Abstract

Abstract Background: Diabetes mellitus patients with foot ulcers experience stress due to worsening conditions and physical changes, besides that they also feel dissatisfied with the condition of their feet that cannot be normal as previous. In addition, diabetic ulcer sufferers tend to improve their spirituality and be more obedient to the creator by always trying to get closer to God. Objective: This study was to determine the effect of spiritual well-being on life satisfaction of DFU patients at PKU Kitamura Clinic, Pontianak. Methods: This research was a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach, using the Chi Square test with a sample of 100 people. Results: The results of the Chi squared test obtained a p value of 0.599 (> 0.05), there is no relationship between spiritual well-being and life satisfaction in DFU patients at the Kitamura Clinic, Pontianak City. However, the respondents used a spiritual approach to build coping in dealing with the illness they were suffering from. Conclusion: The characteristics of the respondents are mostly in the late elderly group of 37 people. As well as female as many as 58 respondents. The level of spiritual well-being of the majority of respondents in the moderate category is 87 respondents, and 52 respondents have life satisfaction in the satisfied category. Statistically there is no relationship between spiritual well-being and life satisfaction in DFU patients at the PKU Kitamura clinic. However, the spiritual element is able to increase gratitude and satisfaction with the destiny that has been determined by God Almighty. Abstrak Latar belakang: Penderita diabetes mellitus dengan ulkus kaki diabetikum mengalami stress akibat kondisi yang semakin memburuk dan terjadinya perubahan fisik, selain itu mereka juga merasa tidak puas dengan keadaan kaki yang tidak dapat normal seperti dulu. Pada kondisi tertentu, penderita ulkus diabetikum cenderung untuk lebih meningkatkan spiritualnya serta lebih taat kepada sang pencipta dengan cara selalu berusaha mendekatkan diri kepada Tuhan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesejahteraan spiritual terhadap kepuasan hidup pada pasien DFU di Klinik PKU Kitamura Pontianak. Metode: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitafif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. menggunakan uji Chi Square. Dengan sample sebanyak, 100 orang. Hasil : Hasil uji Chi squared didapat nilai p value 0,599 (> 0,05), tidak ada hubungan antara kesejahteraan spiritual dengan kepuasaan hidup pada pasien DFU di Klinik Kitamura Kota Pontianak. Namun demikian pendekatan spiritual digunakan oleh responden untuk membangun koping dalam menghadapi penyakit yang mereka derita. Kesimpulan : Karakteristik responden sebagian besar berada pada kelompok lansia akhir sebanyak 37 orang. Serta berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 58 responden. Tingkat kesejahteraan spiritual responden mayoritas pada kategori sedang sebanyak 87 responden, dan memiliki kepuasan hidup dengan kategori puas sebanyak 52 responden .Secara statistik tidak terdapat hubungan antar kesejahteraan spiritual dengan kepuasan hidup pada penderti DFU di klinik PKU Kitamura. Walau demikian unsur spiritual mampu meningkatkan rasa syukur dan puas akan takdir yang telah di tetapkan oleh tuhan yang maha Esa.

Abstract

The implementation of an K3 culture really depends on the employee's level of knowledge, workload and work environment. Workers know about the risks that may occur, but because there is no sanction from the company, workers do not comply with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in implementing K3. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of K3 in the form of employee personal protective equipment in terms of the knowledge, workload and work environment factors of employees at PT. Bahana Prima Nusantara. This research uses a qualitative method that digs deeper into the extent of the implementation of personal protective equipment in the K3 culture on employee productivity, where the number of informants is 5 people. As for the data collection method, it consists of primary data obtained from interviews, while secondary data is obtained from other supporting data. The conclusion from the research results is that workers' lack of knowledge has an impact on employee work productivity, excessive workload can affect employee productivity, and a comfortable and enjoyable work environment will form a productive work culture.
