Abstract

Hadith is the second source of law after the Qur’an. One of the functions of the hadith is as an interpretation bay which aims to clarify the verses of the Koran. In understanding the law based on hadith, one must know the hujjahan hadith. Hadith seen from the quality of its proof is divided into three, namely authentic hadith, hasan, daif. This research is a library research and is included in the category of qualitative research. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the profanity of hadiths which contain authentic, hasan and daif hadiths. The results of this study indicate that the degree of a hadith has several possibilities, we could say authentic, hasan, or daif. Sahih if it fulfills the five conditions that have been agreed upon by the hadith scholars, hasan if there are a few conditions that are not met, and dha'if if the conditions that are not fulfilled are more than the hadith hasan. The highest blasphemous hadith is authentic hadith, then hasan hadith and the weakest is dhai'if hadith. Keywords: Hadith blasphemy, sahih, hasan, daif

Abstract

The implementation of tasks in the education unit is considered very important in order to achieve the specified targets. The implementation of tasks is given to systems that are considered capable of carrying them out. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system of task distribution in educational units in islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews with key informants, observations, reference tracing and documentation. Data analysis in this study using data reduction, data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing by taking into account data validity standards. The results of this research show that the division of tasks in the education unit must be in accordance with professional individuals with the meaning in accordance with their respective expertise / fields. This aims to avoid neglecting the tasks carried out because they cannot be done optimally. Keywords: Education; Boarding; System; Assignment

Abstract

Field Work Practices (PKL) are learning opportunities for SMK/MAK, SMALB, and LKP students that are carried out through work practices in the workplace within a predetermined amount of time in accordance with the curriculum and workplace requirements. Since the school is in charge of running the field work practice program, it is necessary to conduct research by evaluating how the program is run. This study aims to reveal and analyze a number of things in detail, including (1) locating and evaluating a strategy. 2) comprehending and evaluating activity program control. Document review, observation, and interviews are used in this study's evaluative methodology. This study was carried out at Private Vocational School Al Washliyah 9 Perbaungan, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province. The school possesses expertise in business and management as well as two expertise competencies, which are Automation of Office Governance and Institutional Financial Accounting. The CIPP evaluation model, which evaluates Contex (C), Input (I), Process (P), and Product (P), is the one that is utilized. In order to produce an interpretive assessment, the CIPP model was modified in accordance with the requirements of the evaluation. At Al Washliyah 9 Private Vocational School, field work practices were planned and managed in accordance with effectiveness standards, including the Good program standards. Additionally, the evaluation results must be enhanced to become a very high standard for achieving the desired outcomes. Keywords: management, Practical Field, Vocational High School

Abstract

In the industrial era 4.0, especially in the world of education, the teacher is an educator who is obliged to educate his students in learning skills, by: First, Educational competence, internet-based educational competence or learning of things as a basic skill. Second, Technology commercialization competence, has the competence to bring students to have a technology-based entrepreneurial attitude and student innovation work. Third, competence in globalization, a world without barriers, not stuttering about various cultures, hybrid competencies and problem solving competencies. Fourth, Competence in future strategy, the world changes easily and moves quickly, so that you have the competence to predict exactly what will happen in the future and its strategy. Fifth, the competence of the counselor, considering that in the future the child's problems are not difficulties in understanding teaching material, but are more related to psychological problems, stress due to increasingly complex and severe pressure conditions, a teacher who is able to behave is needed. as a counselor/psychologist. Why are they called teachers because some people think that all areas of the teacher must be mastered even though sometimes we cannot lie to ourselves, if we have to master all fields we may not be able to, but there is nothing wrong if these deficiencies must be covered with lifelong learning. Abstract

Islamic Education Management is a management set to develop Islamic education and part of the management regarding the use of all existing resources in Islamic educational institutions, so that the goals can be achieved effectively, efficiently and productively. This study used a qualitative approach with library research. This study uses the thematic method (maudu'iy), namely the collection of verses of the Koran which discuss the objectives of Islamic education management. Sources of research data were obtained from verses of the Koran, interpretations and hadiths as well as books and journals. Data collection techniques by collecting literature data or library materials that lead to discussion in research. Data analysis was carried out by content analysis, namely content analysis which contains conclusions based on valid data by considering the contents of the writing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the verses and interpretations regarding the objectives of Islamic education management. The conclusion from this study there are five objectives of Islamic education management, namely planning educational programs according to Islamic law, preparing educational facilities and infrastructure according to the guidance of the Koran and hadith, managing educational institutions so that educational goals are achieved according to Islamic law, controlling the educational process based on al- -Quran and Hadith, improve resources in Islamic educational institutions.
