Abstract

Abstrak Bearpath adalah salah satu industri kreatif yang bergerak pada bidang Fashion. Berdiri sejak tahun 2012, Bearpath memproduksi sandal dan berlokasi di kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Bearpath memproduksi sandal yang memiliki perpaduan dengan gaya outdoor yang kuat dan kokoh tapi juga nyaman dan kasual ketika dipakai santai. Konstruksi yang ada pada setiap produk sandal Bearpath terinspirasi dari teknologi yang ada pada sepatu lari (running shoes) yang memadukan kualitas fisik dan nyaman di kaki. Setiap detil produk Bearpath dibuat dengan material yang memiliki kualitas baik. Sehingga seperti perpaduan antara sandal gunug yang kokoh dengan sepatu lari yang kuat dan nyaman. Pada saat meluncurkan produknya, ada beberapa keluhan yang menunjukan ketidakpuasan pelanggan terhadap salah satu produk sandal Bearpath yaitu sandal Hoko. Bearpath harus dapat mengetahui dan menyediakan produk yang memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan agar dapat bertahan di pasar penjualan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan pelanggan pada produk sandal Hoko Bearpath yang termasuk kedalam True Customer Needs menggunakan integrasi Product Quality dan Model Kano, sehingga dapat diketahui kebutuhan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk sandal Hoko Bearpath. Pada penilitan ini terdapat 25 atribut kebutuhan pelanggan berdasarkan Voice of Customer dari kualitas produk sandal Hoko Bearpath, dimana terdapat 12 atribut kebutuhan yang telah dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan dan 13 atribut kebutuhan yang belum dapat memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil integrasi Product Quality dan Model Kano, didapat 13 atribut yang termasuk kedalam True Customer Needs yang perlu ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan. Established in 2012, Bearpath produces sandals and is located in the city of Bandung, West Java. Bearpath produces sandals that have a combination of outdoor styles that are strong and sturdy but also comfortable and casual when worn casually. The construction of each Bearpath sandal product is inspired by the technology that is in running shoes (running shoes) that combine physical quality and comfort on the feet. Every detail of Bearpath products is made with materials that have good quality. So that it is like a blend of sturdy gunug sandals with strong and comfortable running shoes. At the time of launching the product, there were several complaints that showed customer dissatisfaction with one of the Bearpath sandals products, namely Hoko sandals. Bearpath must be able to know and provide products that meet customer needs in order to survive in the sales market. The purpose of this study was to find out the customer needs of Hoko Bearpath sandals products included in the True Customer Needs using the integration of Product Quality and Kano Models, so that customers' needs can be identified to improve the quality of Hoko Bearpath sandals products. In this study there are 25 attributes of customer needs based on Voice of Customer from the quality of Hoko Bearpath sandals products, where there are 12 attributes of needs that have met customer expectations and 13 attributes of needs that have not been able to meet customer expectations. Based on the results of the integration of the Product Quality and the Kano Model, 13 attributes were included in the True Customer Needs that needed to be improved and developed.
