Abstract

Advances in knowledge and technology make schools have to adapt to changes in zama. Facilities and infrastructure are important in supporting the learning process that can create graduates from schools to become excellent graduates. Excellent graduates are expected to be in accordance with the needs of the industrial world or the needs of society in general. One of the effectiveness of learning activities in SMK is the field of facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to determine the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Proklamasi Tanjungmekar Karawang in improving superior graduates. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomonological approach, with the research location at SMK Proklamasi Tanjungmekar Karawang. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique that researchers use is data reduction, then presenting data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research conducted, the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMK Proklamasi Tanjungmekar Karawang was obtained as follows. 1) the planning process of facilities and infrastructure implemented at SMK Proklamasi is in accordance with the established SOP, 2) the process of organizing facilities and infrastructure has been carried out in accordance with the job description well, 3) the implementation of facilities and infrastructure is running well, 4) the process of supervising facilities and infrastructure is running well

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sebagian Kepala Sekolah belum memahami tentang tata kelola bantuan operasional satuan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan rapor pendidikan. Hal ini berdampak pada objek belanja yang dikeluarkan tidak mengacu pada perencanaan pendidikan. Sehingga tidak adanya kesesuaian program pendidikan dengan keluaran yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pemimpin mempunyai peranan sebagai subyek yang aktif, kreatif dalam menggerakkan orang baik sebagai individu maupun kelompok/organisasi dalam pencapaian tujuan/visi, secara efektif. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam kerangka manajemen dan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting dalam menunjang keberhasilan sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan sekolah yang telah ditetapkan. Kepala sekolah adalah pengelola satuan pendidikan yang bertugas menghimpun, memanfaatkan, mengoptimalkan seluruh potensi dan SDM, sumber daya lingkungan (sarana dan prasarana) serta sumber dana yang ada untuk membina sekolah dan masyarakat sekolah yang dikelolanya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of improving teacher performance in terms of the leadership of the school principal. This study aims to describe the increase in teacher performance through the leadership of the principal at SMP Al Falah Dago Bandung. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach and is descriptive in nature. The place and time of this research is SMP Al Falah Dago Bandung in Odd Semester 2023/2024. Data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. Informants/sources of information in this study were the Principal of SMP Al Falah, Deputy Principal of SMP Al Falah and SMP Al Falah teachers. Data analysis techniques carried out were data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study explain 1) SMP Al Falah is located in Dago Bandung, Jalan Cisitu 52 Bandung City under the auspices of the Insan Al Falah Foundation Dago Bandung, 2) Teacher performance is the ability to carry out the work of a teacher in carrying out his duties and responsibilities at the school where he teaches both in the form of knowledge and skills, 3) Principal leadership is the ability to lead all existing resources in a school to achieve common goals, and 4) Al Falah Dago Bandung principal leadership is a paternalistic and charismatic leadership style with this style influencing teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that teacher performance can be improved through the leadership of the school principal.

Abstract

The application of the principles of transformational leadership in school management is very important to improve the quality of education, so this is the background of this research. This study aims to explain the Principles of Transformational Leadership in School Management (Case Study at SMP Negeri 1 Bojongsoang). This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach and is descriptive in nature. The place and time of this research is SMP Negeri 1 Bojongsoang in the Even Semester 2022/2023. Data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. The informants/sources of information in this study were the principal, deputy principal and teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Bojongsoang. Data analysis techniques carried out were data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study explain 1) Transformational leaders are leaders who have far-reaching insights and seek to improve and develop the organization not only for now but in the future as well, 2) Transformational leadership is based on four main dimensions, namely Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation , and Individualized Consideration, 3) The principles of transformational leadership include Simplification, Motivation, Facilitation, Innovation, Mobility, Alertness, and Determination, and 4) Application of the Principles of Transformational Leadership in School Management at SMP Negeri 1 Bojongsoang includes a clear inspirational vision, individual development, intellectual stimulation, ideal influence, inspiration and motivation, and empowerment and delegation.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan visioner adalah seorang pemimpin yang dipandang mampu menghadapi serta menjalankan kinerja organisasi yang baik dan senantiasa antisipatif terhadap perkembangan kurikulum serta perubahan-perubahan di masa yang akan datang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab penerapan kepemimpinan visioner dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan kesetaraan di PKBM Bina Bangsa Berkarakter. Metode penelitian mengunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, media online. Analisisnya adalah dengan melakukan kajian-kajian literatur terhadap kepemimpinan Visioner kepala PKBM Bina Bangsa Berkarakter telah memiliki peran sebagai penentu arah yang mampu mengembangkan visi misi lembaga, angen perubahan yang dapat mengatasi berbagai berkembangan dan kemajuan zaman sebagai tantangan didunia pendidikan nonformal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yang signifikan antara penerapan kepemimpinan visioner terhadap pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan kesetaraan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan visioner seorang kepala PKBM maka akan baik pula kurikulum pendidikan.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi memiliki visi dan misi yang harus dicapai dan terus dikembangkan. Komponen yang paling utama dan aktif dalam pencapaian dan pengembangan organisasi berasal dari Sumber Daya Manusia atau yang disebut pegawai. Pegawai bertugas sebagai perancang hingga pelaksana dan mempertahankan agar prestasi atau capaian organisasi stabil atau meningkat. Salah satu upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi adalah dengan produktivitas pegawai. Produktivitas pegawai berbanding lurus dengan motivasi, dimana peran motivasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap daya juang pegawai untuk melakukan pekerjaannya secepat, sebanyak dan sebaik mungkin. Perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai penerapan motivasi internal dan eksternal dalam peningkatan produktivitas pegawai pada organisasi Pendidikan Vokasi Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey yang dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara terhadap 5 orang tenaga pendidik dan 22 orang dosen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan motivasi internal sebesar 82,91% dengan rentang kategori baik, dan eksternal sebesar 70,48% dengan rentang kategori baik, dan faktor kinerja sebesar 79,14% dengan rentang kategori baik. Pegawai secara internal mengharapkan dapat merasa aman, terjamin dari keselamatan dalam pekerjaannya, dan secara ekternal pegawai mengaharapkan apresiasi berupa ucapan dan perilaku, serta upah diluar Honor.

