Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Factors that Affecting Competitive Advantage at PT. Propertindo Wijaya Perkasa (Survey on perumahan Lukman Indah Pesona Salo Consumen). This research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 35 consumens who bought the Perumahan Lukman Indah Pesona Salo. There are two kinds of data which is primary and secondary. The data is collected using a questionnaire and research file. From the validity test of the results, all items of statements submitted to respondents were declared valid with a value greater than the value (0.3338). The reliability test results also showed that each item had a increased level of reliability with Cronbach's alpha values above 0.6. From the results of the study concluded that the independent variables partially affect competitive advantage at PT. Propertindo Wijaya Perkasa. The analytical tool used to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable is simple linear regression. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.782 with a coefficient of determination (R^2) of 56.00%. The results of this research is indicate that quality product, price, promotion and service quality variables affect to competitive advantage at PT. Propertindo Wijaya Perkasa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, brand image and price perception on sales volume of Vivo brand smartphones (survey on consumers of PT. Finansia Multi Finance, Bangkinang Branch). This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 91 consumers who bought the Vivo brand smartphones. The type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data. These data were collected using a questionnaire and research files. From the results of the validity test, all items of the statements submitted to the respondents were declared valid with a value of rcount greater than the value of rtable (0.206). Reliability test results also indicate that each item has a good level of reliability with Cronbach's alpha value above 0.6. From the results of the study concluded that the independent variables partially affect the sales volume at PT. Finansia Multi Finance Bangkinang Branch. The analytical tool used to measure the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is multiple linear regression. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.668 with the coefficient of determination (R2) of 42.60%. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality, brand image and price perception affect the sales volume at PT. Finansia Multi Finance Bangkinang Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, promotion and distribution on purchasing decisions of Scarlett cosmetics (a survey of retail stores in Bangkinang Kota). The types and data sourcesu used in this study are primary and secondary data, while the data collection technique is using questionnaires, research files, observations. in this study, the researcher used multiple linear analysis with a sample of 100 people as the data analysis. The sample collection technique is using accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of the simultaneous variables test, product, promotion and distribution have an effect on for Scarlett cosmetics purchasing decisions (a survey of retail stores in Bangkinang Kota), while based on a partial variables test, product, promotion and distribution have shown to have a significant effect individually on Scarlett cosmetic purchasing decisions (survey on retail stores in Bangkinang Kota), The closeness relationship occurs between product variable, promotion and distribution on purchasing decisions is very strong Meanwhile, the independent variable contributions to the dependent variable is 59.9%,.

Abstract

This reserch aims to determine the effect of skills and work commitment on the performance of PKS employees at PT. Kampar Tunggal Agrindo, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all PKS employees at PT. Kampar Tunggal Agrindo by using the slovin technique by determining the sample to be 57 employees. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study conclude that skills and work commitment affect the performance of PKS PT. Kampar Tunggal Agrindo with a significant value less than 0.05. The results of the study using a partial test that work commitment has more influence on employee performance. There is a strong relationship between the variables of skills and work commitment to employee performance at PKS PT. Kampar Tunggal Agrindo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of work motivation and work discipline simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of PT. Bio Cycle Indo in Tapung District. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 80 employees. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant relationship between work motivation and work discipline, either simultaneously or partially on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance by 66.0%. While the remaining 32.0% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-actualization and reward simultaneously and partially on the work performance of employees of PT. Multisarana Agro Lestari Pekanbaru. Job performance can be said to be the result of work in quantity and quality that has been achieved by an employee on the implementation of tasks based on responsibilities and main tasks and functions. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with a total of 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using the f test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that simultaneously and partially self-actualization and reward have an effect on work performance. The closeness of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable of 79.60%.
