<![CDATA[Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makanan yang dikonsumsi oleh bayi berupa cairan biologis berwarna putih yang dihasilkan oleh kelenjar payudara ibu yang diperoleh bayi melalui proses menyusui. Tujuan Penelitian dari penelitian ini untuk Mengidentifikasi hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang cara menyusui dengan perilaku menyusui pada ibu post partum. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey analtik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah ibu post partum di RSU Asri Purwakarta dan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini di lakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 responden. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi 20 butir pertanyaan tentang pengetahuan ibu menyusui, lembar observasi perilaku menyusui yang mengacu pada 8 item tindakan menyusui dan analisa data menggunakan uji spearman rank dengan menggunakan spss versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan menyusui dengan perilaku menyusui memperoleh nilai significancy pada hasil menunjukan (p = 0,000 < 0,05). Serta nilai koefisien korelasi 0.558 menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara pengetahuan dan perilaku termasuk dalam kategori Korelasi Kuat karena berada di interval >0,5 – 0,75 di RSU Asri Purwakarta. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku Di RSU Asri Purwakarta. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between mother's knowledge about how to breastfeed and breastfeeding behavior in postpartum mothers.This research method uses an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach carried out in June 2022. The population in this study is post partum mothers at Asri Purwakarta General Hospital and the sampling technique in this study was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The total population in this study were 60 respondents. The data collection tool used a questionnaire containing 20 questions about the knowledge of breastfeeding mothers, an observation sheet on breastfeeding behavior that referred to 8 items of breastfeeding action and data analysis using the Spearman rank test using SPSS version 22.The results of this study indicate that knowledge of breastfeeding with breastfeeding behavior has a significant value in the results (p = 0.000 <0.05). And the correlation coefficient value of 0.558 shows that the relationship between knowledge and behavior is included in the category of Strong Correlation because it is in the interval >0.5 – 0.75 at Asri Hospital, Purwakarta.
