Abstract

This paper intends to analyze the principal's benchmarking strategy in improving the quality of human resources at SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in an institution, namely to develop competitiveness. The method used is a qualitative approach through case studies So that it can encourage the quality of good institutional resources. This research provides strategic implications for benchmarking institutions in order to meet the complexities of the demands of the community in Islamic boarding schools to equalize those of high schools outside the pesantren. Even higher quality. As for the efforts made by Nurul Jadid Senior High School in improving the quality of human resources by increasing foreign language skills, Class Acceleration Provide motivation to every school member to continue to improve their performance to match the expectations of all parties. So that the quality of human resources in an institution can be created.

Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum akan memberikan dampak bagi tujuan pendidikan atau pelatihan. Supaya memperoleh kepuasan dalam menyelenggarakan suatu program pelatihan, pengelola harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mengatur semua keperluan yang dibutuhkan dalam menunjang keberhasilan program, salah satunya adalah pengembangan kurikulum. Jika pengembangan kurikulum dilaksanakan dengan baik, keberhasilan program akan meningkat prestasinya. Baik prestasi akademik maupun non akademik. Jember menunjukkan bahwa dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran dan kursus yang diberikan kepada peserta didik maka kurikulum hendaknya memberikan dampak yang positif dan adaptif dengan kebutuhan serta sesuai dengan kompetensi para peserta yang didukung oleh instruktur yang kompeten di bidang menjahit sehingga hal itu dapat mempermudah pemahaman peserta didik dan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas peserta dan berdampak baik bagi Lembaga kursus tersebut

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the Anger Management applied by leaders to all academics in Ma'had Aly Nurul Jadid, where its application has its own role for a leader, especially in develops the quality of employee performance, so that it has the ability to stabilize and improve employee performance in bearing their respective burdens. Anger management as an iron for a leader in stepping up and doing something to avoid mistakes that cause something negative. This research uses a qualitative approach of this type of case study, with a research site at ma'had aly Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo. The results of this study show that anger management in improving the quality of employee performance in ma'had aly has its own form. Anger management is tapped by the leader ma'had aly nurul jadid in improving the quality of employee performance through first self-control emotions, so that with the control can think about the impact that will occur. Both drivers of discipline, because by managing anger the leader will be able to control feelings and clear minds so that the things conveyed to employees will have an effect. Third as a nuance of Sufism in collaboration with the work of imam al-ghozali in his book Ihyak Ulumuddin. Fourth as a policy brake, so that in setting policy is not in a state of anger.

Abstract

Madrasah is one of Islamic education institutions that develops in Indonesia cultivated in addition to mosques and boarding schools. In the process of learning Islamic Education in madrasah, learning activities cannot always run smoothly. So students seem slow to do tasks related to learning activities. This learning difficulties are already a common problem that occurs in the learning process. The phenomenon of learning difficulties, especially the subjects of Fiqh experienced by students at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Islamic Senior High School usually seems clear from the decline in academic achievement or learning achievement. To prevent and overcome the causes of student learning difficulties, one alternative that can be taken in overcoming learning difficulties is to conduct remedial teaching.Based from the problem background, the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze about: (1) The causes of learning difficulties faced by students in the subjects of Fiqh at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Islamic Senior High School, (2) The implementation of remedial teaching in learning of Fiqh at Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Islamic Senior High School Kraksaan Probolinggo.This research is conducted by using naturalistic phenomenological qualitative approach, using natural environment as the direct source of data. The data collection procedure includes; (1) participant observation, (2) in-depth interview, and (3) documentation. Checking the validity of data is processed by (1) verification of data obtained, (2) triangulation techniques
