<![CDATA[Penelitian ini didasari oleh sistem persediaan yang dibuat oleh model Economic Production Quantity (EPQ). Selain model EPQ penelitian ini mengembangkan model-model sebelumnya yang menggunakan inspeksi sampling tunggal dan sensus yang memperhatikan sistem produksi yang tidak sempurna (deteriorasi). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan inspeksi sampling ganda. Setelah melakukan inspeksi sampling dilanjutkan dengan inspeksi ATI lalu inspeksi sensus. Hasil dari inspeksi sensus untuk produk yang cacat langsung mengalami proses rework. Penelitian ini menggunakan pemrograman dinamis probabilistik untuk menghasilkan suatu model optimisasi penentuan lot produksi pada sistem produksi tidak sempurna dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi total ongkos.
