Abstract

The ferry port of Likupang is the path that connects the island of Celebes with Sitaro Islands District, which is managed by the Department of Transportation North Minahasa. The ferry port of Likupang still a pioneer and still get subsidies from the government each year. In the calculation of subsidies to local authorities still use the subsidy calculation based Director General of Land Transportation Regulation Number SK.218 / AP.204 / DrJD / 2018 on Income and Cost Component Counts In Operation Activity ferries transport Pilot which has been repealed and replaced by Director General of Land Transportation Regulation Number SK.5856 / AP.204 / DrJD / 2018 regarding Calculation and Transport Subsidy Funding Procedures Pioneer Crossing. Therefore, it warrants further evaluation regarding ferry transport subsidies KMP Lohoraung in Likuoang-Biaro Tracking North Celebes using the calculation ofSK 5856 / AP.201 / DrJD / 2018. The research method used is observation and interview vessel operators as well as literature. Based on the analysis of the government should provide subsidy in accordance with applicable regulations, namelyDirector General of Land Transportation Regulation Number SK.5856 / AP.204 / DrJD / 2018 on Procedures Calculation and Pioneer Ferries transport Subsidy Funding for Rp.3.145.418.407, - and writer suggest the making of leaflets in the form of a schedule and departure times are propagated to the service user to increase the size of the load factor so that the vessel can potentially increase the income of the ship itself.

Abstract

Marisa Ferry Terminal is a port that serves the Marisa - Dolong - Supply - Ampana route. The existence of the Marisa Ferry Port has a very important role in supporting economic activity and equitable development in Pohuwato Regency. However, at this time many people and unauthorizedvehicles can easily enter the port area, causing the port to become less regulated, such as traders who sell their merchandise at port area, delivery / pick-up enters the port dock area. This is due tothe absence of a zoning system in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number: 29 of 2016 concerning the Sterilization of Ferry Ports. So that in the activity of getting on and off of passengers and loading and unloading vehicles, there are several obstacles, among others, the irregularity of the traffic flow pattern, the absence of zoning in the port which causes unauthorized people to enter restricted areas. This research aims to; 1) To Know Sterilization Passengers and Vehicles at the Ferry Port. 2) To analyze the existing conditions of passenger and vehicle sterilization at the Marisa Ferry Terminal, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province in 2020. 3) And to evaluate the sterilization of passengers and vehicles and any supporting facilities needed. The research methodology used is direct observation in the field (field research) with measurement studies and literature (literature). Then to analyze this based on the Decree of the Director General of Land Transportation Number SK, 242 / HK.104 / DRJD / 2010 concerning Technical Guidelines for Ferry Traffic Management and PM Number 29 of 2016 regarding ferry port sterilization. The analysis used is the zone system analysis, analysis of vehicle and passenger traffic patterns and the equipment needed to supportthe zone system. As for the results of this study are 1) That the sterilization of passengers and vehicles is a zone arrangement system at the crossing port from the accumulation of passengers and vehicles. 2) Whereas the existing conditions of the Marisa Ferry Port, pohuwato district, Gorontalo province are not in accordance with the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number29 of 2016 concerning the Sterilization of Ferry Ports. 3) And that the evaluation in this researchstates that there are no supporting facilities such as weigh bridges and portals at the Marisa Ferry Terminal which results in an accumulation of the number of passengers and vehicles while operating.

Abstract

The Ferries Port of Mengkapan, Apit River, Siak District, Riau Province. The port plays an important role in improving the economy, particularly the field of transport for the local population. Based on observations in the field, there are some services that have not run well, soservice users were dissatisfied and uncomfortable while in The Ferries Port of Mengkapan. The method used to analyze the existing problems, ie Customer statisfaction Index and Importance Performance Analysis. Based on the analysis results obtained passenger satisfaction index of 43.9%, and there are nine service attributes that are in quadrant I, which should be improved and enhanced. The suggestions for the Port Authority, namely: (1) held Air Conditioner (AC) 4 pieces of 1.5 PK in the waiting room, repair the damaged chair, and clean the waiting room every day; (2) clean the toilet every day and ensure the availability of clear water; (3) conduct a complete information service facility; (4) expand the parking lot ready for loading and parking shuttle; (5) held a health facility; (6) held an emergency rescue facilities; (7) held CCTV; (8) improve the ticket purchasing process; (9) ensure timely arrival and departure of ships.
