Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Analisis Isi Program Siaran Dan Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran dalam Menarik Minat Pemasang Iklan di Media Online Jambi 28 TV. Merupakan penelitian media online, khususnya televisi yang menggunakan perangkat internet dalam tayangannya. Indikator penelitian yang ingin diteliti dari 4 aspek yakni ; 1). Isi Program Siaran Jambi 28 TV ; 2.). Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran di Media online Jambi 28 TV dalam menarik minat pemasang iklan; 3). perbedaan Isi Program Siaran Media online Jambi 28 TV, dibandingkan dengan TV online sejenis; 4). Kendala dan Hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi Jambi 28 TV dalam pengembangan program. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dirancang dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan mendapatkan gambaran menyeluruh tentang Media Online Jambi 28 TV. Tehnik pengumpulan data penelitian yakni, menggunakan pedoman wawancara mendalam, yaitu menyampaikan beberapa pertanyaan secara lisan kepada orangorang yang berkompeten. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di kantor Jambi 28 TV dan sebagai pelengkap data, penelitian melakukan survei pemirsa di 4 (empat) tempat Kota Jambi, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Kabupaten Sarolangun dan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, periode 7 s/d 30 November 2022. Hasil yang didapat Program Siaran Jambi 28 TV, dapat dikatakan telah berjalan sesuai rencana yang di tetapkan manajemen. Media online Jambi 28 TV belum begitu dikenal masyarakat, dikarenakan terbilang media baru eksis. Media online Jambi 28 TV memiliki keunggulan pada tampilan atau pun hasil produksi siaran yang bagus karena ditunjang oleh perangkat yang lumayan berkualitas. Seiring perkembangan zaman Jambi 28 TV sebagai media televisi harus terus meningkatkan kualitas teknologi yang modern dan mampu bersaing dengan media-media lainnya.

Abstract

Managerial competence for school principals is one of the basic principles in managing educational institutions and developing a religious culture in schools. One of the backgrounds of this research is that the religious culture at SMP N 19 Merangin has become a real practice and a shared vision in educational institutions. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Data sources were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and data verification. The result of this study is that the principal's managerial competence in developing a religious culture by emphasizing and managing resources at SMP N 19 Merangin. These resources are encouraged by planning and implementation by teachers and students as well as adequate learning facilities. Such as disciplinary attitudes, religious literature, and environmental support in the development of a religious culture. In addition, the development of a religious culture is practiced in the rules or regulations of students in the school environment, such as respecting religious differences, differences of opinion, and religious celebrations. The practice has become a living value that takes place in the daily lives of school members.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the phenomenon of new students when they start entering college, the transition from high school to university brings up various social and academic changes that will be faced by students. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between self-adjustment and academic achievement of students of the da'wah faculty of the State Islamic University of Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The research method used is multiple correlation, which is the method used to determine the relationship between one variable and another. The subjects in this study were 92 students of the Da'wah Faculty for the 2019 Academic Year. Based on the results of the research analysis, the correlation results were p = 0.005 0.005. The results obtained from the data analysis are Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that the results show that there is a relationship between self-adjustment and academic achievement of students of the Da'wah Faculty of Sultan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University Jambi.

Abstract

BP4 (Marriage Advisory, Development and Preservation Agency) carries no small task and has big challenges regarding growing family problems, requiring human resources related to mediation, advocacy and marriage consultants. This aims to improve organizational services that are responsive to all marriage and family issues that arise in society, including prospective bridal couples who are not approved by one of their parents. To review this phenomenon, the researcher used a qualitative approach using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results showed that: (1) The role of BP4 (Marriage Advisory, Development and Preservation Agency) officers in providing pre-marital counseling guidance to the prospective bride and groom 'adhal in the KUA Bajubang District, Batanghati Regency is to carry out a pre-marital guidance training program for caten which includes eight materials, namely: marriage, munakahat, the science of the soul of marriage, human life, marriage and household problems, monotheism, ubudiyah, and how to reach my home, my heaven. (2) Factors inhibiting potential guardian 'adhal brides in counseling guidance by BP4 (Marriage Advisory, Development and Preservation Agency) officers at the KUA, Bajubang District, Batanghari Regency, include: the lack of accurate data regarding marriage, divorce and the factors causing it so that BP4 difficulties in finding effective ways to provide guidance and counseling, as well as resistance from adhal guardians. (3) The effectiveness of implementing pre-marital counseling guidance for prospective brides and grooms 'adhal guardians by BP4 (Marriage Advisory, Development and Preservation Agency) officers at the KUA Bajubang District, Batanghari Regency is quite optimal. This is indicated by data on the minimal number of divorce/talak cases in the Bahubang area, Batanghari Regency when compared to other districts.
