Abstract

The COVID19 pandemic has shocked the world, including in Indonesia. This pandemic has an impact not only on the health sector, with many people exposed and even dying, but also in other sectors, one of which is the economic sector. Low economic growth, in fact there was a recession with a negative growth rate, many companies had to close, workers were laid off, people's incomes tended to decline, and many other changes. The government is also actively involved in regulating this, such as implementing Large Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), implementing social distancing, even for workers, students and university students, so activities are carried out from home. The impact of all these things has made the Indonesian people more creative in carrying out their daily lives and activities. Including company managers or entrepreneurs or business people, it is necessary to restructure their operational activities and business management. Indonesia needs human resources who are more skilled, more creative, and more able to improve competence and performance than what was done before this panddmi. Thus, each company is expected to be able to manage its business more competitively, both large and SME businesses. The Bina Amanah Cordova School of Entrepreneurship, Tangerang, is one that has also felt the impact of this pandemic. This school is a school dedicated to developing aspiring entrepreneurs. This school produces prospective business people who later they can help the government in increasing its contribution to the economic sector. realize that there is a need for their students and alumni who are already in the SME business to develop the further knowledge and skills needed to manage the challenges faced by any business due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Many students and alumni who are already business people are very aware of this changing situation. They need information, knowledge, related to how to maintain their business in this pandemic era, especially how to increase the competence of business people so that their performance can also increase and this is an effort to maintain the business they run.The Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University through its community service program strives to facilitate the needs faced by students and alumni of the Cordova School of Entrepreneurship. The FEB Usakti Community Service Team (PKM) has conducted training to improve the performance of human resources to remain competitive in a sustainable manner in facing business challenges due to Covid-19, for students and alumni of the Bina Amanah Cordova School of Entrepreneurship, Tangerang. The results of the training evaluation show that students and alumni have been able to significantly improve their performance in increasing competence, especially in terms of how to improve the skills and knowledge needed to survive in running their business (MSME sector), so it can be concluded that the training provided has successfully fulfilled its objectives. .Keywords:  Covid-19 epidemic, competence, performance, UMKM

Abstract

The decline in the turnover of tofu and tempe craftsmen in the Semanan area, Kali Deres sub-district, West Jakarta, has caused the tofu and tempeh craftsmen to have to think of strategies to keep their production running and increase sales. In addition, craftsmen are forced to reduce the amount of production compared to usual to prevent oversupply due to a decrease in demand. In addition, the price of the tofu and tempe was also increased from usual to cover the losses received. Among the various factors that can cause it, one important factor is increasing the competence of craftsmen through self-concept. This aspect concerns the positive values and attitudes of tofu and tempeh craftsmen related to the business. The community service carried out aims to increase competence through self-concept in the tofu and tempeh craftsman group in this region. The community service method is carried out using online counseling by providing material and question and answer (Q&A) discussions. The service was carried out smoothly. The measurement of the effectiveness of this abdimas uses a simple descriptive-quantitative by explaining the increase in insight into the competence of the craftsmen in terms of self-concept. In addition, the results of the service carried out were able to provide increased insight into tofu and tempe craftsmen in this region regarding self-concept-based competencies. The most significant improvement was found on a fairly good achievement scale (from 0% to 48%) where 5-6 items were answered correctly by the participants. The importance of the ability to manage creative marketing and sales strategies by utilizing online (digital) media is a recommendation for the next abdimas topic.

Abstract

The process of self-development can be realized by managing the individual's potential. This will affect with individual motivation. A motivation that has not been realized, of course, this needs to be known. One way to realize one's motivation is how effective and efficient the management of oneself and the environment is of each individual. Self-management is what we call action management. The word management has a deep meaning, that is, it starts with setting a plan to be achieved (i.e setting goals, setting the design and structure of the company, carrying out activities and evaluating work).

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang pemasaran hijau dan membangkitkan motivasi berwirausaha bagi pengusaha kecil yang tergabung dalam kelompok UMKM Tegal Alur, Jakarta Barat. Dewasa ini pemasar sudah mulai memahami pentingnya praktek pemasaran hijau yang ramah lingkungan, namun belum paham cara penerapannya. Terlebih di masa pandemic, data menunjukkan naiknya tingkat penggunaan plastic sebagai kemasan makanan yang tentu mencemari lingkungan. Di samping itu, dari hasil mapping masalah, walaupun pengusaha telah menjalankan usahanya, namun mereka masih membutuhkan dorongan agar mereka bisa mengembangkan kapasitas dan kemampuan diri, sehingga usaha merekapun lebih berkembang. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom dan dilakukan diskusi/tanya jawab setelah materi selesai disampaikan. Dari hasil jawaban peserta atas kuesioner yang disebarkan setelah penyuluhan, terlihat bahwa peserta sudah memahami praktek pemasaran hijau dan pentingnya menumbuhkan motivasi berusaha, bahkan mereka menginginkan penyuluhan lanjutan yang disertai dengan praktek membuat kemasan ramah lingkungan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan PKM yang diadakan secara online tetap bermanfaat asalan topik yang diangkat sesuai dengan permasalahan yang ditemukan di lapangan

