Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang memiliki potensi cukup besar untuk mengembangkan produk pertanian, khususnya holtikultura. Jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) merupakan salah satu jenis holtikultura yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Sebagian penduduk Indonesia hidup dari usahatani yaitu bercocok tanam padi, maka sebagai hasil dalam memperoleh beras dihasilkan dedak padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertumbuhan jamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) dengan penambahan dedak. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sesuatu gejala atau pengaruh yang timbul sebagai akibat dari adanya perlakuan yang terjadi pada perlakuan tertentu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Tempat Budidaya Jamur tiram Dusun Merembu Barat Mekar, Desa Merembu, Labuapi, Lombok Barat. Data dianalisis menggunakan analysis of variance (ANOVA) Ganda dengan RAL. Hasil analisis ANOVA berat jamur pada panen pertama nilai Fhitung = 10,45 dan panen kedua memiliki nilai Fhitung = 1,84. Kemudian nilai Ftabel dari berat jamur adalah 0,86. Maka kesimpulannya Fhitung berat jamur lebih besar dari Ftabel dan menunjukkan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Kemudian hasil analisis anova diameter tudung jamur pada panen pertama nilai Fhitung = 3,10 dan panen kedua memiliki nilai Fhitung = 3,48. Kemudian nilai Ftabel dari diameter panjang jamur adalah 0,86. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruh dari penambahan dedak padi terhadap 2 unsur dari jamur tiram, yaitu berat jamur dan diameter jamur tiram sangat berpengaruh.Kata Kunci: Dedak Padi, Media Jamur, Jamur Tiram, Pleurotus ostreatus.

Abstract

The alternative method that can be used to determine the value of a multiple linear regression variable coefficient is goal programming method. The kind of data used in this research is secondary data namely the production of freshwater fish pond system data in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara based on Fisheries Service of West Nusa Tenggara Province year 2018. Software used to assist in reckoning is POM for Windows.Settlement calculation procedure in this research was conducted in two stages, namely the calculation with variable ????????4 and the calculation without variables ????????4. The results obtained with the variable ????????3 namely ????????1 = ????????0 = 64,08 ; ????????2 = ????????1 = 2,67 ; ????????3 = ????????2 = 0,27 ; ????????4 = ????????3 = 0, and the results obtained without variables ????????4 namely ????????1 = ????????0 = 64,08 ; ????????2 = ????????1 = 2,67 ; ????????3 = ????????2 = 0,24. The production of fresh water fish pond system in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara were affected by extensive fish ponds and food availability, while the number of domestic aquaculture freshwater fish do not affect production. Abstract

Program pengabdian yang akan dilaksanakan adalah penanaman dan pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Selain dapat menghemat pengeluaran keluarga, tanaman obat tersebut jika dibudidayakan dan diolah dapat dijual sehingga menghasilkan pendapatan tambahan bagi keluarga dan masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan ini peserta akan diberikan pengetahuan tentang tanaman obat dan pendampingan untuk penanaman, pelatihan budidaya serta pengolahan hasil TOGA menjadi produk minuman kesehatan. Adapun kegiatan ini dilakukan di Dusun Tanak Tepong Selatan, Kecamatan Narmada, Kabupaten Lombok Barat, Provinsi NTB dengan mitra Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Pancor Godang 1. Adapun metode kegiatan berupa sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan tanaman obat serta pelatihan dalam pengolahan menjadi minumaan kesehatan. Selain itu dalam kegiatan tersebut peserta diberikan penjelasan terkait manfaat budidaya tanaman obat untuk konservasi lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah peserta menjadi lebih mengetahui manfaat tanaman yang ada disekitar mereka di bidang kesehatan, ekonomi dan konservasi lingkungan. Simpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh tim PKM Prodi Biologi dengan topik kegiatan  Sosialisasi Pemanfaatan TOGA untuk Wirausaha dan Konservasi Lingkungan Di Desa Peresak, Kecamatan Narmada mendapat tanggapan yang sangat baik dari para peserta. Peserta lebih leluasa berekspresi dan bertanya terkait manfaat tanaman kesehatan dan proses pembuatan minuman kesehatan tersebut.

