Abstract

Hospital is a means of health efforts that carry out health service activities and is a service provider institution. Health services in a hospital have an important role in achieving success in hospital services. This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, leadership, supervision, intrinsic motivation on the satisfaction and loyalty of nurses in Ganesha General Hospital. The number of samples involved was 84 people using random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using smartPLS. The results showed that intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Supervision has a positive effect on job satisfaction in nurses. Intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on job loyalty. Supervision has a positive effect on job loyalty. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on job loyalty to nurses at Ganesha General Hospital.

Abstract

Introduction: Digital technology used in hospitals has increased amount 50% to reach health care consumers, which is marked by the increasing demand for health care through applications. This study aims to determine digital strategies used in hospital health services. Methods: Research method used literature review study. Search literature in this literature review using databases in the form of Google Scholar and Pub Med. The prioritized articles revolve around the last 5 (five) years of research, but if there is a science or discussion that has not changed, it will be expanded to an article with the last 10 years of research. Journals were reviewed to select journals of measurement results that were appropriate to the topic from 2018 to 2022. The data used in this study were secondary data. Results: The results of the study show that the use of digital strategies has a tremendous impact, namely increasing more consumers through engagement on social media. Digital marketing in hospitals during this pandemic is a marketing strategy that has many benefits, which can attract new patients, expand business, increase customer/patient trust, strengthen customer/patient loyalty, increase brand awareness, encourage patients to use home services. sick and promote it to other patients and families.

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan yang ada dimasyarakat sangatlah banyak dan beragam jenis Penyakit yang ditemui dikalangan masyarakat. Sebagian masyarakat ada yang menyadari bahwa ada masalah kesehatan yang sedang dialami dan sebagian masyarakat juga ada yang tidak menyadari bahwa terdapat masalah kesehatan yang dialami. Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan upaya untuk mengendalikan penyakit yang timbul akibat perilaku baik melalui individu, kelompok ataupun masyarakat. Dalam pelaksanaan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat di Indonesia kita ada lima tatanan yaitu tatanan rumah tangga, tatanan institusi sekolah, tatanan tempat- tempat umum/ibadah, tatanan di institusi kesehatan dan tatanan di institusi tempat kerja. Setiap tatanan tersebut memiliki masingmasing indikator dalam pelaksanaan PHBS salah satu Indikator PHBS yang ada dan tetap diterapkan untuk disemua tatanan adalah mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air mengalir/air bersih. Sehingga penerapan PHBS dengan indikator kebiasaan mencuci tangan dengan sabun merupakan hal yang efektif yang dapat dengan adanya pengetahuan maka hal ini perlahan akan dapat merubah perilaku individu yang nantinya akan menjadi kebiasaan. Salah satu tempat yang dapat dilaksanakan dan menjaga Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat adalah ditatanan tempat Umum atau Ibadah. Di bali sendiri tempat Ibadah untuk umat Agama Hindu adalah Pura merupakan tempat yang sangat efektif dalam menerapkan kebersihan dan kebiasaan dalam mencuci tangan dengan sabun maupun air mengalir sebelum melaksanakan kegaitan persembhyangan. Hal tersebut juga hampir sama dengan konsep dalam Agama Hindu yaitu Tri Hita Karana.

Abstract

The increase in the elderly population presents many challenges in the field of health services. The elderly population influences so many aspects of people's lives, one of which is the need for acute and long-term health care. Posyandu for the elderly is a forum for activities from the community and for the community which is supported by cross-sectoral collaboration, and the community health center provides technical support and guidance. Activities at the posyandu include preventive, promotive, curative, and rehabilitative activities. The success of health services for the elderly in the form of promotive, preventive, and curative efforts through means and facilities such as posyandu for the elderly and community health centers is determined to a large extent by the behavior and perspective of the elderly themselves which shape their attitudes and actions in selecting services. So there will be many factors that influence elderly people coming to health services. This research aims to obtain information about the factors and role of elderly posyandu in influencing elderly visits to health service centers. This article method uses a literature review design, namely the researcher reviews, summarizes, and writes down thoughts on several pieces of literature such as articles. The results of this literature review show that factors such as elderly posyandu, finances, social support, knowledge, and physical accessibility influence elderly visits to health services. Understanding these factors can help in designing interventions aimed at improving older adults' access to necessary health services.
