Abstract

Object: The objective of this study is to knows how can good managing Public Sector Bussines with understand the influence of marketing mix ( Product, price, place and promotion) on Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. This research was conducted in April 2016 with the object of research Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Method: Data were analysis using the software program 15.00 to test the validity and reliability, the classic assumption deviation, dual of regression, as well as the Determination Coefficient (R2). Predictor variables consist of product, price, place, and promotion. Dependent variable is only one, that is, Passenger’s Satisfaction. Result: This research is a analysis quantitative study with a random sampling method. Data were collected by means of questionnaires with cluster method. The subject of this study are Passenger’s Satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Conclusion: Based on the research, it can be concluded that marketing mix partially influences customer’s satisfaction with equation Y = 4,554-0,116X1+ 0,069X2 + 0,137X3 + 0,132X4 but simultaneous marketing mix does not influence Passenger’s satisfaction of Batik Trans Solo. Abstract

The objective of the researcher is to examine the variables of transformational leadership, work discipline and organizational commitment to employee performance at the DIY Preservation Hall. The population in this study were employees of the DIY Conservation Center. Sampling using Slovin formula (Sugiyono, 2011: 87), sampling technique using stratified random sampling method with 75 respondents.Data analysis techniques using classical assumption testing: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing using the T test, F test, coefficient of determination R2, beta coefficient of standardization. The results showed that the Transformational Leadership variable had a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline had a significant positive effect on employee performance and the presence of organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Conservation Center DIY.

Abstract

Kayu mindi merupakan kayu lokal yang mudah diperoleh dan saat ini sangat diminati karena mudah pengolahannya bagi para pengrajin mengingat sifat kayu yang stabil dan tidak mudah melengkung. Kayu mindi lazim digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan barang kerajinan khusus yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan karena karakteristik teksturnya yang cenderung lurus dan bebas dari mata kayu sehingga cenderung mulus. Ruaya merupakan salah satu industri rumahan yang fokus pembuatannya pada produk tas mode berbasis kayu olahan dengan citra desain khas tas mode. Sebagai produsen Tas Kayu mode, Ruaya fokus mempertahankan kualitas produknya dan keunikan gaya dengan terus berinovasi untuk mengembangkan produk-produknya. Produk yang dipasarkan hingga pasar mancanegara ini sangat beragam, yakni tas kayu mode sebagai produk unggulan, pengeras suara (speaker) kayu, dompet kayu dan produk-produk lainnya. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan di industri rumahan Ruaya sebagai mitra menggunakan metode pendampingan partisipasi melalui intervensi kegiatan peningkatan mutu SDM dan tata kelola produksi maupun Pemasaran. Metode PKM ini digunakan untuk memberikan strategi penguatan E-Commerce tas mode kayu mindi berbasis inovasi desain yang dituangkan dalam paparan ilmiah sebagai hasil pendampingan UKM pada kegiatan Hibah PKM. Hasil PKM yang diperoleh di antaranya; penguatan merek (brand) tas mode kayu mindi sebagai rintisan industri kreatif melalui E-Commerce, Penguatan sistem Marketing Communication (MARCOM) berbasis E-Commerce sebagai upaya meningkatkan omzet penjualan dan penguatan strategi bisnis pasar global, Strategi penguatan E-Commerce tas mode kayu mindi berbasis inovasi desain di Pajangan, Bantul.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Ethic on Employee Performance of the Tanimbar Islands District Regional Development Planning Agency with motivation as an intervening variable. The object of this research is all permanent employees of BAPPEDA Tanimbar Islands Regency as many as 50 people. The data collection method in this study was carried out by means of a questionnaire (questionnaire), data analysis method in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study are. Leadership style has no significant effect on performance but has a significant effect on motivation. Work ethic has a significant effect on performance, but does not significantly influence motivation. Motivation has no significant effect on performance, Leadership Style does not have a significant effect on performance through motivation and Work Ethic does not have a significant effect on performance through motivation.