Abstract

Water is one of the essential resources which people need while the pollution in Jangkok river of West Nusa Tenggara has negatively affected its ecosystem. Building on this issue, it is considered that there is a need to analyse the culprits behind the issue especially in terms of the related trends of pollution loads. This research aims to  examine the development of pollution loads from its physical aspects namely water debit and temperature as well as through the microbiological aspects such as E coli and Total Coliform of Jangkuk Rivershed which then will be followed by figuring out the ways in which the rivershed’s sanitation is managed. The development of debit, temperature, E coli and Total Coliform factors could be projected through data analysis from BISDA DPUP NTB from 2009 to 2012. From the analyses, it is concluded that for physical aspects, which are debit and temperature, the pollution load trend is relatively constant as the analysed debit and temperature indicated that the two are constant with their natural states which are ± 3˚C. Meanwhile for microbiological factors which are E coli and Total Coliform, the trend is relatively decreasing so that it is concluded that the solution applied by the local authority, BISDA DPUP NTB, has been already successful in reducing the pollution loads related to microbiological factors. However, there is still a need to reduce the pollution loads of Jangkok Rivershed. The steps needed are: socialization towards people near the river on the importance of waste management, proper land use as well as the construction of community-based integrated domestic waste management.

Abstract

Approaches that are used to estimate the regression function are parametric regression model approaching and nonparametric regression model approaching. Semiparametric regression is association of parametric regression and nonparametric regression. Semiparametric regression is used if the relation pattern between independent variables and dependent variables has the known pattern and also has the unknown pattern. Estimating the unknown regression approaching and in this case is using the Nadaraya Watso estimator. Semiparametric estimator is better than nonparametric estimator for the data which have the unknown relationpattern between dependent and independent variable and also has the unknown relation pattern between dependent and independent variable by using the MSE value.

Abstract

Feed plays a very important role in livestock business, both in terms of quality, quantity, and continuous availability. The biggest obstacle for farmers in running their business is the increasingly expensive feed price. Among the many alternatives in producing animal feed, insects are an alternative source of protein that can be used in animal feed. Maggot or larvae of the black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) is a feed substitute as a source of protein. Market chain is a chain that is used to describe a number of networks that connect all related actors and transactions that occur in the movement of agricultural or livestock goods to final consumers (Lundy.et al, 2004:15). The purpose of this activity is to educate livestock groups in the promotive aspect to increase knowledge and apply it in marketing activities for maggot cultivation. Community service activities in the form of marketing counseling for maggot (maggots) cultivation as an alternative to animal feed in Mataram City were carried out on Saturday, August 21, 2021. This community service activity was carried out through counseling on discussion methods and presentations through lectures. Counseling is in the form of mapping the marketing of maggot and its impact if it is mass-cultivated. After giving the material, it was followed by discussion and question and answer from the participants.

Abstract

: In 2020 Indonesia's export volume for porang reached 14,568 tons compared to 2019 of 11,720, so it deserves priority for development including in Central Lombok Regency. This study aims to analyze the spatial characteristics of porang development, analyze the competitiveness of porang, and analyze the stabilization of porang production in Central Lombok Regency. Data analysis uses the analysis of Localization Coefficient, Specialization Coefficient, Location Quotient (LQ), Basic Service Ratio (BSR), Regional Multiplier (RM), and competitive profit. To obtain diversity and variety of data, Central Lombok is divided into 4 research areas or clusters; Batu Keliang District Area, Kopang District Area, Pujut District Area, Praya Barat District Area. Furthermore, in each cluster area, 5 samples (respondents) were determined for each commodity under review (porang, cassava, sweet potato). Thus the number of respondents to 60 people.
