Abstract

The game of football is one of the PJOK learning materials that is taught at every level of the education unit, both from elementary school to tertiary level. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in shooting learning outcomes through the TAI learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results of this study indicate that the results of the action in cycle I, there were 11 students who had completed or 74.75% with a total value of 884.5, 6 students did not complete or 25.24% with a total value of 298.7. In Cycle II, there were 17 students who completed with a total score of 1354.3 or 889.36%. There is an increase in learning outcomes of 13.89%, meaning that learning outcomes in shooting in soccer games can be improved through the TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) learning model.

Abstract

The performance of Physical Education Sports and Health teachers in the learning process in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency is still not optimal. This service activity aims to determine the level of competence of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency in 2022. The training methods in this community service activity are lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The instrument used to measure the level of teacher competency is the Teacher Performance Assessment Instrument. The subjects in this service were Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluk Regency, totaling 40 teachers from 21 schools. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of the evaluation of the training materials show that the competency level of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency is in the "very low" category of 0% (0 teachers), the "low" category is 44.44% (15 teachers), the "medium" category was 25.0% (8 teachers), the "high" category was 19.44% (12 teachers), and the "very high" category was 11.11% (5 teachers)
