Abstract

Introduction: Digital technology used in hospitals has increased amount 50% to reach health care consumers, which is marked by the increasing demand for health care through applications. This study aims to determine digital strategies used in hospital health services. Methods: Research method used literature review study. Search literature in this literature review using databases in the form of Google Scholar and Pub Med. The prioritized articles revolve around the last 5 (five) years of research, but if there is a science or discussion that has not changed, it will be expanded to an article with the last 10 years of research. Journals were reviewed to select journals of measurement results that were appropriate to the topic from 2018 to 2022. The data used in this study were secondary data. Results: The results of the study show that the use of digital strategies has a tremendous impact, namely increasing more consumers through engagement on social media. Digital marketing in hospitals during this pandemic is a marketing strategy that has many benefits, which can attract new patients, expand business, increase customer/patient trust, strengthen customer/patient loyalty, increase brand awareness, encourage patients to use home services. sick and promote it to other patients and families.

Abstract

Kepuasaan kerja merupakan suatu keadaan emosional seseorang yang positif atau menyenangkan dari nilai atau pengalaman orang tersebut, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perawat membentuk sikap terhadap pekerjaan dengan memperhatikan perasaan, kepercayaan dan perilaku mereka sendiri. Kepuasan kerja perawat dibeberapa negara masih rendah, seperti di Cina 54 % dan Shanghai 60,8%. Dari fenomena yang ada, menunjukkan kepuasan kerja perawat masih rendah. Kompetensi adalah sebuah kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang yang merupakan perpaduan antara kemampuan personal, keilmuan,teknologi, sosial maupun spritual. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi yang harus dimiliki perawat dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja seorang perawat. Metode: Artikel ini menggunakan design literatur review yakni peneliti mengulas, merangkum, dan menuliskan pemikiran beberapa pustaka seperti artikel, buku. Penelusuran artikel melalui PubMed, Scincedirect, Scopus dan Google Schoolar. Hasil literatur review ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat, untuk menigkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat perlu memperhatikan sepuluh hal sebagai berikut: faktor-faktor khusus untuk profesi dan kompetensi kolaboratif interprofessional, praktek profesional, etis, legal dan peka budaya, pemberian asuhan dan manajemen asuhan keperawatan, pengembangan personal dan profesional, nurse manager competency, team communication & collaboration, staf advocacy & development. change & resource management, personal mastery, quality monitoring and persuance Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kompetensi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat.

Abstract

The increase in the elderly population presents many challenges in the field of health services. The elderly population influences so many aspects of people's lives, one of which is the need for acute and long-term health care. Posyandu for the elderly is a forum for activities from the community and for the community which is supported by cross-sectoral collaboration, and the community health center provides technical support and guidance. Activities at the posyandu include preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative activities. The success of health services for the elderly in the form of promotive, preventive, and curative efforts through means and facilities such as posyandu for the elderly and community health centers is determined to a large extent by the behavior and perspective of the elderly themselves which shape their attitudes and actions in selecting services. So there will be many factors that influence elderly people coming to health services. This research aims to obtain information about the factors and role of elderly posyandu in influencing elderly visits to health service centers. This article method uses a literature review design, namely the researcher reviews, summarizes, and writes down thoughts on several pieces of literature such as articles. The results of this literature review show that factors such as elderly posyandu, finances, social support, knowledge, and physical accessibility influence elderly visits to health services. Understanding these factors can help in designing interventions aimed at improving older adults' access to necessary health services.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Hipertensi (HT) berkontribusi terhadap beban penyakit jantung, stroke, gagal ginjal, kematian dini, dan kecacatan. Pendidikan kesehatan dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan status kesehatan, mencegah timbulnya keparahan hipertensi, serta mempertahankan derajat kesehatan lansia. Tujuan: Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang hipertensi dihapakan mampu meningkatkan pola hidup sehat di Banjar Batan Duren, Kecamatan Kediri, Kabupaten Tabanan, Bali. Metode: Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Learning and Action (PLA). Jumlah peserta 50 orang lansia. Kegiatan dilakukan selama 2 hari dengan kegiatan berupa pendidikan kesehatan tentang manajemen kesehatan hipertensi dan pemeriksaan tekanan darah. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan kuisioner tingkat pengetahuan hipertensi dan pengukuran tekanan darah menggunakan alat sphygmomanometer. Hasil: Sebagian besar (50%) peserta berusia 60-69 tahun, jenis kelamin didominasi laki-laki (60%). Mayoritas peserta masih berkerja (74%). Tingkat pendidikan peserta sebagian besar (50%) sekolah dasar. Tingkat pengetahuan lansia tentang hipertensi sebagian besar (50%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang baik. Mayoritas lansia (58%) menderita hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Pendidikan kesehatan berbasis leaflet dan ceramah membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang manajemen hipertensi.
