Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Layanan Jasa pada masa pandemi dan Strategi Pembiayaan yang dilakukan di PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jambi. Sebagaimana tujuan diantaranya adalah keadaan Pelayanan Jasa pada masa pandemi dan juga Strategi Pembiayaan di PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jambi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Dalam pelayanan yang dilakukan di masa Covid di PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jambi, yaitu : a)Pelayanan sedikit ada perubahan baik dari dalam outlet maupun diluar outlet demi mencegah penularan covid-19. b)Yang biasanya bisa bertatap muka langsung terhadap nasabah dan pada masa covid terpaksa disekat atau online. c)Pelayanan PT. Pegadaian syariah juga dilihat dari perubahan pegawai yang biasanya bekerja langsung dikantor dan ada juga yang berkerja WFH (Work From Home. 2) Dalam strategi pembiayaan yang dilakukan PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Jambi pada masa pandemi adalah sebagai berikut: a)Memperbaruhi cara bisnis penjualan yang tadi nya bisa kurang sekarang lebih banyak dimedsos maupun aplikasi digital. b)Memberikan diskon untuk nasabah pembelian emas maupun pengunaan produk tertentu dipegadaian syariah. c)Untuk yang mikro pada masa pandemi ada pelonggaran bagi usaha nasabah yang terdampak dengan cara memberikan subsisdi UMKM dari pemerintah. d)PT.Pegadaian syariah cabang jambi melakukan sosialisasi untuk mendorong nasabah dalam menggunakan pegadaian digital sehingga bisa bertransaksi dirumah

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of accountability and transparency in the management of village fund allocations in Muara Panco Timur Village, Renah Pembarap District. The approach method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data used are primary data obtained by direct interviews and secondary data obtained from related documents. The results of this study indicate that the management of village fund allocations in Muara Panco Timur Overall, starting from accountability and transparency, it is quite good, but still has quite a lot of weaknesses and shortcomings. This is evidenced in the management of village fund allocations, the government has implemented the principle of accountability, namely by involving the community in planning the allocation of village funds (village deliberation), but only until the planning is carried out, the rest is carried out by the village government without involving village officials in managing village funds. then the application of transparency in accordance with the application of the three mechanisms, the application of transparency in the management of village fund allocations in the village of Muara Panco Timur is said to be not good, this is due to the lack of a government that implements the principle of transparency, namely by not fully involving the village community of Muara Panco Timur in managing village funds and lack of transparency in the management of village funds.

Abstract

Islamic banking is the most developed Islamic financial industry in Indonesia compared to the Islamic capital market industry and the Islamic non-bank financial industry. One of the potential market segments is the Generation Z community segmentation because it is a generation that is at a productive age. This study aims to determine the influence of product, promotion, and location, partially and simultaneously on the decision to use Islamic bank services in Buluran Kenali Village, Jambi City. This research approach uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected using questionnaires and field observations. The results showed that partial product, promotion, and location influenced the decision to use Islamic bank services in Buluran Kenali Village, Telanai Pura District, Jambi City. Simultaneously, product, promotion, and location variables influence the decision to use Islamic banking services in Buluran Kenali Village, Telanai Pura District, Jambi City with a percentage of 82.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine literacy and financial inclusion of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambi City. The method in this study uses a descriptive method with a survey approach. Methods of data collection using observation, surveys, and documentation. The sampling method in this study was to use purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using analysis according to Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that: (1) there are still many MSMEs that do not have financial literacy; and (2) there are still many MSMEs that do not use financial products. Researchers suggest that: (1) For further research it is advisable to carry out quantitative analysis and use statistical analysis tools; and (2) For further research to increase the number of samples even more so that research can achieve more accurate results. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of non-Muslim students towards Indonesian Sharia Banks. To answer this problem, this research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research with data sources from UNJA students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that students' perceptions of sharia banks are still lacking because they do not understand sharia banking, they are not sure what sharia banks are, but they have heard about sharia banks from their neighbors. They stated that Islamic banks are the same as regular banks, only that they are designed specifically for Muslims and their operational procedures are the same. Therefore, Islamic banks cannot be accessed by non-Muslim students. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that in UNJA non-Muslim students' perception of sharia banking is a process of integrating, regarding and interpreting information received by the sensory system. Non-Muslim students at UNJA only know about sharia banks, some also know about them from social media, and their response to sharia banks is only ordinary banks and there are also those who say sharia banks are good banks

Abstract

This study aims determine the effect of Islamic corporate governnace and internlal control on fraud in Islamic comercial banks in Indonesia for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses the independent variable Islamic Corporate Governance by using two indicators, namely the Sharia Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors and Internal Control. While the dependent variable is Fraud. Secondary data is used in this study. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses Panel Data Regression Analysis, Model Testing, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing and using the Eviews 8 application. The results of this study show that the Sharia Supervisory Board, Board of Directors and Internal Control have an effect on Fraud . Then the results of the Coefficient of Determination test show that the Adjusted R-square value is 51%, meaning that fraud can be explained by the sharia supervisory board, the board of directors and internal control by 51% and the remaining 40% is explained by other variables.
