Abstract

This paper introduces a number of methods for identifying disturbances on transmission lines and provides algorithms for classifying various disturbance types. working with the discrete wavelets transform (DWT) and various embedded systems techniques using a simulator to carry out digital simulations of system trials using the controlled technique, the nature of disturbance in distinct sub-systems is determined. The analysis of transmission lines using the wavelet transform is the main topic of this study, along with techniques for transmission line protection. These factors include channel capacity, channel length, simulation software, mother wavelet type, parameters, sampling frequency, and type of disturbance analysis.

Abstract

Kapasitor bank membawa manfaat bagi pengoperasian sistem distribusi tenaga, dimana kapasitor bank dapat mengurangi rugi-rugi, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi jatuh tegangan. Penempatan bank kapasitor yang optimal diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah drop tegangan yang terjadi baik pada saluran transmisi tegangan tinggi maupun saluran distribusi tegangan menengah. Kajian ini membahas tentang analisis optimasi penempatan kapasitor bank pada penyulang jaringan tegangan menengah 20 kV B3 ULP Painan. Untuk memperbaiki penurunan tegangan, dibuat posisi dan kapasitas optimal bank kapasitor cabang B3. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode simulasi yang bertujuan untuk menemukan gambaran besar dengan sistem kecil atau sederhana. Dari hasil simulasi yang di dapat Setelah dilakukan pemasangan kapasitor bank pada feeder B3 section 5 dengan tegangan sebelm pemasangan 18,88 kV menjadi 19,39 kV, feeder B3 section 6 juga mengalami kenaikan tegangan 18,82 kV menjadi 19,32kV dan juga pada feeder B3 section 7 18,84 kV menjadi 19,35 kV. Jadi untuk kapasitas kapsitor dengan 3x300 kVar sudah dapat menaikkan tegangan pada feeder B3 section 5, section 6 dan section 7 dari simulasi ETAP 19.0.1.