Abstract

This study discussed whether there is a positive influence between Volunteer Management and Work Environment on Intention To Continue Volunteering mediated by Job Satisfaction of Central Jakarta Disaster Siaga Taruna (TAGANA) volunteers. This study aims to analyze the variables namely Volunteer Management, Work Environment, Intention To Continue Volunteering and Job Satisfaction and aims to analyze the positive influence between Volunteer Management on Job Satisfaction, To analyze the positive influence between Work Environment on Job Satisfaction, To perform analysis of the positive influence between Job Satisfaction on Intention To Continue Volunteering, To analyze the positive influence between Volunteer Management on Intention To Continue Volunteering mediated by Job Satisfaction, To analyze the positive influence between Work Environment on Intention To Continue Volunteering. The research method is descriptive quantitative with the aim of testing hypotheses, the data used are cross sectional, the unit of analysis used is the individual and the background of this research is no contrived setting. This research is related to the field of Human Resource Management, in particular to see the relationship between the Job Satisfaction variable with the concept of Green Society and Green Human Resource Management. The results of this study indicate that the Volunteer Management and Work Environment variables have a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive effect on Intention To Continue Volunteering, Volunteer Management and Work Environment have a positive effect on Intention To Continue Volunteering mediated by Job Satisfaction. The limitations of this research are that it is only conducted in one organization, namely Central Jakarta Disaster Preparedness Youth (TAGANA), the research variables used are only Volunteer Management, Work Environment, Intention To Continue Volunteering and Job Satisfaction and the research respondents are volunteers in the Disaster Preparedness Team. (TAGANA) Central Jakarta.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to exmaining the effects of caring climate, job satisfaction, and affective commitment on job performance in steak restaurant in Tebet, South Jakarta. This study were developed and tested 5 hypotheses, by using Structural Equation Model. Data were collected from 145 employees working on the food, beverage, hygiene, security, service and cashier in steak restaurant in Tebet, South Jakarta. Finding and contribution in this research shown that there is positive and significant effect of caring climate on job satisfaction and affective commitment that effect on job performance. The limitationin in this research was that this study focused only on restaurant as a hospitality industry, only at steak restaurant in Tebet, South Jakarta, and was limited for only four variables.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan : Penelitian ini untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap student performance yang dimediasi oleh student satisfaction dan motivation to learn dalam pembelajaran online. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan : Data primer menggunakan kuesioner berjumlah 258 mahasiswa. Skala Likert digunakan untuk mengukur seluruh variabel. Pengolahan data menggunakan SEM. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima. Pengaruh antar variabel adalah positif dan signfikan. Keterbaruan/Nilai : Penelitian ini menekankan peran mediasi student satisfaction dan motivation to learn dalam pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap student performance dalam pembelajaran daring di seluruh strata tempat penelitian dilakukan. Abstract Purpose : This research was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership to students performance through student satisfaction and motivation to learn towards online learning. Design/Methodology/Approach : The primary data was obtained using questionnaire of 258 students, Likert scale was used to measure all variables.. Data analysis was performed using SEM. Results: This study indicated that all hypothesis are accepted. The influence among variables are positive and significant. Originality : The research was conducted using online learning system in all degrees by stressing mediating roles of student satisfaction and motivation to learn to achieve student performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh empowering leadership, kreativitas individu, dan iklim organisasi terhadap perilaku inovatif individu pada jasa transportasi di Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dan analisnya menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menujukkan ada pengaruh positif dari empowering leadership, kreativitas individu, iklim organisasi secara bersama terhadap perilaku inovatif individu. Implikasinya adalah meningkatkan empowering leadership dengan meningkatkan kreativitas individu agar karyawan selalu melakukan pekerjaannya dengan kreativitas tinggi tanpa batasan. Perusahaan juga harus membuat karyawan merasa aman karena penerapan iklim organisasi yang tercipta dengan baik didalam perusahaan dan menjadikan karyawan memiliki perilaku inovatif individu sehingga dapat memberikan masukan dan dapat mengembangkan ide-idenya

Abstract

Proses menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses dapat diwujudkan dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki dan terus diasah. Dengan adanya kompetensi yang dimiliki seperti pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemampuan individu akan berpengaruh pada keberhasilan wirausaha. Salah satu cara menjadi wirausaha yang sukses adalah pengelolaan diri, mengetahui potensi diri dan keterampilan yang dimiliki diri sendiri. Pengelolaan diri itulah yang kita sebut dengan tindakan manajemen. Sebuah kata manajemen memiliki makna yang cukup dalam yaitu dimulai dari kita menetapkan rencana yang ingin dicapai.

Abstract

The success of a business depends on the success of the entrepreneur in running it. Basicly every human being has a nature in the form of talent that is in him. One of the ways to become a successful entrepreneur is self-management, knowing one's own potential and skills, managing talent well. This needs to be accompanied by creativity that produces brilliant ideas to make a business change towards improvement. Business development by relying on creativity in an entrepreneur, this will bring up an innovation. Creativity and innovation are 2 (two) things that are very related; which is not possible in humans all of a sudden. Starting with equipping and training students to be more creative and innovative. If they have entered as entrepreneurs, they are also required to strive to increase creativity and innovation so that the business they are running can develop and be sustainable.