Abstract

21st century education is expected to produce human resources who have critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative thinking skills. The education system in Indonesia must be able to adapt to equip students with the required competencies. One of the right steps taken to support the mastery of 21st century skills is to apply the Ethnopedagogy learning framework with the cultural character model of the Betawi Ethnic Door Cross Tradition. The purpose of the research in this article is twofold. 1. Examining the concept of Ethnopedagogy framework and learning model of Betawi Ethnic Door Cross Culture 2. Describe the application of 21st century learning through the framework of Ethnopedagogy with the Betawi Ethnic Door Cross Cultural model. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the research in this article are the application of 21st century learning through the framework of the Betawi Ethnic Door Cross Culture with the method of reciprocating rhymes, the application of reciprocating rhymes in learning based on local wisdom in the Sharia Economics Study Program of STAI Shalahudin Al Ayuubi Jakarta is used as one of the alternative learning in the 21st century recommended in the material of oral pantun as an effort to introduce and preserve the nation's culture. This is because students are more motivated in participating in learning activities and are actively involved in planning, preparing rhyme card media, and implementing reciprocating rhyme activities.

Abstract

Content standards are minimum criteria that cover the scope of material to achieve graduate competency in certain paths, levels and types of education. This study aims to determine: 1) Standards of content in the quality management of education at MTs Khairul Ummah. 2) Analysis of content standards from the perspective of education quality management at MTs Khairul Ummah. This research uses a qualitative research type, with a case study research design at MTs Khairul Ummah. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validation technique, using triangulation of sources and theory. Based on the research data obtained: Analysis of content standards in the perspective of education quality management at MTs Khairul Ummah is carried out by matching data between ideal conditions and existing real conditions starting from planning, implementation, monitoring and supervision, curriculum evaluation which is carried out optimally and is the responsibility of all stakeholders to improve the quality of education at MTs Khairul Ummah.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional telah diakui sebagai salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja layanan pendidikan. Dalam konteks pendidikan, kepemimpinan transformasional melibatkan pemimpin yang mampu menginspirasi dan memotivasi para profesional pendidikan untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih baik dan mendorong inovasi dalam penyediaan layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Purwakarta dengan sumber data adalah kepala sekolah dan para guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kajian literatur yang relevan dengan isu kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepala SMPN 01 Purwakarta berhasil mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan layanan pendidikan di sekolah dengan membangun visi yang kuat, memotivasi partisipasi, mendorong inovasi, membangun kapasitas, dan menciptakan budaya pembelajaran yang kolaboratif. Kepemimpinan transformasional mampu menciptakan visi yang jelas dan membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan staf pendidikan. Kepala sekolah mampu mengkomunikasikan tujuan dan nilai-nilai organisasi secara efektif, menggerakkan perubahan yang diperlukan, dan memberdayakan anggota tim untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the leadership competence of principals and teachers in learning organizations as an effort to realize the quality of education at Mekar Arum Foundation. This Community Service method uses counseling in the form of webinars. The target of this service is the principal, teachers and staff of Mekar Arum Bandung Kindergarten, Junior High School, and Senior High School. The evaluation instrument of this activity uses questionnaires and interviews which are then analyzed descriptively, the results of this service show that school principals have the competence to design, organize, direct, and coordinate staff within the context of learning organizations. Principals can design effective learning strategies, inspire staff, and create a positive learning climate in the school. Through a learning organization approach, it can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of education at Mekar Arum Foundation.
