Abstract

Harga kelapa sawit merupakan tema yang banyak dibahas saat ini terkait dengan berbagai macam isu dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku industri ini. Penurunan harga kelapa sawit seringkali dikaitkan dengan isu-isu lingkungan di luar negeri berkaitan dengan pembukaan lahan dan lain-lain. Harga kelapa sawit mencapai harga termurah yang pernah ada jika dibandingkan dengan harga beberapa tahun ke belakang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak yang penurunan harga kelapa sawit terhadap keberlanjutan dan memberikan solusi yang dapat diusulkan untuk mengurangi dampak. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah  SSM, AHP dan ISM agar bisa menghasilkan solusi yang lebih akurat.  Hasil analisis menggunakan SSM didapatkan  bahwa infrastruktur untuk mengangkut hasil panen sangat mendesak diberikan kepada masyarakat untuk mempermudah pengangkutan TBS hasil panen, adanya jaminan untuk harga jual TBS, dan peningkatan kemampuan petani agar bisa mengelola perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan baik dan efisien. Hasil ISM menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah, kelompok tani , gapoktan, dan koperasi dalam  meningkatkan kualitas hasil panen kelapa sawit. Kerjasama antara beberapa petani untuk pengiriman bersama hasil panen dari perkebunan ke PKS, sehingga biaya pengangkutan bisa lebih murah. Kemudian kerjasama antara pemerintah dan koperasi untuk menjamin harga kelapa sawit. Potensi penelitian berikutnya untuk pembentukan model kelembagaan seperti pada hasil ISM. Abstract[Sustainability Analysis of Palm Oil as Implications  The Decrease of Selling Price the Crude Palm Oil at Sei Kepayang Medan  Nort Sumatra] The price of oil palm is a theme that is widely discussed today related to a variety of issues and obstacles faced by these industry players. The decline in oil palm price is often associated with environmental issues abroad related to land clearing and others. The price of palm oil has reached the lowest price ever compared to the prices of the past few years. This study aims to analyze the impact of the decline in oil palm prices on sustainability and find solutions that can be proposed to reduce the impact. The methods used in this study are SSM, AHP and ISM in order to produce more accurate solutions. The results of the analysis using SSM found that the infrastructure to transport crop yields was very urgent to be provided to the community to facilitate the transportation of FFB harvested yields, there was a guarantee for the selling price of FFBs and an increase in the ability of farmers to manage oil palm plantations properly and efficiently. ISM results show that good cooperation between the government, farmer groups, farmer groups and cooperatives is needed in improving the quality of oil palm yields. Cooperation between several farmers for joint delivery of crops from plantations to PKS, so transportation costs can be cheaper. Then the Cooperation between the government and cooperatives to guarantee the price of oil palm. The potential for subsequent research is for the formation of institutional models such as the ISM results.Keywords: AHP; ISM; selling price; SSM; palm oil

Abstract

Management performance measurement based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) has been widely applied in any organization. This paper aims to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and classify them based on performance measurements to improve optimal management organizational performance. This research is based on a literature review of 50 journals based on performance management with the weight of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the years 2011-2020. Performance measurement using this Key Performance Indicator can be implemented in many institutional organizations such as industry company sector, services, academics, hospitals, and government. KPIs can change behavior in an organization and provide results in broad contexts such as improving business results or driving improved operational performance. KPIs also help in implementing performance measurement on an ongoing basis. So that KPIs become a better way of managing the organization.

Abstract

High competition in the global wheel market demands is triggering the companies who are produced to improve their process to be able to offer the best wheels quality. Process monitoring charts are employed for improving the process capability index of the process, some industries set a Cp value greater than 1.33 in assessing their process capability. The aims of this research is to reduce the number of defects in the casting process using the Define Measure Analyze Improve Control (DMAIC) method. It shows the systematic way to find out the major problem root cause at the aluminum castings by using the defect diagnostic approaches and also cause and effect diagram. Other quality tools are used such as the Fishbone diagram and Pareto diagram. These tools identified the major defects for the rejections during production were identified are leaking, porosity hole motive, and oval. In determining the proposed quality improvements using the FMEA tool. The results of data processing on the calculation of process capabilities and product performance show improvements after quality improvements in the casting process.product performance was increased from Cp = 0.81 to Cp = 1.4, sigma level = 2.9 to sigma level = 4.0. The impact for the company is the defect rate was going down and finally it created the production costs saving by IDR 417,550,000 a month. Therefore, the application of the DMAIC method can provide a significant improvement in product quality and giving an impact on production cost savings

Abstract

Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is an approach used to measure the productivity of equipment or machines. The aim of this paper is to identify review and analyze the OEE approach. More specific knowledge about OEE has grown rapidly. Much research on OEE is carried out in various industries to measure the productivity of equipment or machines. This paper involves a review study of 30 papers related to OEE implementation in various industries. This paper contains the results of many different aspects. These aspects include focus is an industry. Focus number of distribution by country and focus year of publication. This paper is useful for all types of industrial sectors to find solutions to problems with equipment or machine performance. This paper also provides an advantage for future researchers to add insight and reference for OEE-related studies in various industries.

