Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengungkap dan melihat pengaruh pembelajaran entrepreneurship terhadap motivasi Entrepreneurial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal, dimana sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Teknik keahlian bisnis konstruksi dan properti yang berjumlah 68 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket yaitu angket pembelajaran entrepreneurship dan angket motivasi Entrepreneurial. Teknik analisis regresi digunakan untuk proses analisis data penelitian. ini Hasil penelitian ini secara umum disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan fungsional linear positif yang searah pengaruh antara pembelajaran entrepreneurship dan motivasi Entrepreneurial. Besarnya korelasi pembelajaran entrepreneurship dengan motivasi entrepreneurial adalah 0,847.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase students' understanding of CAD program courses through the application of the case method learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted to find solutions that can be done so that the potential of each teaching participant can be explored optimally. The subjects of this study were the fourth semester students of the Building Engineering Education Study Program, University of Nias, who at the time of this research were contracting 22 CAD courses. The method of measuring the level of success is carried out in three cycles. The method of data collection was carried out by observation, performance tests, quantitative and qualitative data collection, and data analysis techniques of learning implementation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it was found that the most dominant activity of lecturers in providing lecture material using autocad media could increase student understanding by 0.47 points from cycle 1 to cycle 2 while the increase from cycle 2 to cycle 3 was 0.04 points. Activities in providing explanations to student questions using autocad media can increase student understanding by 0.25 points from cycle 1 to cycle 2 and increase student understanding by 0.27 points. The mastery of students' cognitive learning outcomes increased from cycles 1 to 3, with the percentage of mastery in cycle 1 being 31.82% and cycle 2 being 54.54%, and in cycle 3 being 90.9%. So it is concluded that the application of the case method learning model assisted by autocad media can improve students' understanding of the CAD program material.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di mana hasil belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Barat masih rendah ditentukan banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran masih kurang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan penggunaan media pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran; (2) mengetahui korelasi secara signifikan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar siswa, (3) besarnya kontribusi penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Barat, dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu: (1) angket model skala Likert yang telah diuji kesahihan dan keandalan. Adapun temuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) ada korelasi antara penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar siswa; (2) besarnya kontribusi penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar adalah 79%; (3) berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dimana thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,815 > 1,697, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penggunaan media pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning process by using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model in teaching at SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli and to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in the basic competencies of Application of Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Procedures by using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model at SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli for the 2021/2022 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The instruments used include: observation in the learning process (Teacher Respondents), observation sheets of student activeness in the learning process, student learning outcomes tests, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in class X-DPIB even semester of SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli in 2021/2022 with 14 students. The results of the study were obtained: (1) In cycle I (first) the average observation of teacher respondents in the learning process of the first meeting was 55% and the second meeting was 60% with an average percentage of 57.5%. The percentage of observations of students who were active in the learning process of the first meeting was 40.90% and the second meeting was 49.00% with an average percentage of 44.95%. The percentage of students who were not actively involved in the learning process of the first meeting was 51% and the second meeting was 59.1% with an average percentage of 57.5%. The average student learning outcomes were 64.04 with a percentage of completeness of 42.85% and a percentage of incompleteness of 58.00% (2) In cycle II (second) the percentage of observations of teacher respondents in the learning process of the first meeting was 80% and the second meeting was 87.5% with an average of 83.75%. The percentage of observations of students who were active in the learning process the first meeting was 77.5% and the second meeting was 83.5% with an average of 80.5%.. It is concluded that the application of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model to improve student learning outcomes in the basic competencies of Applying Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety Procedures.

