Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of women's empowerment policies in efforts to prevent sexual violence in the work environment. This type of research is qualitative research using the SLR (Literature Review System) method. SLR is a literature review method that is carried out by collecting, identifying, concluding, critically evaluating research results on certain topics. The results of the study indicate that there are efforts to empower women through complaints handling, medical, psychological-spiritual services, law enforcement and assistance, as well as return and social reintegration. Thus, it can be interpreted that the policy of protecting women is one of the government's policies to facilitate, assist, and support victims of gender-based violence to obtain justice in demanding their rights. So that with this policy it is hoped that women will be able to develop their potential, so that women can be independent and participate in efforts to prevent sexual violence in the workplace.

Abstract

Abstract

Community service activities carried out by the teaching staff of the NahdlatulUlama University Surabaya in partnership with the Jagad Student IslamicBoarding School ‘Alimussirry Jetis Kulon Gang 6 No. 16A, Wonokromo Village,Surabaya. Problems experienced by partners include the number of productsfrom partners that are still not categorized as superior because there is no legallegality so that the packaging and brand of partner products have not beenregistered. As a result, the products produced by partners are difficult to competein the market. The planned program is to carry out service activities in the formof training or workshops with the Jagad 'Alimussirry Student Islamic BoardingSchool about the importance of legality for business entities for products.Legality is important in the field of entrepreneurship to support product qualityand business continuity. In this service activity, it will focus more on providinginsight into knowledge for students by providing socialization about theimportance of business legality in order to be able to create superior productsthat can be accepted by the market. In addition, this activity will provide supportfor partners to take part in the One Pesantren One Product (OPOP) program inEast Java which is launched by the East Java government. The output target ofthe implementation of this program is to help partners become aware of the lawso as not to get involved in legal issues in the future and to realize businesslegality at the Jagad 'Alimussirry Islamic Boarding School to create superiorproducts so that they can be accepted in the community

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of the Executive Board of Santri Pondok Pesantren Jagad 'Alimussiry (BES PPJA) in realizing cleaner, healthier Islamic boarding schools and safe. The type of research used in this research is descriptive method by explaining and describing the series of organizational management carried out by BES PPJA. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and studies documentation, which among other things refers to data sources from BES PPJA management. Results this study explains that the ministry of K2S and the ministry of security and order able to boost students to maintain cleanliness and safety. It shows that organizational management provides an important role in realizing the cottagea cleaner, healthier, and safer pesantren. Keywords: Management Organization, Clean, Healty, and Safety

Abstract

Stunting atau kondisi gagal tumbuh pada balita merupakan kondisi balita memiliki panjang atau tinggi badan yang kurang jika dibandingkan dengan umur akibat dari kekurangan gizi kronis. Bahaya stunting telah menjadi fokusutama bermasalah gizi nasional di Indonesia, hal ini terlihat dari indikator SDG’s Indonesia yang menyebutkan target penurunan stunting sebesar 24%.Desa kedamean merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Kedamean kecamatan gresik, Jawa timur yang mempunyai kasus stunting sekitar 15 balita. Rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan adanya pernikahan dini menyumbangkan dampak stunting di Desa kedamean. Dalammenyelesaikan permasalahan mengenai stunting di Desa Kedamean solusi yang dapat diterapkan yaitu melalui peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi stunting sebagai penanggulangan stunting diDesa Kedamean. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini yaitu ibu hamil di Desa kedamean sebanyak 10 orang. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu membantu kader dan perangkat desa dalam menanggulangi stunting di Desa Kedamean. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian berupa sosialisasi dan edukasi stunting untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat di Desa Kedamean dianggap efektif dan mampu membantu menanggulangi stunting di Desa Kedamean.
