Abstract

Era revolusi industri 4.0 lebih menekankan pada digitalisasi, sedangkan era society 5.0 lebih ke cara bagaimana memanusiakan manusia dengan teknologi. Sehingga manusia tersebut sebagai user/pelaku yang ikut menggunakan teknologi tersebut. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) harus ditingkatkan secara terus menerus sehingga mampu memanfaatkan dan memaksimalkan setiap inovasi teknologi yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tugas pokok dan fungsi HRD di Sekolah Alam Gaharu dalam upaya menjaga kestabilan dan peningkatan kualitas SDM. Ruang lingkup tanggung jawab HRD yaitu perencanaan, perekrutan dan seleksi pegawai, training dan development SDM, kompensasi dan keuntungan serta evaluasi kinerja SDM. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara langsung di lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini, HRD di sekolah tersebut terbilang memiliki beban kerja yang cukup banyak, sebaiknya apabila SDM terus bertambah, bagian HRD pun menambah anggota yang bertugas sebagai tim HRD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the management of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Ma'had Al-jami'ah STIT program in Bekasi Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research in the form of descriptive evaluation, namely an evaluation evaluation that identifies educational values or practices by collecting information and analyzing data systematically. Based on the results of the study, the management of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Ma'had Al-jami'ah STIT Bekasi Regency program includes program planning, program implementation and program control. The planning stage begins with deliberation or meetings between supervisors, setting the planned goals, formulating methods, and implementing the implemented strategies. The implementation of the tahfidz program is carried out by determining the time and place of program implementation, the stages of program activities which include coordination with related parties and orientation between the committee, supervisors and tutors, as well as orientation among students participating in tahfidz Al Qur'an. And the system and pattern of program implementation which includes the person in charge, supervisor, examiner, and participants. The control of the tahfidz program is carried out by directing the students who are carried out after the planning and implementation are determined.

Abstract

Islamic education is faced with various challenges and complexities in the modern context. In order to face this challenge, Islamic education management plays an important role in organizing effective educational institutions. Good management in Islamic education involves managing resources, making strategic decisions, and meeting the needs of learners and other stakeholders. The research method used by researchers is to use research with a qualitative approach. Program development. Surveys can provide valuable input in the development of better Islamic education programs. By gathering the opinions and preferences of learners, researchers can identify specific needs or interests that should be accommodated in educational programs. Identify needs and problems. Surveys can be used to identify needs and problems in the context of Islamic education. Data driven decision making. The survey provides objective and reliable data, which helps in better decision making in the management of Islamic education at SD A-Azhar Bandung. Carefully analyzed survey data can help identify trends, problems, or potential improvements that need to be prioritized. Survey research methods have high relevance in the context of Islamic education management. In an effort to improve the effectiveness of Islamic education, it is important for practitioners and researchers to make careful and sustainable use of this research method. Thus, Islamic education management can adapt and develop according to the needs of today's Muslim society.
