Abstract

Politeknik Kampar merupakan salah satu politeknik yang mempunyai laboratorium miniplan pengolahan CPO menjadi minyak goreng, biodisel dan sabun. Pada saat operasinya pengolahan ini menghasilkan limbah cair dan limbah padat. Limbah cair yang dikeluarkan oleh suatu sistem pengolahan harus dilakukan pengolahan sebelum dibuang kelingkungan. Berdasarkan percobaan yang dilakukan proses yang menghasilkan limbah adalah pada proses degumming dihasilkan air limbah sebesar 159 L per 1 kali proses dilakukan, dimana air limbah ini mengandung gum dan berwarna kuning. Pada proses netralisasi menghasilkan limbah padat yang mengandung soapstock sebesar 10,93 kg limbah per 1 kali proses dilakukan. Limbah padat ini dapat dijadikan bahan baku sabun dengan bilangan penyabunan sebesar 480,7 mgram KOH/1 gram zat uji. Air limbah yang dihasilkan dilakukan uji jartest di laboratorium menggunakan koagulan PAC (poly alumunium clorida) dan flokulan aqua clear. Berdasarkan percobaan uji jartest yang dilakukan didapat kualitas air hasil olahan sudah berada dibawah ambang batas lingkungan baik pH, warna maupun tingkat kekeruhan. Dosis ekonomis koagulan PAC adalah pada penambahan 60 g/L dan dosis aqua clear yang dibutuhkan adalah sebesar 1,2 g/L per 1 kali proses dilakukan. dilakukan pengecekan kadar COD pada air limbah, dari hasil laboratorium didapat kadar COD akhir sebesar 444,9280ppm dan efesiensi penurunan COD sebesar 63,41%. Berdasarkan hasil laboratorium dibuat perancangan unit-unit pengolahan limbah, didesain bak equalisasi, koagulasi, flokulasi dan sedimentasi. Pada penelitian ini perancangan dilakukan untuk bak sedimentasi yakni panjang 1,50m, lebar 3,20m dan tinggi 3,20m dan bak pembubuh dengan pertimbangan sudah memenuhi volume limbah cair yang diolah.

Abstract

One of the rice policies was the government purchase price policy which was the price in grain or rice purchases by the Government at producer level to be stable become government rice reserves. The point of this research was to define the impact of the government purchase price policy of rice for producers and consumers. This research was conducted using qualitative analysis with descriptives based on tabulations of secondary data. Results of the research showed that government purchase price was part of the government's efforts to protect the basic price of grain and rice at the farm level thus creating affordable input prices and providing economic added value to farmers. The study found that an improvement in government purchase price  by 18-20% could increase the price of grain and rice from March to August 2023. The total percentage change in prices from March to August 2023 for dry harvested grain was 10.3%, dry milled grain was 10.8%, premium rice was 0.6%, medium rice was 3.2% respectively. Meanwhile, the impact on consumers of this policy was the occurrence of inflation of 0.41% which caused rice prices to increase. The government should evaluate the Government Purchasing Price (GPP) gradually every year.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the physical and chemical, and antioxidant qualities of the combination of goat milk and black soy milk. This method used x+y+z formulation by combining goat milk and black soy milk which were the main ingredients in making ice cream. Ice cream was measured for physical quality (melting point and overrun); chemical (total solids and fat content, free fatty acids); and antioxidant qualities. The results showed that giving black soy milk can lower the melting point of ice cream due to the resulting low overrun. This was also supported by an increase in total solid ice cream. The highest ice cream fat content was in the 75:25 combination, namely 4.87%. The longer the storage of ice cream, the higher the increase in free fatty acids and the lower the antioxidant activity of ice cream. The conclusion of this study was the best quality to make ice cream from the combination of goat milk ice cream and black soy milk 75:25.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan hasil sisa aktivitas manusia yang dibuang dan tidak terpakai. Sampah yang dapat terurai dikategorikan sebagai sampah organik, dan sampah yang tidak dapat terurai dikategorikan sebagai sampah anorganik. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan ilmu pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang sampah organik dan anorganik serta pentingnya pemilahan dan pengolahan sampah organik dan anorganik. Penyuluhan berlangsung pada bulan Oktober 2023 di Desa Perambahan Kabupaten Banyuasin 1, Sumatera Selatan dan materi disampaikan oleh tim pengabdi yang merupakan dosen dari Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Peserta pengabdian terdiri dari perangkat Desa dan ibu-ibu Kader Posyandu dan PKK. Tim pengabdi menyampaikan materi tentang perbedaan sampah organik dan anorganik, contoh-contoh sampah organik dan anorganik, pemilahan sampah organik dan anorganik, serta pengolahan sampah. Peserta pengabdian antusias terhadap kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan tingkat tanya jawab yang tinggi kepada tim pengabdi. Masyarakat setempat diharapkan mendapatkan ilmu pengetahuan baru tentang sampah dan menjadikan lingkungan sekitar menjadi lebih bersih, asri, serta dapat menjadi tempat untuk memberikan perekonomian tambahan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this article is to provide education to students on the importance of establishing goals from an early age. Aspirations can be determined if students already know about various professions. The types of work that require education and special skills are known as professions. Therefore, many children do not prepare for what they will become in the future. Methodology/approach: The strategy used to provide knowledge regarding the introduction of various professions is to give direct lectures about various professions, equipped with their advantages and abilities that must be possessed and prepared from an early age. Results/findings: Through discussions with participants, the service team received information that, on average, students only knew about their profession, but did not yet know how to achieve these goals. In addition, many students still do not know the profession of private employees such as company supervisors or BUMN employees. They know only the professions they often see, such as teachers, doctors, police, and traders. This was discovered during the question-and-answer discussions during socialization. Explained the material from the head of service explaining the abilities that must be possessed if students want to become people in this profession Limitation: This service still needs to be improved with further activities to provide more enthusiasm so that children can be enthusiastic about pursuing their dreams Contribution: We would like to express our gratitude for the assistance and cooperation from SD Negeri 50 Palembang for the permission given to the community service team.

Abstract

The purposed study is to produced crackers that can expand and produced a good surface appearance when cooked with a microwave oven. The research used a random design of factorial groups.The treatments were the formulations of catfish and tapioca (A) and levels microwave (B) (A1=1:2.5,A2=1.2:2.3,A3=1.4:2.1) and (B1=medium,B2=high). The Specified parameters include volume, texture and SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy). The results showed that treatment of catfish and tapioca(A)formulations and power levels (B) had a real effect on the Volume and Texture of crackers embedded with microwave ovens. The crackers highest volume and the lowest texture are A3B2 (1.4:2.1, high) with a volume of 948.07% and a texture of 133.47 gf. Result of SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) analysis that samples with the highest fish formulation can produced a smoother surface appearance than other treatments.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the level of public bank health conventional and Sharia commercial banks with the use RGEC method during the period 2016-2020. The population used in the study This is all commercial banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period registered with the Financial Services Authority. Retrieval technique sample using purposive sampling that obtained consisting of 65 commercial banks of 57 commercial banks conventional and 8 Sharia commercial banks. Study This uses approach descriptive quantitative and research data obtained through technique documentation. The data analysis technique used is statistics descriptive analysis, RGEC analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Independent Sample T-Test, and Mann Withney U-Test. Research results show that the level of public bank health conventional and Sharia commercial banks in the 2016-2020 period being measured with RGEC method does not own difference because both of them You're welcome to occupy ranking composite 2 with predicate healthy.
