Abstract

Sound scale management in instilling discipline in early childhood is very important because it can help children develop disciplined character. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were the principal and 5 accompanying teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study it was found that there were 3 stages in sound scale management in instilling discipline in early childhood, namely sound scale planning, sound scale implementation and sound scale evaluation. The planning of the sound scale was planned by the guidance counselor and then a meeting was held with the teacher and socialization to the parents of students, the implementation of the sound scale had 4 scales, scale 0, scale 1, scale 2, scale 3, scale 4. Scale 0 when the call to prayer is echoed, scale 1 talking with someone, scale 2 expressing opinions/speaking in small groups (3-20 people), scale 3 talking/playing in open spaces in large groups (20-50 people), scale 4 emergency: fire. Sound scale evaluation has advantages and disadvantages. The teacher has made a plan, implemented and evaluated which is able to develop a child's discipline attitude through habituation activities so that it can be concluded that the planning, implementation and evaluation carried out to instill discipline in children is in accordance with what is expected by the teacher.

Abstract

Football is a very popular sport in society. Anyone can play this sport because it doesn't require a lot of money to play it. The problem in this study is that hitting athletes is still far from what is expected, because the many punches made by athletes both in matches and practice show that only a few can hit the target. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different forms of squats and resistance bands on the shooting performance of Bmd Olang Fc athletes. The method used in this research is experimental research with quantitative data collection. The population of this study consisted of 15 Bmd Olang Fc athletes. The sampling technique used in this study was pretest and posttest. In this study, 15 athletes from Bmd Olang Fc. Data analysis with t-test. The research results obtained showed that the average T-score before the test was 42.40 and the average result after the test was 57.20. The average after the test was higher than before the test, meaning that the squatting group's resistance affected the shooting ability. From this it can be concluded that squat training with resistance bands has a significant effect on shooting in soccer games.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of leg muscle explosive power and balance on the ability to shoot futsal at Club The Brothers. The type of research used is descriptive research which is correlational in nature. The sample is part of a number of characteristics possessed by the population used for research. In this study, 10 members of The Brother FC were used as samples. The instruments used were the leg muscle explosive power test, balance test and shooting ability test. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive tests, normality tests, linearity tests and regression tests using the SPSS Version 24.00 program. The results showed that the leg muscle explosive power variable had a tcount of 3.994 while ttable = 2.228 so tcount > ttable. The balance variable has tcount, which is 6.007, while ttable = 2.228, so tcount > ttable. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the Fcount was 65.878 and the sig. 0.000. Fcount value (65.878) > (2.228) and sig. smaller than 0.05 or a value of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that the ability of the independent variables to explain variable variation is quite strong.
