loans from banks for entrepreneurs in Lake Cipondoh who have businesses in these tourist attractions. Through this activity, entrepreneurs in Lake Cipondoh are motivated to borrow funds from financial institutions, namely banks, not moneylenders. This activity involved 27 entrepreneurs, this activity was carried out using counseling, training and consultation methods. This activity includes how entrepreneurs can easily borrow bank credit, easy steps for entrepreneurs to get business capital from banks and how to make proposals. The results of the training activities show that entrepreneurs know more about how to get credit loans from banks so that by seeking business capital from banks, they will get an injection of fresh funds, which can make businesses develop faster and faster.
