Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure organizational sustainability with several constructs that are considered supporters, including performance appraisals, performance evaluations, employee competence, and motivation. The research method of this article uses a literature review study, Literature Study is a way to solve problems by tracing the sources of writing that have been made before.  The novelty of this article is the framework formed from the reference to previous international journal articles, findings of significance, and insignificance between variables. The gap in this study is described in a complete research result description and supported by previous articles.

Abstract

This scientific article wants to continue the study in the field of human resources by using existing variables and literature sources that will be used related to strengthen the findings of existing studies. In this article used graphic techniques are used. Analysts collect the necessary data from additional sources, analyze them, and, if necessary, modify them, additional data is used to collect information for research, books, research papers, articles, university documents, and the web is used to collect supporting data.  The problem, intervention and comparison population framework (PICO) for evaluation was used to define study parameters. Coaching, mentoring programs, and performance management have been implemented with articles found from various existing literature, and described in this article, thus adding to three broader variables for other researchers to come. The results of this article provide an opportunity for other researchers to develop and use these three variables to produce other research with methods, objects, and produce a model

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find gaps between variables from previous research and to find relationships between variables, to improve employee performance which is supported by several main factors. This study uses a literature review study to review several variables whose articles have been published in international journals, the findings of this study are that there are variables that are significant to the dependent variable and some are not significant, the framework created can be said to be novel because there has never been any research with the framework created by the research team.

Abstract

The purpose of the research to be conveyed is to find the influence between the variables in this paper between independent variables and dependent variables. This study used a survey method. Testing the proposed hypothesis involves the use of statistical expressions or structural models suitable for causal analysis. Therefore, the method used in this study is a quantitative approach with correlational research, which is a type of research that aims to find out whether there is a relationship between several variables (Cooper and Schlinder, 2006). The population in this study is employees of Umrah travel agencies from several Umrah bureaus in Jakarta, Bekasi, Depok, a population of 37 employees with purposive Sampling, Data Analysis Techniques using simple regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 25