Abstract

The problems found by researchers through observations of the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Lotu, namely the learning process using media is still not optimal. The aim is to develop learning media in class XI-DPIB based on 3D animated videos using SketchUp in the subject of Building Construction and Utilities to understand the Feasibility, Practicality, and Effectiveness of Media Products. This type of research uses the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The instruments used in this research were validation questionnaires for feasibility tests, student response questionnaires for practicality tests, and essay tests to test the effectiveness of learning outcomes. The results of this study are in the form of animated video-based media using SketchUp in the Building Construction and Utilities subject. Very Eligible Criteria based on the assessment of material experts 93%. Based on the assessment of linguists 92%. Based on the design expert's assessment of 90.59%. Practicality The media is categorized as very practical based on 91% individual trials and 93% field trials. The criteria are very effective with an effective percentage of 93% media. So it can be concluded that the 3D animated video-based learning media using SketchUp that was developed is very feasible, practical and effective for use in the learning process. suggestions from researchers (1) for students, it is hoped that the presence of 3D animated video-based media can increase effectiveness and critical thinking in visible image material, (2) for teaching staff it can add innovation in using media (3) for researchers, they can use this research as the next research to determine the feasibility of the product.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop audio visual media on basic competencies in understanding types of heavy equipment in construction work, which are valid, practical and effective. the type of research used is development research. The development model used is the Addie model, in this Addie model has five steps, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, this research was only carried out until the development stage. Implementation, and Evaluation. In the development of audio-visual media, it was validated by several experts, namely, material experts, media experts and language experts and then tested on individual trials, small group trials, field trials and conducting evaluations or assessments of students. Based on the results of the research, the audio-visual media developed has been tested to be very valid by material experts by 97%, media experts by 95% by language experts by 93%, furthermore, audio-visual media is also very practical to use by students with a practicality percentage of 95%. The module is also very effective in use with a completeness percentage of 90%. From the results of the research above, the audio visual media in the basic competencies of understanding types of heavy equipment in construction work at SMK Negeri 1 Sitolu Ori has met the hopes and objectives of the researchers.

Abstract

Technical drawing subject is one of the subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Sitolu Ori expertise competency in Modeling Design and Building Information that encourages students to have good and precise drawing skills. Students are confused in drawing a part of the building, and students have difficulty understanding the details of drawing parts. The purpose of this research is to improve the use of learning media in form of video tutorials based on AutoCAD applications on the material of the types of drawing parts. The model used in this research is Sugiyono's development model, the first step of potential and problems obtained through observation, the second step of collecting information to obtain various information of data, the third step of product design which it is method of making / designing products, the fourth step of design validation is carried out by validators, the fifth step of design revision is carried out from assessment results from the validators, the sixth step of product trials involving students and teachers to assess the products developed and the seventh step of revision of product trial results is carried out by finishing the product. Based on results of research, the learning media developed has been tested and assessed by validators with the acquisition of scores from media experts 92.94%, material experts 95.29%, and linguists 100% with very feasible to use, then the media is very practical to use by students with a percentage of 83.3% and a percentage of the involved teacher of 89.23%. The media is also effective to use with a percentage of completeness of 81.82%. As the results of this research, the learning media developed based on the AutoCAD program application has met the research objectives

Abstract

Tenun Resti Sipirok is a company engaged in trading woven products such as Jas, Ulos, Souvenirs and other woven products. In marketing its products, Tenun Resti Sipirok still uses the shop as a marketing place, so that consumers who are interested in buying these products must come directly to the store where they are marketed. Not infrequently consumers are disappointed because the product they want to buy is not available which requires consumers to order in advance until the product is finished being produced. By designing and implementing a web-based marketing system with a CRM approach to Tenun Resti Sipirok, it is very helpful in the process of marketing products via the internet, such as selling and promoting products to consumers. This also has a positive impact on the consumer side, because consumers do not have to come directly to the marketing shop, but consumers can buy and order products through the website that is created and information about new products and promos is easy for consumers to get through the website page as well as via email messages.

Very Feasible criteria based on 90% material expert assessment. Based on the assessment of linguists 98%. Based on the expert judgment of 95% Design. Media practicality is categorized as very practical based on 93% individual trials and 93% field trials. The criteria are very effective with a media effective percentage of 93%. So it can be concluded that the multimedia- based learning media developed is very feasible, practical, and effective to be used in the learning process. Suggestions from researchers (1) for students are expected with the existence of multimedia-based media to increase effectiveness and critical thinking in visible image material, (2) for educators can add innovation in using media (3) for researchers, can use this research as the next research to determine the feasibility of the product.
