Abstract

The use of information technology can simplify and accelerate a business process and also the company's performance in managing information. Information processing will be faster if it is accessed on a web page. Therefore, researchers designed a web-based personnel management information system. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database by analyzing the use of CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete ). This is done by inputting employee data more easily. With this staffing management information system, it can make it easier to manage employee data which is easy and fast to be immediately followed up by related parties. This personnel management information system also makes it easier for employees to do work and makes reporting more optimal and timely as needed.

Abstract

Information technology in an organization is very important to support organizational assets. An information technology audit needs to be carried out to determine the level of suitability of the current situation with the expected target. This study aims to manage audit findings and produce recommendations for improvement and sustainable management. This study uses the COBIT 5 framework. The chosen domain is DSS (Deliver, Service, and Support). The results of the study show that the average scale is 3.67 with a capability level of 4. The recommendations that appear can be used as a reference for achieving information technology targets at the Padang Class I A Religious Court.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin meningkat dan meningkat dari waktu ke waktu, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pendidikan sekolah dasar sangat diperlukan untuk berbagai keperluan, termasuk media pembelajaran. Teknologi informasi tidak hanya digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, tetapi juga dapat digunakan untuk menyebarkan pengetahuan dan seiring berjalannya waktu mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar dari tingkat SD hingga SMA. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin cepat dan menarik baik bagi anak-anak maupun orang dewasa, beberapa sekolah dasar bahkan menawarkan berbagai teknologi dalam proses pendidikannya. Pemanfaatan teknologi oleh guru sebagai inovasi dapat membuat proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih menarik dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Menggunakan atau memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran dapat memaksimalkan proses belajar mengajar. Teknologi informasi memegang peranan yang sangat penting, khususnya bagi dunia pendidikan