Abstract

Waqf is an Islamic economic instrument that bases its function on the elements of virtue (birr), kindness (ihsan) and fraternity (ukhuwah). This research aims to analyze the factors of Wakif’s motive in choosing cash waqf in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. This study was conducted quantitatively and used Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior. Subjective Norms, Government Support, and Self Efficacy on the attitude and intention of the choice to pay cash waqf were the variables in this research. The objects of this study are those who pay the waqf that involves 98 respondents incorporated in Bazwa. The respondents were divided into four districts consist of 35 respondents from Banguntapan, 23 respondents from Bantul City, 11 respondents from Dlingo, and 29 respondents from Kasihan. Data were collected in two types of primary and secondary data. This study used a validity test, reliability test, and path analysis as the data analysis method. The results of this study indicate the factors that influence wakif’s motive in choosing cash waqf are subjective norms, Government Support, and Self Efficacy. Subjective norms had a significant positive effect on the motive through attitude. Self-efficacy is significant for attitude and insignificant for the motive. In contrast, Government support is not significant for attitude and motive, while attitude is significant for the motive

Abstract

Tujuan suatu organisasi ialah guna mencapai employe engagement, dan beban kerja yang efektif dengan melaksanakan setiap SOP yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam mencapai tujuan ini suatu organisasi dan pegawai harus saling memberikan timbal balik yang baik. Sifat penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada pengamatan ini ialah semua karyawan yang kerja di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul yang jumlahnya 132 individu per 01 Agustus 2021. Sampel  yang  dipakai ialah sejumlah 57  pegawai yang kerja pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Metode Mengumpulkan Data diperoleh dengan angket ataupun kuesioner. Prosedur mengembangkan instrument pengamatan tersusun oleh 2 bagian, yakni pengujian validitas serta reliabilitas. Perolehan pengamatan menyatakan jika, (1). Employee engagement berdampak positif serta tak signifikan kepada kinerja pegawai/karyawan, (2). Beban kerja berdampak positif serta signifikan kepada kinerja karyawan, (3). Beban kerja berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4). Employee engagement, beban kerja, serta standar operasional prosedur dengan simultan ataupun bersama-sama berdampak kepada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh beban kerja dan time management terhadap efektivitas kerja selama work from home (wfh) saat pandemi covid-19 dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening di Kantor Bea dan Cukai Sorong Papua Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh ASN di Kantor Bea dan Cukai Sorong Papua Barat. Banyaknya sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini sebesar 40 responden yang merupakan ASN di Kantor Bea dan Cukai Sorong Papua Barat. Uji asumsi klasik dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji normalitas, analisis korelasi berganda, regresi linier berganda, uji T dan uji F. Diperoleh hasil olah data berupa : (1) Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Efektifitas Kerja. (2) Time Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektifitas Kerja. (3) Beban Kerja dan Time Management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the important parts of the country's economic growth, so it must be supported by competent human resources. The purpose of this study was to find out how much the level of performance of business owners is influenced by social capital, human capital, and entrepreneurial competence. The method used was a quantitative approach with questionnaires for data retrieval, and it was tested using SmartPLS 3.3 software. The results of this study showed that social capital has an effect on entrepreneurial competence, social capital has no effect on performance, human capital affects entrepreneurial competence, human capital affects performance, and entrepreneurial competence affects performance. Entrepreneurial competence as a mediation variable is able to increase the influence of social capital and human capital on performance. There needs to be more effort by the regional government of Yogyakarta to increase the social capital of business owners so that they can achieve common goals and optimal performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Kompetensi terhadap Performance innovation Melalui Self confidence sebagai variabel intevening pada Pegawai BUMDes di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari menyebar kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sampel diambil secara acak sederhana dan setiap pegawai sampel memiliki peluang yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self confidence dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.005 < 0.05 maka hipotesis I diterima. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  Performnace innovation dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.936 > 0.05 maka hipotesis II ditolak. Self confidence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Performance innovation dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.041 < 0.05 maka hipotesis III diterima. Kompetensi terhadap Performance Innovation  dengan self confidence sebagai variabel intervening dengan tingkat signifikansi Z skor 4.15 > 1,96  maka hipotesis IV diterima.
