Abstract

Penelitian ini sangat relevan dengan peningkatan kualitas supervisi pembelajaran. Fokus penelitian kualitatif ini adalah linearitas penerapan teknik, fungsi dan prinsip dalam supervisi pembelajaran di SD Xaverius A1 Ambon. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tentang seajuhmana linearitas antara penerapan teknik supervisi pembelajaran dengan fungsi dan prinsip supervisi pembelajaran di SD Xaverius A1 Ambon. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis dari perspektif objek kajian. Hasil penelitian menandaskan bahwa penggunaan pelbagai teknik supervisi pembelajaran di SD Xaverius A1 sangat berpautan erat dengan ragam fungsi dan prinsip supervisi pembelajaran, sehingga terjadi hubungan simultan antara supervisor dan supervisee.

Abstract

This research is a library research which aims to analyze and describe teacher competency development strategies in underdeveloped areas. The research method used is descriptive research. The author uses descriptive research by emphasizing the power of analysis of available sources and data by relying on theories and concepts to be interpreted and described which lead to the focus of the discussion. The results of the study found that the condition of education in disadvantaged areas requires more teachers who have pedagogical competence. Teachers who have pedagogical competence will be able to manage learning well, so that the teaching and learning process can take place effectively and the expected goals can be achieved. Therefore, to develop teacher pedagogic competence, an effective development strategy is needed through collaboration between various interested parties, namely the government, schools, teachers and the local community.

Abstract

This research is a library research that aims to analyze and describe the strategy for developing teaching materials for Catholic Religious Education in underdeveloped areas. The research method used is descriptive research. The author uses descriptive research with an emphasis on the power of analysis of sources and available data to be interpreted and described which leads to a focus discussion. The results of the study found that the condition of education in underdeveloped areas requires more teaching materials with self-instructional characteristics which are packaged in small/specific activity units, with easy-to-understand language, containing examples or illustrations, practice questions and material summaries as well as assessment instruments. Therefore an PAK teacher in developing teaching materials needs to start from an analysis of the needs and characteristics of students and choose the type of printed teaching materials which can be in the form of comic Pop-up books by highlighting local wisdom and natural media.