Abstract

Overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is a performance evaluation method used to measure industrial equipment productivity as a key performance indicator. This literature study aims to identify, categorize, and synthesize research related to the application, study and analysis of OEE in various industrial fields. The literature review was carried out systematically, structured and directed manner on 35 journals in Asia in the last eight years. Covering OEE's core characteristics and synergizing the strengths of the improvement framework, this study will provide a systematic guide to OEE practitioners in implementing improvements that can be used to identify areas for future development and as a reference for further research.

Abstract

lndikator kinerja utama (KPI) banyak digunakan dalam sistem perusahaan yang berkembang dan maju. KPI digunakan untuk mengukur parameter dasar yang mencirikan fungsi organisasi. Pengukuran efisiensi produksi terlepas dari pilihan metode optimasi, elemen kunci dari metodologi penulis dalam merancang sistem produksi. Indikator kinerja utama (KPI) biasanya digunakan di industri untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan memprioritaskan pekerjaan di seluruh portofolio. KPI memiliki penilaian yang sangat obyektif terkait dengan rekomendasi keputusan yang harus diambil dalam memajukan organisasi agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah digariskan pada bagian sebelumnya dan berhasil menginformasikan. Dalam jurnal review ini tertulis pandangan penggunaan KPI di berbagai bidang industri tidak hanya bersifat besar tetapi juga menilai tingkat kepuasan dalam suatu profesi atau tindakan yang biasa dilakukan dalam organisasi. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan pentingnya penilaian yang sistematis dan obyektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan hasil dalam suatu kegiatan.

Abstract

Safety risk assessment in dams is a traditional and modern approach to the engineering process of dams on safety systems so as to produce a design history that has a good overall record and integrity. With this approach for both old and new dams, this safety risk assessment aims to determine whether the risk the hazard can be tolerated or not, if it cannot be tolerated then there must be a solution for action to reduce the risk of danger so that the safety of the dam can be obtained. The existing risk assessment can be used as the basis for the construction of the dam to its maintenance, in this study discussed risk assessment safety on dams located in several countries such as in Asia, Europe and America. The methods implemented include the preparation of safety risks, risk analysis, risk evaluation and safety risk management. Based on research results The main risk factor that causes safety responsibilities is the Contractor's responsibility, namely the Non-technical project factor (40.54%), the 2nd rank is the Undecided Responsibility due to internal technical factors (35.13%), the 3rd rank is the technical project factor namely Contractor's Responsibility (10.8%), Rank 4 is external technical factor and external non-technical factor, the last risk factor is internal non-technical factor (2.7%) namely Joint Responsibility. Abstract

Air conditioner merupakan komponen terpenting sebuah gedung pada jaman sekarang ini. Dikarenakan fungsi air conditioner adalah mengkondisikan udara di dalam ruangan gedung tersebut. Hampir semua gedung menggunakan air conditioner di Indonesia. Pekerjaan air conditioner memiliki bobot pekerjaan yang tinggi dalam sub bagian pekerjaan Mekanikal Elektrikal dan Plumbing. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh penerapan metode rekayasa nilai terhadap biaya pekerjaan air conditioner Pada Gedung Perkantoran. Hal ini menjadi sebuah celah yang bisa di teliti seberapa besar biaya yang bisa di kurangi terhadap pekerjaan tersebut dengan metode Rekayasa Nilai. Tanpa mengurangi fungsi dari air conditioner tersebut yaitu mendinginkan ruangan yang ada di dalam gedung. Permasalahan rekayasa nilai atau value engineering yang sering dijumpai dilapangan yaitu metode tersebut lebih dianggap sebagai pengurangan biaya (cost reduction). Dimana hal ini akan mengakibatkan penurunan terhadap kualitas serta fungsi dari material tersebut, mengurangi atau menghilangkan unsur tertentu yang berdampak pada menurunya kualitas melanggar batas ketentuan spesifiksi. Rekayasa nilai yang baik salah satunya yaitu menggunakan alternative material yang masih dalam spesifikasi yang setara. Pada penelitian ini lebih memfokuskan kepada penggunaan rekayasa nilai pada pekerjaan air conditioner Bangunan Perkantoran. Dengan menggunakan metode rekayasa nilai, terlihat bahwa efisiensi biaya yang dapat dihemat sebesar 14,73% dari anggaran awal yang direncanakan untuk pekerjaan tersebut.
