Abstract

Belanja adalah merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang tidak bisa di tinggalkan oleh semua orang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Begitu juga terkait dengan kehidupan suatu daerah, Belanja adalah hal yang mutlak diperlukan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidup daerah tersebut. Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) adalah sumber dana yang berasal dari perimbangan pemerintah pusat, sedangkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah adalah pendapatan dari hasil pemanfaatan segala sumber daya yang berada di suatu daerah. Baik DAU dan PAD adalah sumber pendapatan daerah yang akan digunakan untuk pembiayaan segala kebutuhan Belanja pemerintah daerah. Data penelitian diambil dari Dirjen Pajak dan Perimbangan keuangan melalui internet dengan metode sensus sejumlah 105 sampel awal dan melakukan outlier pada 1 (satu) data sehingga menghasilkan data akhir sebanyak 104. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda untuk masing-masing pengujian yaitu DAU¬t-1, PADt-1, Belanjat dan DAUt, PADt, Belanjat. Dari hasil pengolahan menunjukkan bahwa baik DAUt-1 dan PADt-1 maupun DAUt dan PADt mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Belanjat Pemerintah Daerah. Kontribusi terhadap besarnya Belanja dan dalam memprediksi Belanja daerah lebih banyak dipengaruhi oleh DAU daripada PAD. Kata Kunci : Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), dan Belanja Pemerintah Daerah.

Abstract

Inventory system on CV. Adicita Prayoga still uses a manual system, using paper stock forms. With this manual data processing process, there is often a difference and data duplication (redundancy) in stock of goods, so that data and information on the end of stock or inventory produced sometimes do not match the physical stock in the warehouse. Then on incoming goods transactions and outgoing goods transactions, errors in recording and archiving transaction data often occur, thus hampering the reporting process that will be given to management as material for consideration of company policies. System development in developing this application, the methodology used is the waterfall model. The stages in the waterfall model must be completed one by one sequentially from the initial stage to the final stage. The system that can support the stock of goods at CV. Adicita Prayoga is to create a stock application program for CV. Adicita Prayoga, so that it can facilitate data processing and stock items. The current inventory control inventory system is still done manually, therefore the author makes an inventory control inventory application system in the hope of minimizing the shortage of production raw material stocks and the accumulation of unused goods in the warehouse. With the use of a minimum inventory limit, the inventory and quality of goods in the warehouse can be maintained

Abstract

Abstract _ The study, titled the Web-based Information System for Rural Bank Credit People (BPR) Sinararta Sejahtera, is design a web-based application that can be utilized in the banking world, especially in the BPR environment. This application is able to be a medium of information and communication to OJK, customers, bank / bpr owners, managers and the public. Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development method was chosen as a system development method in this study because the system can be developed within 90 days. The users are directly involved when developing the system so that the system is developed according to user needs. Unified Modeling Language (UML) has anumber of system imaging models that will be developed to be used at the design process stage in RAD. The product testing in this study uses the Dimension of Quality for Goods attribute and the benefit test in this study uses the ULEA variable by 30 respondents. The results of the research prove that the use of the Basis Sinararta Sejahtera Information System Web-Based Publication can be used as a medium for channeling information and communication to OJK, customers, bank owners / bpr, managers and the public. Abstract

Anak-anak usia dini di Banyumas menghadapi tantangan multisektoral, misalnya minimnya fasilitas pendidikan seperti buku bacaan dan perpustakaan dan masih minimnya kemampuan guru taman kanak-kanak di Banyumas menggunakan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif guna menunjang proses belajar mengajar yang menarik sehingga dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondisif. Sebagaian besar guru di Bnayumas masih merasa berat untuk beradaptasi dengan kondisi ini, mereka dituntut kreatif dalam penyampaian materi melalui media pembelajaran daring. Ketidakmampuan guru untuk beradaptasi dengan keadaan dan menggunakan media pembelajaran daring dapat menimbulkan tekanan fisik maupun psikis (mental). Bercermin dengan situasi ini maka kami Dosen pengajar pada STMIK Widya Utama akan mengadakan Pengabdian Masyarakat Stimulus dengan memberikan Pelatihan Aplikasi Pengenalan Angka Dan Huruf Untuk Anak TK.

Abstract

Abstract--- Problems with inventory are operational problems that are often faced by companies. If the amount of inventory is small and demand cannot be met, it can hamper the work process, as well as if the inventory is too large, this can result in losses to the company. Berkah Bersama is a store that in managing inventory data still uses a manual system by being recorded in a ledger. In addition to taking a long time, there is no specific information that informs about the amount of stock, so that when the stock runs out, the shop owner must know when the transaction process occurs.

Abstract

Abstract - Medicines are all single ingredients or mixtures that are used by all creatures for the inside and the outside, to prevent, relieve, or prevent disease. Apotek Demangsari is a pharmacy that is engaged in drug sales, the system that is running at Apotek Sakti uses a manual system so that it often has problems with calculations, information validation, slow transactions, difficulties in making reports manually so they often have problems with calculations, information validation, Therefore, in this study, a sales information system was built at a webbased Demangsari pharmacy that can display drug sales reports and the amount of drug stock in the warehouse that can be accessed by employees, so that employees can come together and find out how many drugs will be ordered and purchased for supplies. In its development, this mobile application applies a prototyping method which consists of several steps, namely identifying basic needs, developing initial prototypes, user reviews, and repairing and developing prototypes. This mobile application is tested using the Black Box Testing product test method which is valid and reliable. The results of this study are in the form of an information system to handle input data and then manage the amount of stock that can be checked regularly both daily, daily and monthly. From the recapitulation of product test scores and benefit tests, the percentage of Useability is 86%, Learnability is 93%, Efficiency is 97.5%, Acceptability is 93.25% and the highest percentage is in the aspect of Efficiency, which states that this mobile application is easy to use by pharmacy employees and students.

Abstract

Seks pranikah merupakan isu sensitif yang telah banyak dikaji di Indonesia. Pemberitaan pada media sosial Twitter mengenai kasus Alshad Ahmad menjadi salah satu pemantik opini warganet Indonesia karena berkaitan dengan pergaulan bebas dan norma sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Hal tersebut memicu sebuah gerakan sosial yaitu Digital Movement Opinion (DMO) melalui beberapa tagar, diantaranya #alshadahmad, #tiaraandini, dan #nissaasyifa. Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang jejaring sosial yang dibentuk oleh tagar tersebut dan analisa sentimen warganet Indonesia. Data yang diambil menggunakan netlytic.org menemukan 2.926 unggahan DMO Twitter dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, 2.350 diantaranya adalah unggahan dengan sentimen negatif dan 576 lainnya adalah sentimen netral. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa fenomena mengenai Alshad Ahmad memiliki lebih banyak sentimen negatif, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa banyak warganet Indonesia yang tidak menormalisasikan seks pranikah dan dianggap tidak baik. Data properti jaringan menjelaskan bahwa tidak adanya timbal balik dan penjelasan dari pihak terkait untuk mengurangi sentimen warganet. Sentralisasi pada kasus ini tergolong rendah, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa informasi saling mengalir bebas antar banyak node dan jaringan.
