Abstract

The use of digital technology in health services has become a significant trend in recent years. The use of technology in public health services is strongly influenced by various government policies. This research was carried out with the aim of reviewing government policies in the use of digital technology in public health services. The method used in this research is a qualitative method through literature study. The results of this study then found that the use of digital technology had a positive impact in increasing the accessibility, efficiency and accuracy of health services. Government policies play an important role in encouraging and regulating the use of digital technology in health care. However, challenges in implementation cannot be ignored. Availability of adequate infrastructure and internet connection, concerns regarding patient data privacy and security, and lack of understanding and technological skills are obstacles that need to be overcome. Collaboration between the government, health institutions and other stakeholders is an important key in overcoming these challenges.

Abstract

Asuransi kesehatan merupakan suatu alternatif cara pembayaran layanan kesehatan yang dipakai dan program tersebut akan semakin meningkat dalam beberapa tahun kedepan karena memiliki banyak fungsi peningkatan kesehatan suatu individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah peneliti ingin mengetahui mengenai faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keputusan masyarakat dalam memilih biaya kesehatan yaitu asuransi kesehatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Peneliti memilih jurnal terbaru pada rentang tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2022 dan diperoleh 6 jurnal yang sesuai dengan tema penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor sosial, faktor pribadi, faktor psikologis, faktor produk dan faktor premi berpengaruh terhadap penentuan pembiayaan kesehatan terutama pembelian polis asuransi kesehatan. Faktor pendidikan merupakan salah satu penentu dalam pemilihan asuransi wajib maupun asuransi sukarela. Pendapatan, pekerjaan, jumlah anggota keluarga dan kepemilikan asuransi kesehatan dalam kajian penelitian dinyatakan tidak terdapat hubungan khususnya bagi masyarakat, akan tetapi masyarakat yang memiliki pendapatan rendah cenderung menetapkan dan kemauan membayar sebagai faktor penentu dalam penggunaan asuransi.

Abstract

The increase in the elderly population presents many challenges in the field of health services. The elderly population influences so many aspects of people's lives, one of which is the need for acute and long-term health care. Posyandu for the elderly is a forum for activities from the community and for the community which is supported by cross-sectoral collaboration, and the community health center provides technical support and guidance. Activities at the posyandu include preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative activities. The success of health services for the elderly in the form of promotive, preventive, and curative efforts through means and facilities such as posyandu for the elderly and community health centers is determined to a large extent by the behavior and perspective of the elderly themselves which shape their attitudes and actions in selecting services. So there will be many factors that influence elderly people coming to health services. This research aims to obtain information about the factors and role of elderly posyandu in influencing elderly visits to health service centers. This article method uses a literature review design, namely the researcher reviews, summarizes, and writes down thoughts on several pieces of literature such as articles. The results of this literature review show that factors such as elderly posyandu, finances, social support, knowledge, and physical accessibility influence elderly visits to health services. Understanding these factors can help in designing interventions aimed at improving older adults' access to necessary health services.
