Abstract

Tujuan penelititan ini adalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan bahasa, wacana teks, dan aspek sosiokultural pada pemberitaan kasus Papa Minta Sahamdi Metro TV. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahdeskriptif, yaitu merupakan metode yang menggambarkan status fenomena kepada suatu objek yang akan diteliti. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif sebab data yang diteliti berupa berita yang sudah ditranskrip. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan teori AWK Fairclough dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu analisis teks (deskripsi), interpretasi,(analisis praktik wacana), dan eksplanasi (analisis praktik sosiokultural). Dari analisis data yang dilakukan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan. Pertama, teks berita yang dipakai oleh Metro TVbernuansa argumentasi dan deskripstifyang cenderung menerangakan pemberitaan ini terhadap pemirsa tentang kasus Papa Minta Saham. Misalnya, dalam penyebutan kasus mantan Ketua DPR Setya Novanto, Metro TV sering memakai istilah Papa Minta Sahamatau “Pencatutan”. Kedua, Wacana MetroTV cenderung mengangkat berita tentang pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh mantan Ketua DPR Setya Novanto. Metro TV dalam penayangan berita cenderung bersifat politis yang artinya kepentingan pemilik stasiun ini lebih dominan dari pada pemberitaan yang berimbang. Ketiga, Ideologi MetroTV adalah pencitraan negatif dengan menyudutkan mantan Ketua DPR Setya Novanto. Sehingga publik menilai negatif tindakan Setya Novanto.

Abstract

Implicature is an implied meaning of speech that is conveyed indirectly by the speaker to the speech partner. This study aims to describe the conversational implications of herbal medicine traders in Prenduan traditional markets, Madura. This research used a pragmatic theoretical approach (implicature) and a descriptive qualitative methodological approach. The data collection technique of this study used the technique of listening, taking notes, and recording. The data analysis technique classified conversational implicatures based on the pragmatic theory approach. The results of the data analysis indicated that there were conversational implicature in the conversations of herbal medicine traders in Prenduan traditional market. Conversational implicatures are used, namely: prohibition, approval, refuse, command, request, assure, complaint, and report.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing need and lack of knowledge of making learning media during the pandemic. This study aims to describe the procedure for using PowerPoint slide show records as an alternative to audio-visual learning media in the post-pandemic. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The method of data collection in this research is the documentation technique, namely documenting the procedure for using PowerPoint slide show records as an alternative to audio-visual learning media. The result of this research is that the procedure for using PowerPoint slide show records as an alternative to audio-visual learning media in the post-pandemic has several stages. These stages include 1) planning, 2) making, and 3) publication.

Abstract

Education does not only require students to have knowledge and skills. Education also aims to shape the character of students so that they have strong, critical, and moral personalities according to the noble values ​​of the Indonesian nation. Character education can be done through various lessons in class, one of which is Indonesian learning. Indonesian language learning has a great opportunity to encourage students to have characters that are in accordance with the personality values ​​of the Indonesian nation, especially in facing a pandemic. This study aims to determine the role of Indonesian language learning in instilling character education values. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through documentation and observation. The analysis technique is in the form of data analysis and observation of the research object. The results of this study indicate that character education through learning Indonesian there are several personality values ​​obtained by students, namely 1) the value of honesty, 2) the value of discipline, 3) the value of responsibility, 4) the value of tolerance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the learning of short story appreciative listening by using the storytelling method, especially in the era of independent learning. The short story taken is Kartini's short story by Putu Wijaya. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data for this research is SMP NU Sumenep. Data were collected through observations, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis by collaborating data with the learning method used. The results showed that the storytelling method was effective in improving appreciative listening learning, especially to support the curriculum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of language learning teaching materials that are integrated with character education, especially on the topic of effective reading in the era of independent learning. One of the causes of this condition is that reading is still monotonous and boring, and there is also a moral degradation of students in public life. So it is necessary to develop the effectiveness of Indonesian language learning in effective reading which is oriented to the character values of students. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis by collaborating data with a model of teaching materials that combines character education. The results of this study indicate, namely: 1) the model of teaching materials based on the model of learning teaching materials that is developed effectively provides changes to the reading ability of students, (2) teaching materials based on the developed learning model will effectively develop the character of students during the reading learning process. in the era of independent learning.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the demands of Salaf Islamic boarding school education to survive in the face of covid-19. The purpose of this study is to describe the educational resilience of Salaf Islamic Boarding Schools during the pandemic through the live Ngaos Kitab kuning program. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study include the stages of preparation, implementation, and benefits of the live ngaos Kitab kuning program at the Salaf Islamic Boarding School in PPAH. 1) The stages of preparation include: Formation of the technical team of students, live facilities and infrastructure and live program. 2) The implementation stages include: setting the place, setting the sound, setting the picture, and the live recording process. 3) The benefits of the program include: students can complete the lack of meaning, students are accustomed to ngaos wherever and whenever, show that the existence of salaf pesantren can transform in technological progress, and Islamic da'wah media in distance learning. Thus, education in salaf Islamic boarding schools is able to survive during the pandemic through the live ngaos kuning program. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya tuntutan pendidikan pondok pesantren salaf bertahan dalam menghadapi covid-19. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan resiliensi pendidikan pondok pesantren salaf pada masa pandemi melalui program live ngaos kitab kuning. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan manfaat program live ngaos kitab kuning pondok pesantren salaf di PPAH. 1) Tahapan persiapan meliputi: Pembentukan tim teknis santri, sarana dan prasarana live dan program live. 2) Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi: setting tempat, setting suara, setting gambar, dan proses rekaman live. 3) Manfaat program meliputi: santri dapat melengkapi kekurangan pemaknaan, santri terbiasa ngaos di manapun dan kapanpun, menunjukkan eksistensi pesantren salaf bisa bertranformasi dalam kemajuan teknologi, dan sebagai media dakwah Islam dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dengan demikian, pendidikan dalam pondok pesantren salaf mampu bertahan pada masa pandemi melalui program live ngaos kitab kuning.

Abstract

This paper describes efforts to digitize various library services at IAIN Madura in fulfilling user services during a pandemic. The surge in Covid-19 resulted in less-than-optimal library services, even to the point of temporarily closing face-to-face services. This, of course, requires the library to make a variation so that the service remains optimal during a pandemic. One of them is maximizing digital services which are very urgent to be carried out quickly and precisely, so that users can still get library services. This issue was raised, namely how the Madura IAIN library is able to provide digital services to fulfill user services since the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with data collection techniques by observation and interviews. The data analysis was carried out descriptively and interpretively based on the latest digital services as well as digital services that are experiencing the process of developing digital library applications at IAIN Madura. The results of this research are the latest digital-based library services and the development of digital applications to serve users since the Covid-19 pandemic. The newest digital library service at IAIN Madura is a digital self-lending service. Meanwhile, digital services that are undergoing application development include e-book, repository, and e-theses services. As for efforts to fulfill user services through library digitization, namely consolidating information technology (IT) teams, developing application programs, and adding library application programs to the IAIN Madura. All of these digital services are very important to be accessible and enjoyed by users during the pandemic and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This is because users still get maximum service with these digital services.
