Tobacco is one of the most important trading commodities and a source of state revenue through taxes, foreign exchange, excise, and is a source of income for farmers. Tobacco production is usually used for the manufacture of domestic cigarette products. The Kedungadem District area which tends to be hilly, allows tobacco to grow more optimally. Because the soil structure in hilly areas generally does not store much water, it is very suitable for growing tobacco plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of GHP to tobacco quality in Megale Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency. To determine the effect of GHP application on tobacco quality in Megale Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency. This research method is interview, observation, questionnaire, literature study. Data analysis used in this research is six sigma and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the implementation of Good Handling Practices (GHP) by tobacco farmers in Megale Village, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency was in accordance with the applicable GHP guidelines and SOPs. Quality variable 1 (X1) partially has a significant effect on tobacco GHP. This is evidenced by the results of the tcount 3.028 > ttable 2.048. Quality variable 1 has also passed the classical assumption test. Quality variable 2 (X2) partially has a significant effect on tobacco GHP. This is evidenced by the results of the tcount 2.199 > ttable 2.048. Quality variable 2 has also passed the classical assumption test. Quality variable 3 (X3) partially has a significant effect on tobacco GHP. This is evidenced by the results of the tcount -0.530 ttabel 2,048. Variabel mutu 1 juga telah lolos uji asumsi klasik.Variabel mutu 2 (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap GHP tembakau. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai thitung 2,199 > ttabel 2,048. Variabel mutu 2 juga telah lolos uji asumsi klasik. Variabel mutu 3 (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap GHP tembakau. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai thitung -0,530 < ttabel 2,048. Variabel ini juga telah lolos uji asumsi klasik. Untuk nilai Fhitung lebih kecil dibandingkan Ftabel (1,340 < 2,93) dalam taraf signifikansi 0,05 (a = 5%). H1 ditolak dan H0 diterima yang berarti variabel mutu 1 (X1), mutu 2 (X2), dan mutu 3 (X3) secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel GHP (Y).
