Abstract

Latar belakang: Bayi yang lahir dengan berat badan rendah akan mendapatkan kemungkinan untuk meninggal pada masa neonatal sekitar 20-30 kali dari pada bayi yang lahir dengan berat badan lahir normal. Insiden berat badan lahir rendah lebih tinggi pada ibu dan golongan sosial rendah yang biasanya mempunyai status gizi kurang atau buruk dan ibu hamil yang melakukan kerja fisik cukup berat.. Tujuan : Untuk menganalisis factor yang berhubungan dengan terjadinya berat badan lahir rendah di Rumah Sakit. Metode: penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan case control study, dimana faktor risiko dipelajari dengan menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif. Kasus merupakan subjek dengan krakteristik efek positif sedangkan kontrol adalah subjek dengan krakteristik efek negative.. Hasil: Uji statistic dengan Crosstab chi-square didapatkan nilai X2(hit) = 0.001 > 0.05 yang menunjukkan Ha diterima artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Status Gizi dengan kejadian berat badan lahir rendah di Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar. Kesimpulan: Riwayat Persalinan merupakan factor berhubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian Berat Badan Lahir Rendah di Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar karena ibu yang memiliki riwayat persalinan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah sebelumnya akan memiliki risiko yang lebih besar melahirkan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah pada persalinan berikutnya. Ada Hubungan Yang Signifikan Social Ekonomi dengan kejadian Berat Badan Lahir Rendah di Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar karena ibu yang hamil yang berasal dari social ekonomi rendah cenderung akan memiliki status gizi yang kurang. Ada hubungan yang signifikan status gizi dengan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah di Rumah Sakit Islam Faisal Makassar karena Status gizi dapat menunjukkan keseimbangan kebutuhan dan penggunaan zat-zat gizi oleh tubuh seorang ibu hamil.

Abstract

Urine retention is an emergency that must get immediate help / action, because total urine retention that lasts several days can result in urosepsis which can end in death, so it needs rapid management by catheterization. Comparing the effectiveness of jelly administration techniques applied to the tip of the catheter and jelly sprayed directly at the urethral meatus on pain complaints in patients with urinary catheterization. The type of research used is a quasy experiment, the sample is taken with purposive sampling technique, this study seeks to reveal the causal relationship of the dependent and independent variables with measurements after the intervention.

Abstract

HIV is a virus that attacks the human immune system and weakens our body's ability to fight all diseases that come. A dangerous disease caused by a virus that is transmitted through bodily fluids, especially due to sexual intercourse and injection drug use. Exposure to biological hazards can be caused by various means including ingestion, inoculation, bites, inhalation, through contact with skin abrasions and through blood splashes. The aim is to determine adolescent behavior and knowledge related to the incidence of HIV/AIDS in adolescents aged 12-15. This research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. In cross-sectional research, the researcher measures variables at a certain time on each subject who is only observed once and the subject variables are measured at the time of examination. Based on the results of research regarding the relationship between adolescent behavior and the incidence of HIV/AIDS in adolescents aged 12-15 years with objective criteria of being at risk and not being at risk, the result was that. From the results of data analysis using the chi-square statistical test, the value of p=0.486(α>0) was obtained. .05), this means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be said that there is a relationship between behavior.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a directly infectious disease caused by tuberculosis germs, namely Myobacterium Tuberculosis. The majority of tuberculosis germs attack the lungs, but tuberculosis germs can also attack other body organs. Tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by tuberculosis germs (Mycobacterium Tuberculosis). The aim of this research is to determine factors related to the role as a tuberculosis program officer in tuberculosis cases in the Lawawoi Community Health Center work area. This research method uses an analytical research design, which is research to find out how and why a phenomenon occurs through statistical analysis such as the correlation between cause and effect or risk factors and effects and then it can be continued to find out how big the contribution of the cause or risk factor is to the effect. or effect. The results of this research show that good training with the role of a tuberculosis program officer is good at (23.7%) for the discovery of tuberculosis cases in the work area of the Lawawoi health center, which means that training is very important because it is a method used by institutions such as the health center in Lawawoi to maintain and safeguard, maintain the competence of tuberculosis program officers in finding tuberculosis cases. The research conclusion is that there is a relationship between training and the role as a tuberculosis program officer on the discovery of tuberculosis cases in the working area of the Lawawoi Community Health Center. Significant Value 0.000<0.05. There is a relationship between attitudes and the role as a tuberculosis program officer towards finding tuberculosis cases in the Lawawoi Community Health Center working area.
