Abstract

In the rapid development of technology and the increasing speed of information flow due to globalization, making the role of information is vital and crucial to an educational institution. Institutions of Sunan Pandanaran implement policies of separate education system among male students with female students. This triggered a few problems, especially in the Senior high school of Sunan Pandanaran where researched by the author. The focus of the research is how to implement thearchitecture of Representational State Transfer (REST) on the integrated system academic information between two separate data server so that student academic data can be served easily from two different servers. Through the system resulting from this research, researchers offered easy access to student academic data that can then be recycled by the user into a useful information.  The research methodology where used in this research is system development. The steps begin with a preliminary study research,data collection, design models, identifying system requirements and system development methods.At the end, this research produced a integrated academic system information between male school servers with a female school server where implemented using Representational State Transfer architecture. So that student academic data can be presented either to the user in order to be recycled into useful information.

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted because of the result of learning science study class V SD Negeri 147 Pekanbaru. KKM achieved by school was 75. From 32 students who achieve KKM just 14 students (43.75%) while students who did’nt achieve KKM is 18 students (56.25%) with a class average of 72.15. The purpose of this research to improve outcomes IPS class V SD Negeri 147 Pekanbaru with the application of learning models Quantum Teaching. The results obtained by the average value of 72.15 basic score increased in the first cycle of 3,30% to 74.53. In the second cycle the average value of students also increased by 10,66% to 79.84. On the basic of classical completeness score IPS student learning outcomes is only 43,75% (not finished). After the professor of applied model Quantum Teaching in the first cycle classical completeness increased to 56,25% (not finished), and the second cycle of classical completeness obtained are increased to increase to 78,12%. Activities of teachers at the first meeting of first cycle acquire a percentage of 70% with good categories. The second meeting increased to 79% in good categories. In the first meeting of second cycle increased to 84% with very good category. At the second meeting increased to 90% with very good category. Activities of students in the first meeting of the first cycle acquire a percentage of 68% with good categories. The second meeting increased to 77% in good categories. In the first meeting of the second cycle increased to 81% with very good category. At the second meeting increased to 86% with very good category.Keywords : Quantum Teaching, learning outcomes IPS

Abstract

Married by accident menjadi polemik yang meresahkandikalangan masyarakat kita. Status anak yang menjadi hasil dariMBA ini dinilai tidak jelas. Setiap anak yang lahir di muka bumiseharusnya mempunyai kepastian hukum. Namun demikian,Pasal 43 (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentangPerkawinan menyatakan: “Anak yang lahir di luar nikah hanyaboleh ada hubungan perdata dengan ibu dan keluarga ibunya”.Dari perspektif peraturan ini, status anak kawin tidak sengaja,tidak jelas dan tidak memiliki perlindungan hukum. Undangundang yang mengatur hal ini bertentangan dengan Pasal 28Dayat (1) Pembukaan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara RepublikIndonesia tahun 1945, yaitu seseorang berhak untuk diakui dihadapan hukum atau dalam keadaan lain mendapat perlindungandan kepastian yang sama hak disebut persamaan di depanhukum. Dengan terbitnya Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor46 / PUU-VIII / 2010, kontroversi yang menimbulkan gejolakpublik itu teratasi. Artinya, frasa tersebut telah ditambahkan padaPasal 43 UU 1974, menjadi: “Anak yang lahir di luar nikahmemiliki hubungan yang relatif dengan ibu dan keluarga ibunyaserta warga negara yang ayahnya seorang laki-laki. Dibuktikanmelalui ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi atau cara lain. Buktihubungan darah dengan saudara sesuai dengan hukum termasukhubungan perdata dengan keluarga bapak”. Tujuan penelitianadalah untuk mengetahui dan memperdalam ilmu yang dimilikioleh peneliti terkait perlindungan hukum di Indonesia terkaitanak hasil married by accident, sedangkan metode penelitian inimenggunakan penelitian hukum doktrin, yaitu penelitian yangbersumber dari bahan-bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersieratau sering disebut dengan penelitian library research(kepustakaan). Hasil penelitian adalah faktor pernikahan yangtidak disengaja pada kasus MBA ini banyak terjadi dikalanganremaja banyak faktor-faktor yang mendorong sehingga terjadiMBA ini. Salah satu faktor yang mendorong adalah akibatpergaulan bebas.
