Abstract

Performance is an achievement or level of success achieved by a person (individual) or an organization in carrying out work in a certain period. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Kabola District office, Alor Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies while data analysis is significant with the t-test and F-test. The results of this study indicate that: Partially the work motivation variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of the t-test of 0.032. Partially the Work Discipline Variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of the t-test of 0.034. Partially, the Work Environment Variable has no significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of the t-test of 0.220. Simultaneously the variables Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Environment (X3) have a significant effect on employee performance variables (Y) with a significance value of the F test of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work discipline, and job satisfaction on work ethic. The analytical method used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique with t-test and simultaneous test or F-test results of the research partially and simultaneously obtained a significance value of individual characteristic variables of 0.026, work discipline of 0.005, job satisfaction of 0.007, and simultaneously a significance value the result of the F test is 0.000, testing the hypothesis proposed in this study is as follows: There is an influence of Individual Characteristics on work ethic, work discipline on work ethic and Job Satisfaction on Work Ethics of employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Alor Regency.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a person's feeling of pleasure or disappointment that arises from comparing the perceived performance of a product or result against their expectations, if the performance matches their expectations, the customer will be satisfied and will be a customer for a long time. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Wong Jowo Kalabahi Restaurant, Alor Regency with a sample of 36 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire technique, interview observation, and literature study. Methods of data analysis use validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis while hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test and F-test. The results showed that partial service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction as indicated by the t-test significance value of 0.006. Partially, the price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction as indicated by the t-test significance value of 0.023. Partially, location has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of the t-test of 0.002, and simultaneously service quality, price, and location have a significant effect on customer satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of the F test of 0.000
